Called the number literally last minute and got Patrick on the phone. I swear he is the best !!!! I needed dry ice this for a science experiment for the kids (my son, nieces and nephews) The kids wanted to work on the experience before the acually day and I called Emperor Ice ..... and I talked to Patrick and he is absolutely the nicest person around. He was willing to meet me at anytime to go get dry ice. I soooo appreciated that. I got to do the experiment with the kids and it was a BIG HIT. They loved it. Thanks to Patrick . We tried contacting them a few times through email and phone. They did not even respond to us until midnight the day before the event via email and did not even answer our original questions. The service is definitely lacking, obviously.
