I had connection problems and took it to the store, i was a verizon customer for over four years now. i walked in with limited connection and walked out with none. Changed my sim card and couldnt get the new sim to register, all you get is discouragement to claim through verizon, they will tell you if there is anything wrong with your phone it will cost you $400. Assurion had my back, they are replacing my phone. i dont think i would go back in here for any reason, all you are going to get is a bunch of runaround and still have a broke phone. If i could give less than one star, i would.
Great service, walked in an told them about my AT&T problems. Got a new phone an Tablet, helped me get I all set up and walked out a happy customer. Thank you guys.

Verizon has 1 star because I could not give them 0! it is not about the store in Ruston they were very nice, but the company itself especially customer service when you call is the worse. Verizon has done nothing, but lie to us from day 1! First we would get a switch rebate that we did not get. Then they said that promotion had not started so it is not valid. How is that my problem? Your staff gave the incorrect information so I transferred under false pretenses. I could not pull their codes and rebate information from the sky. They also quoted a monthly price and it has never been close to that then to top it off we have dropped calls constantly and many calls and text are never received. After all the lies because I can go on and on with the lies they told they still are not trying to fix the problem. Switching to Verizon was the worse mistake! The company is completely awful. How can you not fix your mistakes not mine! I cant believe they have such a good rating when I heard other people complaining about the same thing in the store. I guess maybe people just are not giving a review at all, but I feel others should be warned! I should have rethought it after hearing other people complain about the service.All these months later and I cant believe it, but Verizon is worse than I thought. The service is horrible and they finally say you can return the phones to the store because we cant make the reception better so that is great until...about 6 weeks after returning the phones to the store they took 1500 out of the bank account!!!!! It took 3 days to speak to to human being and then they tell me it will take 14 days to look into this! It did not take you that long to steal my money that was not owed to you! I would recommend anyone considering Verizon Wireless run as fast as humanly possible!!!
Nice friendly service handle everything calming and professional today at my visit because they had a couple there that was somewhat not nice loud and had an attitude because they didnt want to go by the rules dealing with Covid regulations they did awesome
I love coming here for my wireless needs. Friendly staff are very patient for those who just arent sure what they want. The store is easy to get to off I-20 east and is right off N. Trenton.

Because we had been helped online. The attendant threw the bags at my mother and i. I had to ask him to please sell a case tk her for the brand new i phone x because there was a 2 year old in the car.
First off I dont like any mobile carrier. But I had to sign a contract because verizon is the only signal in dubauch. Went online set it up and got my phones in the mail. Simple. Then I wanted the Galaxy watch and decided I would go to the main store. I asked a question and before I could finish my sentence he ask what phone I had...rude but legit. I have a LG g7. I was told nope wont work sorry. Only samsung. I knew by Google that he was wrong. But maybe I was wrong. So I left and drove to the retailer. Walked in asked if its compatible. She said wasnt completely sure but said if you buying dont work wont be a charge and we could find out for sure. It works I have no complaints. Great people retail store. Then today my phone acts up and since its warranty issues retail store probably couldnt help.i have a case I have screen protector iand warranty. I said its saying moisture issue an wont charge. He grabs phone said you get wet ? Nope? Screen protector? Yep? Well if they determine it got wet and the screen is cracked either or voids warranty and be charged for another phone. Ummm ok didnt sound right but I didnt read the warranty. I asked can I use a wireless charger since that would be only way to charge it till Monday. Nope lg g7 not compatible. Well I drove to walmart because faith in that store is non existent. Well you can figure the rest out. Rant over and basically research before and after you leave that store on any info they told you. And warranty covers water and screen replacement.

Of the Verizon stores, this one was very accommodating. However, they did present us with a lot of false information regarding phone tech, which is unacceptable.
