I was shocked to see how huge the store was. I’ve been browsing through rug stores in the nearby areas and this was definitely the largest and had a lot of options. The prices were also very reasonable.Deniz, who was the co-owner helped us himself and was very patient while we were browsing and asking too many questions as a first time rug buyer. Will definitely recommend the store for any potential rug buyers.

This tug store is a real gem and I am so happy I found it. I just purchased a rug from there and the price for a wool handmade rug was just unbelievable. They lied about cutting the carpet.. when I received it and went to place it on the floor.. wasnt cut correctly.. when I called they told me they dont cut the Carpet. When I told him he said they will cut the carpet and I can pick it up on a specific day he said we dont cut carpet. I asked why he told me they cut .. he had no response. I will never buy from them again. Terrible service. Well lied to get sales.

We have bought many rugs over the past 15 years and have been very happy with the services and the quality of the products.Our recent purchase was on March 12, 2020 for wall to wall living room carpeting And then the pandemic hit and all stores were closed.We took delivery last week and everything went smoothly. I have been to Korkmaz before and this is my second time coming here for the rugs. They have a huge collection of rugs and are very reasonably priced. They have a nice customer service and are very helpful and responsive to your questions. We got 2 rugs when we came here the last and we got another rug this time. We had a positive experience from start to finish. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable about flooring, and did a great job managing the project. We got about 800 sqft of wood flooring installed, including leveling as some of our floors were uneven. The floors came out perfect. I’ll definitely be calling Deniz if I need flooring work again, and I’ll be sure to recommend his company going forward.

Korkmaz has been absolutely great to work with. We shopped around quite a bit, and they carry very high quality carpet for the best prices around...and they always stand behind their work. I have had 4 large rooms carpeted, our staircase stained, and a runner installed on the stairs and have been very happy with the quality of the work, and with the quality of the materials. The customer service is outstanding which is why I honestly would never go anywhere else.... Have recommended them to about 6 of our friends and family members already, and will continue to do so without reservation.

Korkmaz recently installed a porcelain tile floor in my kitchen. Everyone at the store was professional and extremely helpful. When I explained that I was having the kitchen totally gutted along with the dining room and adjoining kitchen, they told me that it was not a problem and that they would coordinate their work with the other contractors. Everything went smoothly, they cleaned up after themselves beautifully every day and I had no reservations about leaving them alone in my home while I was at work. The work was completed quickly in the exact time frame that they had indicated and they even washed the floor upon completion! I stopped in the store yesterday to look at something else, they welcomed me back, asked how the floor was, and told me that if I had any issues, to give them a call immediately. What more could anyone ask for!! I am thrilled with the sales people and installers, and the floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend using Korkmaz for your flooring needs.

I was looking for kitchen cabinets for a rental property, so I didnt want to spend a lot....I had a budget...so at first I went to Home Depot....thinking that this was the only place I could find cabinets that were inexpensive and within my price range. The service was horrible, they had no idea about designing....then I stopped into Korkmaz....actually looking for an area rug. I find out they do cabinets too....i had a free measure and had my cabinets done in record time...price was right, and the salespeople actually knew what they were talking about...Very good experience and would recommend they to everyone! They even did my granite counter top!

I ordered hardwood floors from Brazil and also a new carpet for my hallway and stairs. The floor came in quickly and the the team worked at a great pace ripping up the old floors and installing my new beautiful floors. They cleaned up - put my furniture back into the rooms and left nothing for me to do except relax and enjoy my new hardwood floors.Would I use them again? YES!!!!

Wonderful experience. I recently had a pipe burst and had to replace my carpet in a 700sq ft basement with steps. Mike helped me choose a carpet that was in stock on a Saturday, on Sunday, Deniz, one of the owners was at my house to measure. By Thursday, the new carpet was installed. The installers were wonderful! Fast, neat, did a great job and even vacuumed before they left! Everything was exactly as promised, no additional or hidden fees and installed perfectly. I highly recommend Korkmaz, it was a great experience in an otherwise bad situation

We went to korkmaz after visiting many other floor superstores and they by far were more helpful and competitive price wise!! their selection is extensive and well laid out... they came and installed our floors on the date we selected and did an awesome job!! although it took longer than expected, after seeing the final result we didnt mind..

I went to Korkmaz for hardwood floors....my salesperson Dennis was very knowledgable about the products, as well as the technical aspects of the installation of the wood flooring. He gave me great advice to follow....I bought the wood from Korkmaz at a great price and was very happy with the quality of the product. I passed the instructions he gave me to my installer and thank god I did. Because of Korkmaz qualified salespeople, I now have a beautiful wood floors in my home!

