Great bagels. The Asian gentleman behind the counter is ALWAYS rude and never gets my order right. Everyone else is extremely pleasant. He doesnt care about anything. I have been coming here for years and try to avoid him but today was the final straw. I asked for honey for my tea and he said no so I asked for sugar. He then proceeded to dump sugar into it and hand it back to me without stirring it or asking how much sugar I wanted.

I’ve been going here for over 20 years. Bagels are easily the best in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. I put them in the Top 3 along side Essa and H&H of Manhattan. They are made fresh on site.

Best bagels in the area. Flagels are clutch and I hate to share my favorite bagel flavor for fear of scarcity but here goes: spinachi bagels are incredible. We order dozens whenever we are in the area to take home and the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating to our orders.

Great quality bagels, also toppings and service. Sandwiches are a little pricey but worth it.

The bagels are wonderful, the only problem is that the bagels are too big and therefore too caloric. We would all be better off if they were 2/3s the size they are, but they taste great.

Yes, very nice bagels. Some are very inconsistent and misshaped. Indeed, this store is in Rye, but it is ridiculously expensive. Be prepared to pay $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. And no credit cards for less than $15? They need to get in tune with cash less interest of consumers, especially in these virus days. I dont want to handle cash! Certainly the prices compensate for the bank fees

Best bagels in the area near my job. Always fresh and tasty. Cream cheese they have a great assortment, try the veggie or the scallion, so good.

Rude and overpriced! Got charged over $30 for 2 bagels with lox and cream cheese! We were rushed to order by who I think was the owner and then told to wait outside for our food while nobody else had to wait outside. First and last time we go there. Bagels were mediocre and there was barely any lox or cream cheese in between.

Make sure to get in early the line gets long. Bubble teas are awesome. And the everything bagel toasted with scallions cream cheese makes my day bearable

This place has the best bagels around. They are homemade and very fluffy and plump. Quick service and friendly people.Its also nice that you can buy their spreads and meats to take home. Definitely reccomend trying them for breakfast.

The bagel quality is great. The service is friendly and fast. There is a choice of spreads, such as egg salad and chicken salad that are made in-store. Credit cards are accepted but only on orders over $10. There is some limited seating upstairs.

Of all the bagel shops around here -- and there are several to choose from -- this is by far my favorite. My litmus test is to order a plain bagel, not toasted, with nothing on it. When you get one fresh from the oven, theres simply nothing like it. And these babies are BIG, soft, and chewy. Yum.

The bagels are good. However the prices are outrageous . I ordered a everything bagel with egg white, cheese and turkey and it was over 10 dollars. Thats insane considering you can get the same thing in manhattan for 5. Its not even like it was stacked with egg and Turkey. It had 2 slices of turkey and a thin piece of egg. I get that rye is a rich area, but thats no excuse to charge egregious prices like this

Yes they have the best bagels by far...but you wont like them and the long lines so stay far away. ;-)

Ill keep this short and sweet, Schuberts is nothing short of perfection. Ordered strawberry cheesecake, mango cheesecake, princess cake and mango mousse. Not overly sweet but full of flavor and excellent texture. I will return for sure after I hit the gym.

Was visiting the area for a few days and had to bring back bialys for my step father, who is a New Yorker and loves them. But this place did not have them (not sure if they were sold out or just dont make them.) However, my friend and I ordered coffees and bagels for ourselves and ate in their upstairs loft sitting area...the were SO good and so was the coffee. i ordered more to take home even if they werent bialys. So glad I did because I just has one heated up, day old, back in Virginia and WOW they are even better! Nice and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside! Highly recommend. The walnut raisin cream cheese was yummy as was the lox. My friend who was with me, a NYC girl, also gave the bagels an A+ rating.

Absolutely unpleasant experience.. .I walked in and got a feeling as if I was not welcomed. The Asian gentleman behind the counter would not speak to me he actually turned his back and acted as if he was busy. I asked if there were any vegan options and with out a thought i was told no. I asked if they has avacado and tomato they said yes with an attitude.

Its just a bagels guys! Customer service is HORRIBLE. Owner and his wife are super rude and ignorant.We observed so many different occasions the owners wife was yelling at my family and different customers. This time this old gentleman was asking for napkins, ..she refused and yelled at him! Everyone only stood and watched. It is so hurtful to see this store is own by an Asian family who does not know any thing about customer service. I would never put my foot back there ..Rye community should reconsider where they spend their money. It is a bagel shop, with no courtesy to customers.

Friendly, familiar, and cozy. They remember customers and they happily tease my family members each time one of us goes to pick up seven or so bagels they have made for us countless times! Theyre upbeat and help you feel better in the morning.Occasionally theyve already run out of the kind of bagels I want. Recently theyve tried hiring new people, who sometimes fail horribly to prepare orders properly (enough spread in the bagel, put on the whole bagel kind of thing) or just how Im used to.Hot bagels with bacon, egg, cheese, and whatnot are prepared, as well as regular ones from the display. A little seating is offered, but most people are in-and-out customers.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced, and I have given them plenty of chances. Extremely rude, especially the female wearing glasses. Referring to customers as Mama?? And telling me someone else is before me? when I already placed my order. Unacceptable. Yes bagels are good but I would like my business to be appreciated.

Great Bagels!

They burned my bagel today to the point where it was inedible. They knew because I saw them talking about it and still charged me and didnt even ask if I wanted a new bagel. Terrible service. Ive been coming here for over 15 years but will not return after that!! Really a huge disappointment and totally disrespectful.
