After 12 years of being a loyal customer of Eurowax, I am finally leaving to be serviced elsewhere. The reason is that I have had at least 8 ladies who have serviced me who were excellent at their jobs at the Ryebrook, NY location who have now left the company. The last one being today. I am very tired of getting used to someone who is great, to only have them leave because the company could care less how they are treated! Not only this, but today when I asked for a contact that I could complain to at corporate, the manager Paula did not even come out to the front to speak to me, but instead told the receptionist to tell me to look up the information online. After so many years, I have seen that this company could care less about the customer experience and more about the money they make just hoping that the customers dont notice the ridiculous high turn over rate of the talent they hire. Enough is enough! I will be moving on as of today!

Staff are polite and accomodating. I tend to use the same person always. Waxing is professionally done and very clean and sterile.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but I just cant....The staff is wonderful and were extremely kind and gentle. I loved my entire visit and was looking forward to going back again. But the hard wax/finishing serum that they used on me caused me to break out in SEVERE bacterial folliculitis all over the area the next morning, causing a lot of burning and pain. Super self-conscious now. Hopefully it goes away soon...its been four days :(

Chelsie was amazing!

GISSELL is phenomenal! From the greeting I knew I was happy to have her as my wax specialist. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. I had such a great time conversing with her that I didn’t realize she was done. She has been with the company for years and you can tell as soon as you meet her. I never had such a pleasant experience in European wax center until today. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

Terrible service. Supremely overpriced. They increased their prices again!! Many of my friends that used to go there are very upset that they upped their prices. I just use Cirepil Blue Wax which leaves the skin super silky smooth. Love it. You can find it on Amazon for $21 which will last you at least 3-6 months. I only do my bikini at a reputable place (I will definitely not return one though).

As a loyal costumer for 2 years, I’m definitely leaving. I’ve had multiple appointments with the same person that have been cancelled by them, last minute. Extremely disappointed and very frustrating. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule for them, numerous times. The whole point of making an appointment is for efficiency and convenience for the customers schedule. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and this is how they treat you ? I also am NOT impressed with the cleanliness of this facility either. Never once have they wiped down a bed In front of me and multiple times it looked like the paper was already used. GROSS. I’ll spend more money to go to a spa and be treated correctly. Highly aggravated and enormously aggravated with the time and money WASTED here.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! They ruined my wonderful eyebrows and she literally took 2 minutes to do them. That shows that she did them as fast as she could, And didnt even care. GO TO THE WAXING SPOT IN GREENWICH COS COB, so much better!!!!! Seriously never go here.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. My aesthetician made me feel very comfortable about my concerns about a back and nose wax as it was my first time. I was also in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I normally arrive early or just show up and they always take me in right away. I like Chrissy and Emily the best!

Service was extremely rushed and painful. Within two seconds was applying wax roughly like she was jacked up on three cups of coffee. Was done in about 30 seconds put a serum on about 5% of the area that was waxed then said im done. I still have wax on me and areas were missed. Then to my surprise they charged me almost double the rate of any other place in town and asked me if I wanted to tip so everyone could hear my response. Heres my tip.

Sabrina is the absolute best. She gets you talking that you dont even realize until its done that a strip of hair was just removed. She gets the job done with little to no pain. Brazilians with her are neck tied with Brazilians in Brazil!

Great experience in Rye European Wax Center. Store was very clean and the staff is super friendly. Ive been waxed by many waxers and I have not had a negative experience yet.

Giselle Quesada is the boss at the European Wax Center in Rye and she was the most disrespectful person Ive ever encountered in a business setting. I have heard her gossiping about customers, myself being one of them. I do not feel safe going there, and as Ive heard her state before, Shes in it only to win an award for best location. So they shove product and packages down your throat only to make themselves money. It is the most heartbreaking thing to find out that these women who see you in your most vulnerable state, talk gossip being your back and lie to your face.

Everyone was very professional. It was my first time waxing and my experience was as pleasant as it could possibly be.

I love the way I feel when I leave my appointment. I leave very happy and clean of hair where I want it removed.

Have to say thought it would hurt getting waxed but they were really nice and the redness only lasted a day and the first wax well my eyebrows was free there so if you wanted to try it out at least you do not have to spend that much money
