Just left and was charged for product I did not purchase and the doors were conveniently locked once I walked out! BUYER BEWARE!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU WALK AWAY FROM THE COUNTER. THEY SUSPECT CUSTOMER OF STEALING AND THEN STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMER. Im disgusted!

Very diverse and offer a lot of products and selected wig styles. I love it! Only issue is that now during the pandemic we cant try on tye hair which sucks!

Bad customer service. They only care about making money. They are not concerned with satisfying the needs of the people that spend their money there.

They have a wide variety of hair! They also own the building next door which has a more variety of braid hair and crochet hair. The prices for hair is reasonable to me but hair products are a little expensive and are cheaper at Walmart depending on what you are looking for. My last visit was the first time after about ten visits that one of the employees acknowledged me and asked me for help.

Helpful staff. I didnt get a chance to see wigs, but they had plenty, grouped by color! This makes it easy to choose style & color or brand.

Theres barely any braiding hair and they are very minimal on brand variety. But if all you want is a wig then you are in the right place.
