This is our favorite DQ. Love the location and the walk up ordering. The staff is really nice and they are open late!!! Great tasting soft serve

Do not go to this Location . It is dirty. The enployee. Young Girl was sneezing into our order. No mask. If I have power to close this place I will definitely do it.

I had a hot fudge Sunday the other day charge me over $6 for it it look like it was in a medium cup not out enough hot fudge Ill never go there again have a good day

Here is a warning for those of you that plan on paying with a credit or debit card, you will get a charge even if you pay for one item. I was told there are signs up but I saw nothing. I wasn’t told and didn’t find out till after the fact. My medium sized ice cream was a whopping $8.75! Most expensive ice cream I ever had including the board walk and Disney world! Sorry but that’s outrageous for Dairy Queen. Could have bought 3 gallons of Turkey Hill for that price and would have tasted better too

Just wanted a classic hot fudge sundae. Server asked if I want whipped cream on it, I said, Yes No cherry on top either. In my decades and decades of ording a hot fudge sundae, its ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Classic or so one would think. My husband ordered a plain vanilla cone. Came to $11.00 or so. Ten minutes later, I decided to ask the server to go over the cost, seemed high. She said the whipped cream was 70 cents more, Really? Never told me, not posted at least that I could see because the windows are blocked with other specials, making it very difficult to see what things cost. The ice cream was so so and very little fudge too. It had a very slight taste of a cleaning product, as if the machine had been cleaned but not flushed properly. Huge disappointment, but most importantly, the ethics of this establisment and the undisclosed hidden fees are just not acceptable to me. Will not be returning.

This location is Nice and clean. There is alot of available parking, either on the street or in the parking lot. I tried for the first time their strawberry banana smoothie and it was a good smoothie. My friend did a sundae and she says it was also good. Probably wont go out of my way to come here, but its a safe bet.

Now,Here is a Company.,Thats been making my Favorite Shake(Strawberry) the same way since I was a kid.I believe that they will never go out of Business. Never Disappointed!Vic

I treated my family to DQ the other day. I spent $20 on 2 small vanilla cones, 1 cup of vanilla with m&ms n a mini oreo blizzard. Expensive.

Was forced to put a mask on ordering from outside. Pretty sure that’s not mandatory. I wear a mask inside any business that wants me too out of respect for that business. Outside ehhh go screw yourself. You are just trying to shove your liberal view point down people’s throats at that point. Will NEVER buy anything from here again. Came here the last 10 years once a week.

Decent place, the usual Dairy Queen model. Very small, NO inside space to sit or enjoy your ice cream. Does NOT serve anything except ice cream related products. Place has a SMALL PARKING lot with very little room to turn around. Better off to park on the street and walk there. Nothing much else to report. Place has been here for YEARS!

Worst DQ ever. We decided to stop by since we were passing by. My kids love DQ. I ordered 2 small blizzards 1 medium, they charged me for 3 medium. They got 2 wrong! When I went back to the window to ask why I was overcharged, the girls were sitting in the back. I knocked on the glass window they both saw me and ignored me. I decided to just leave, they were rude. Even when giving us the wrong ice cream she had an attitude. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I came to Dairy Queen (Treat) Because I wanted try there limited time Mint Oreo Blizzard for Saint Pattys day I was impressed it was so good the ice cream tasted really good and I was happy with everything the line was short prices where good and the employees where friendly and I flip the Blizzard and no ice cream came out

Disappointed I guess the end of the night and just trying to get rid of the last minute big group of customers. Blizzard looked like a ball of blended mess

Perfect blizzard for a 🌞 day

So today my husband and I decided to get some blizzard treats. Upon arrival, there was a lady with 2 small children ordering, 2 women waiting to order and then we were next. They first woman had a larger order, and was given her order in a cup carrier. The next 2 women didnt order much. Now its our turn. When we got to the window there were 3 more people behind us. All we ordered was 2 blizzard treats. Why were we told that we had to stand on the side of the building to wait for our order? The women with the kids, and the 2 women behind her didnt have to stand on the side of the building. Neither did any of the people that was behind us. Now I dont ever play race, but we were the only different color people there, and the only ones that had to wait on the side of the building for their order. Everyone else ordered at the window, and waited at the window for their order. I felt some type of way. But rather than make a scene we waited patiently on the side of the building for our order. Just wanted to bring awareness of our experience.

Very nice place for ice cream. People maintain social distancing and if you order online you can reduce contact to a minimum. Also pro tip for ordering online: find the item that most matches what you want and specify what you want done differently in the special instructions if it isnt one of the presets.

We ordered online to avoid a line and to stay socially distant. When we got there we called to see where to go to pick up to go orders and they said they were out of the kind of cone we ordered so do we want a flavored cone or unflavored cone. We said unflavored. When we got our food, they gave me the wrong blizzard and gave my friend an empty cone. We of course paid to have ICE CREAM on the cone. We asked the girl why we just had a cone she said on the phone you just said you wanted an unflavored cone. It took us 10 minutes (literally) to explain to her we wanted ice cream on the cone. I didnt even bother with my blizzard because if you cant understand why people would want ice cream in their ice cream cone, me explaining the 2 different types of cheesecake blizzards (and the extra mix ins I paid for) wouldnt go well either.

