Very disappointing experience. I dont often leave reviews, but I was just shocked and appalled by the very brief phone call I just had. Im looking to replace my existing NAD T785 AV Receiver with a dedicated stereo audio amplifier. I also have Sonos speakers, so I was looking to EITHER buy a Sonos amp OR a separate stereo amp WITH a Sonos Connect box. The person who answered the phone didnt even give me 30 seconds to explain what I was looking for. As soon as I mentioned auditioning the Sonos amp (as Ive heard good things about it), he said We dont audition Sonos Amps. Thank you very much, and just hung up the phone. Why hang up on a potential customer?As Im sure most of the products they sell can be bought elsewhere, who needs that kind of experience? What a shame. They are close by to where I live and I likely would have bought my equipment from them.
