Good prices friendly service.

Unfortunately the coupons where very disappointing, after spending over an hour picking out over a hundred dollars worth of items. I was unable to use my 20 dollar off coupon because one of the items had a as is sticker on it.I left without purchasing anything and I will not go back.

Curbside service got a great deal on a ninja fryer for my daughter for her birthday

Store manager is AMAZING! ( The one who wears glasses with eye shields). He is so super nice and always ready to help!!

For being a single dude, bed bath and beyond is the bomb.

Found what I was looking for and got lucky, two of three items were on sale. A store associate asked if I needed help, and when I told him what I eas looking for, he pointed me to the clearance section where I found one of my purchases.

Make sure you have a coupon or price match online.

Always enjoy BB&B The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager is a real sweetheart and easily found on the floor. He as experience with most of the items...think kitchen counter ovens... He also keeps up on consumer report type things for ratings.

Great manager at this store makes you feel like valued customer even though its a chain - (unlike Michael/Mike at Dennys- he treats you like human trash even if you are regular customer). I love the new discount - its only about $35 dollars and you save 20% on all your items which makes the store a lot more affordable! Id rather shop here than Walmart and that makes it too easy to not go to Walmart and instead get my items at Bed Bath and Beyond! Staff, if they see you with a large cart, will offer to take it from you so you can fill another one while shopping. Great service and employees and manager at this store!

Its a good place to get a gift for someone and has alot of variety. From cooking supplies to bed sheets .. even some great decor!

Needed more cashiers. The seemed stretched a bit thin. Lots of customers. The cashiers were very personable.

This store is so filled with perfume smell that it has given me asthma attacks when I try to go inside. I have tried blocking my face to walk inside and buy something, but the packaging and product stank like the perfume/air freshener that they spray throughout the entire store. As someone who is sensitive to smells I cannot shop here.

High quality items and hard to find things

The store is divided into sections which makes it very easy to find what you are looking for. But there were a few things that were not marked with a price or by a price point sign.

The layout is very unorganized and asking the employees a question is like talking to yourself. Prices are outrageous and the products arent worth it

Fun experience but pricey

Worst experience Ive had with Bed Bath and Beyond. I moved into my apartment yesterday expecting to have packages waiting for me (I was told with my online order that theyd be in by June 1st) with the stuff I needed THAT day, then was told it wouldnt be in for two more days AT THE EARLIEST. Then I had to buy extra stuff there (bedding and a few other things) because the items that I had already purchased didnt arrive when they said they would. In the end, I had to pay another arm and a leg for things I had already purchased earlier because I couldnt make it three more days without them.

Makes me wish I was just starting out all over again, and equipping and furnishing my first apartment.

Bummed they dont do military discounts