So I just stood in like almost 30 minutes only to be the next person in line for the girl in the pink shirt to take the person in front of me order then say I’m closing this line . Meanwhile the other line has 20 people in she didn’t have the courtesy to even take my order she gave me a look that basically said get in the back of the line . Clearly because she called people from the other line . Rude !

I have been going to this Dairy Queen for a very long time and the ice cream is always very good this time there was not a lot of people working there and service was extremely slow... When I asked the girl who was working there whats going on she said shes alone but I saw her talking to someone in the back Room so I knew there was somebody there... Service is never slow their... Just disappointing that service took so long....

The stuff is very bad the blizzard is almost free from any additive... its only vanilla ice cream.. and when I return back to them they told me that its good like this

As always the blizzard is a great dessert and I chose the royal oreo to celebrate National Ice Cream Day. Delicious with soft vanilla ice cream, bits of oreos and warm fudge. Absolutely awesome! A long line but it was worth it. And my server was very nice

My wife ordered a large cup and they gave her a medium and I ordered a medium blizzard and it had almost no topping and was no where near a full order (I added a picture) and was runny. If they held it upside down like they were supposed to it would have dumped onto the counter. The staff was very confused and there were other customers receiving inaccurate orders or having to restate their orders to prevent getting the wrong thing. It was a mess.

Good old faithful ice cream joint. Only problem is inconsistencies openings on daily basis. AT LEAST ON WEEKENDS, PLEASE!I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT VERY INCONSISTENT with openings!!!!!

What disgusting customer service. Your staff are extremely rude. They gave me the wrong order and I kindly asked for a new one. The girl at front had a very nasty attitude and refused twice until she finally gave me a new one. I refuse to get nasty attitude from a little 16 year old girl who isnt happy working here. Your employees every time I come here never do their job right, they always talk when they should be taking our orders, they have attitudes, they are simply rude. Will not be coming back.

Many many patrons are not wearing masks and gathering in large groups.15 -20 children an young adults ordering with no masks..this could be a dangerous place to contract covid-19. Ower need to follow proper protocol to stop the spread of Covud 19 and post a sign..No Mask..No Service

This place is always a disappointment. It just seems like the employees either don’t care about their job or just don’t know how to work there because the orders are always messed up. The cones always come out dripping and off to the side, always have orders coming out different there’s just no consistency.

The ice cream at this location has always been very good and the staff on my visit today was very polite especially now that they are open during this unpresendented time. Thank you for keeping us happy to be able to walk-up/pickup, curbside, and/or call in for delivery of our favorite treats.

These people are horrible! Every time I go, the only thing I order is a mango pineapple smoothie. More than half of the time, they make it wrong. First it was with ice cream, other times its watered down tasting like pineapple juice and now, I literally just left and yet again, they made it wrong. This time it looks and tastes like an icy instead of a smoothie. FYI guys, this is made with cream or milk, not water. I address this to them and Im told this is a smoothie, I just follow directions so take your order REALLY?!?! Horrible service, yet they regardless charge you for something you didnt ask for. Employees need to better training and customer service!! Rest assure this is my last trip there!!

Dealt with the COVID-19 outbreak well. Served pretty fast, wasnt too many people, line didnt last too long.

I would definitely drive out of my way to go here. They pay attention to detail including whats going on with the pandemic.

I like the dessert here a lot, but there needs to be more space to sit and eat. They also have good deals on holidays such as... Get a free cone on Halloween with a costume!

Its ice cream, but why does it taste better than the other places? I dont mind taking the short drive to skip other places that are closer to me to get DQ. Always a ton of options, every employee has been beyond pleasant, and the price is not outrageous. They take debit cards and also have an ATM on the side of the building as well. Parking lot with garbage cans is a plus.

Very disappointing, when ordering I was told the bottom would be the blizzard of my choice made with chocolate ice cream and the top would be blizzard made with vanilla ice cream and then decorated to my specs. What I got was chocolate bottom, vanilla top with a small amount of blizzard in an indentation on the top of the cake. No design, just writing, which was hard to see since the middle of the top was the blizzard mix. Cookie crumbs in between the layers and a thick amount of fudge sauce made cake break in half when trying to serve, even with a long spatula. Total mess, never doing this again.

This is one of few dessert only Dairy Queens youll find. I have been going here since I was a kid. Great location on Park Ave. as well as onsite parking.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with grandson the service we recieved was insulting the young white girl at the window was very rude first she thow the change back in my husband hand and served us ice cream that wasnt worth the 20 min drive ..i dont recommend this place maybe there just not use to black familys learn to treat all race equal !!

Clean, well run and managed, and everything is fresh. Great location with a parking lot and picnic tables along the side.

Very fast service very expensive ice cream compared to other dairy queens, the dairy queen in Rutherford is very very expensive and one more thing there very pricey

20 years ago blizzards were a thing, but u didnt go there for the blizzards, now we cant get enough of it. Dairy Queen has a variety of choices of Blizzards from Smores to Sour Patch Kids. I would highly recommend Dairy Queen as a place to take the family out for Ice Cream

Very good service and I love their ice cream and Shakes. I look forward going there every Friday night. The only fault I see there is they do NOT have cherries for sundaes (within the last 30 days).

I would have given 4 or 5 stars but this particular place has a staff that is not very friendly. When I rang the door bell, the young girl who answered the serving window treated me as if I was bothering her. Not very professional and needs a grown-up to help manage the business. Also, very pricey and small sundae cost almost $5 bucks!