My wife and I were shopping for two area rugs for almost six months, we went to almost every big name store possible but we werent happy with quality or pricing.Finally we came across Korkmaz Rugs & Flooring on route 17, at first we thought the same thing another hour or so of looking and not being happy. But we were wrong, the quality, pricing and customer service blew us away. We finally bought our two area rugs and also ordered new tile for entrance way. We now will only recommend Korkmaz to our friends and family.

I wanted what I assumed was a pretty simple thing for my new condo--a wool runner, preferably in an Oriental style, for my hardwood stairs (basically so my dog could run up and down them chasing her toy without breaking her leg). Some of the steps are pie-shaped, which I knew made correct installation of bordered carpet a little more difficult.Home Depot was useless, and other places were either overpriced, unable to deal with irregular steps, or didnt have wool available.Fortunately I finally found Korkmaz. Not only was I able to find beautiful all-wool runners at very reasonable prices, but I didnt have to find a way (with no car) to get from Hoboken to their store--they came to my place to do measurements, and brought samples. Cathy sent me additional options by text, and I found exactly what I wanted.The installation was done beautifully, with the borders lining up perfectly.I was very happy (as was my dog :) ) with the whole experience, and Im very grateful to have found Korkmaz when Id just about given up hope!

Korkmaz has done 2 jobs for me. The first was installing a new porcelain floor in my optical shop in Fort Lee. I purchased the materials through them (Porcelanosa porcelain tiles). Firstly they came in at a much cheaper price per tile than if I had bought them at Porcelanosa. Secondly, and more importantly, I didnt want to shut the shop for business. Deniz brought his crew in at 5 PM on a Saturday night at closing time and they worked non-stop through Saturday night, all of Sunday and well into Sunday night/Monday morning. They finished the job as promised and by 10 AM on Monday I was open for business. He said he could do it and he delivered as promised. The second job was a wall to wall install at my house and he did a professional job on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any flooring job. He really wants to please and he delivers what he promises.

DO NOT BUY YOUR WOOD FLOORING HERE! words can not begin to explain the experience I had here when it came to picking up my floor. I received a text message saying my floor was ready to be picked up, to please send a text or call an hour before arriving to pick up the flooring. With much excitement I sent a text message immediately back hours before my scheduled pick up time and said I will be arriving between 6:30-7pm to get my floor.I arrived at 6:35pm (the store closes at 7pm) I walked into the store very excited to pick up my special order flooring. I stated I was here to pick up my flooring, immediately received rude, and unprofessional feed back! The owner of the store was the only one working in the store at this time, and he told me HOW DARE I WALK INTO HIS STORE 15MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE CLOSING TO PICK UP MY ORDER I stated that I had scheduled a pick up this time, and would like my floor. I was then told that he can not help me load 22 boxes of floor into my pick up truck, he has a bad shoulder. I was told to come back tomorrow. I told the owner that I drove an hour to get here, had to get a cashier check made, and they already cashed my 1700$ deposit that was made when placing the order. I was immediately in the wrong! I asked how we could solve this problem. I stated that this is the companies mistake and I insisted my floor be loaded to my truck tonight or to receive free delivery tomorrow. I was rudely told, YEA, THATS MOT GONNA HAPPEN and was laughed in my face.finally, after asking several times to call the sales man who sold me the floor, (who is also a owner) said there was nothing he could do for me, and hung up on me!refusing to leave, I demanded my flooring that day! after putting up with harassment, much foul language, screaming and unprofessionalism, both owners loaded the truck with my flooring.While loading my truck, the boxes were being slammed into the back of my pick up to the point they were breaking open! I then politely asked if they could load the boxes more carefully and was told to SHUT UP!!! that they made no money on purchase!TO FINISH!they couldnt even gibe me rope to tie the boxes down! they gave me packaging take!WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT buy from this company, espically if you are a women because they will look down on you even more!NO RESPECTNOT PROFESSIONALVERY RUDEUSED FOUL LANGUAGERAISED THEIR VOICEHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I went to Korkmaz to have my floors sanded when it was discovered I needed new floors. I had a wonderful experience working with Gayle and the team. She is a very caring salesperson. She worked with me and showed me that it is not just aobut the sale but caring enough to make sure I had the right floor for my coop. The men came, ripped up,installed the floors and cleaned up so I wasnt left with a mess. My experience was so good thatI I returned for tile for a bathroom and backsplash. Gayle worked with me again until I had exactly what was right for me. I can tell you I highly recommend Korkmaz.and when I was finished I flet they were more more like friends than just a store...
