In addition to finding my dream dress, I also found the dream shopping experience. The salon offers an impressive inventory of gorgeous dresses and an intimate shopping experience. What I loved most was that it was a one-on-one appointment and I was the only bride in the salon, so I really felt like Haley was there for me. She was professional yet personable and made me feel so at ease. After striking out at 4 other bridal salons, I found Jessica Haley Bridal to be the breath of fresh air that I needed. It was so worth the trip from Long Island! Whether you live in the area or willing to travel, you will not be disappointed with a visit to Jessica Haley Bridal!

I was completely overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a wedding gown. The shopping experience I had in Manhattan was unpleasant and left me feeling slightly disappointed by the offerings that were available. They seemed tacky and all had too much bling. I was looking for something classy, beautiful and romantic to wow my fiancé as well as a personalized shopping experience since I had no idea what I was doing and found the racks and racks of white dresses to be completely overwhelming. Jessica Haley bridal provided an amazing Customer service experience. Their gown selections are beautifully curated and I found the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend them! You would think Manhattan would have more options but actually I found that they had a much better selection than any of the shops I had seen in the city! They went above and beyond to ensure that they would have the specific dresses that I would want to see and worked with me and my difficult schedule which I greatly appreciated! In a time where customer service is a lost art form I can’t recommend them enough!

Loved my experience at Jessica Haley! The salon was intimate and my appointment was private. This being my second stop on my wedding dress hunt, I really appreciated not being rushed or pressured. I found them through the St. Patrick website and I ended up with a SP dress, though I tried on other designers as well.Im a between-standard-and-plus-sizes size 12-14 bride and I was incredibly anxious about the dress shopping process, but Haley assured me no dress was off limits and helped me see the vision even though I dont fit in the sample size.I also was anxious about delivery with the state of the world (button shortages and the like) and communication was great, quick replies whenever I needed some assurance.I just picked up my dress this past week (came in early!) and its perfection, I bought my veil from JHB as well and I cant wait for my wedding day!

I had the absolute best experience shopping for and purchasing my wedding dress at Jessica Haley Bridal! I would recommend this store to any bride.Haley was so attentive from the moment I made my appointment. There were reminder emails about dos/donts for the appointment, directions, guidance for what to do upon arrival, and even a quiz to take ahead of time to better understand which of their designers could be a match for your personal style. This was all extremely helpful, especially because this was my first (and only) experience trying on dresses.From the moment I walked into the shop with my three guests (because this was during COVID), we all felt so welcome. We were the only guests in the store the entire time which was SUCH an added bonus because it made the experience that much more personalized and special. We had Haleys undivided attention the entire visit. Everything was also COVID friendly, which was a nice relief.I ended up finding my dress on my first visit! The dress was made to measure and arrived 9 months after purchasing (which was the expectation that Haley set). Everything went totally smoothly.The only (small) downside is that the store does not have onsite alterations and you have to go elsewhere. However, Haley promptly sent me recommended/local places to get my dress altered (though it barely needs anything done because it fit so perfectly!)

From the moment I booked an appointment online to when I picked up my gown, I was met with great communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism.I found Jessica Haley Bridal in the midst of the COVID-related restrictions. I was drawn to the boutique because when brides shop here, they have the entire place to themselves. Im a pretty private person as it is, so the idea of just having my closest friends/family with me when I pick out my gown was very appealing! (This is also a huge bonus with COVID times....) Booking online was SO easy. Haley reached out soon after booking for general instructions and tips for picking out gowns.I tried on 6 different gowns, and ultimately fell in love with #6, a gown made custom by the designer for this shop. It was like Haley knew exactly the dress for me and saved the best for last. However, I never once felt pressure to pick a gown from this boutique, which is extremely important when making such a huge purchase!All in all, I couldnt be more thrilled to have found this gem of a bridal boutique! Highly highly highly recommend making the trip here to see what they have to offer.

I had an AMAZING experience at Jessica Haley bridal!! After several months of canceled bridal shop appointments due to COVID... I reached out to Jessica Haley bridal after reading on their website that they were offering at home dress try-ons. At first I was reluctant because I am curvy bride and was afraid my options would be limited. But Haley assured me they had dresses for me.. so I set up a Zoom with them to start the process and I AM SO THANKFUL I DID. Not only did I end up finding my dream dress through an at home try on but they made the entire experience so easy and fun. Both sisters are extremely professional, personable and reliable. I could tell they truly cared about me and my experience and that they love what they do. I visited the shop to pick up my dress this past weekend and it is so dreamy. Their accessories and other bridal items are so romantic and elegant... even their instagram and website are truly beautiful. I have been closely following them for wedding inspiration! They have a great eye for beautiful things and it is definitely reflected in their dress collection. I also felt the dresses were so much more unique and better quality (with similar or lower price points) than the other dress shops I visited. And Jessica and Haley were extremely respectful of my budget. I know that my dress is not something that I will see all over social media on other brides... and I love that. Also - it felt great to support a small business during such trying times rather than a big retailer. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!! 5 stars in every aspect!!!

By far the best bridal salon I visited. They work with designers that provide top quality work in a variety of styles that are unique, but timeless. However, it was their customer service that really set them apart from all the other bridal salons I went to. Haley was knowledgable, patient, and kind. She was so easy to work with and super supportive. I cannot rave enough about them!

Haley and Jessica are as sweet as can be and the private experience while choosing my gown was truly a dream. They had a lovely array of choices and I loved the intimate atmosphere while choosing something so important with only the women I loved around me.. highly recommend Jessica Haley Bridal!

Cant speak more highly of the experience i had at jessica haley. i knew i wanted a more intimate experience, and thats exactly what i got - jessica haley only takes one appointment at a time, and they ask you ahead of time to send through some styles you like (if you have an idea). they had already pulled a number of dresses when we arrived, and i ended up picking the FIRST DRESS i tried on! i still tried a few others after, but yeah, they know what theyre doing. also just so sweet and easy to work with and a beautiful, unique collection of dresses that i dont think youll find at your big box stores.
