Phenomenal service. They cleaned a very expensive persian silk rug for me that was a gift from my grandparents. They even restored the 80 year old rug to its original colors with all natural enzyme wash. I dont even know how that is possible! I would not get my rug washed anywhere else.

The owner, Jeff, was knowledgeable, easy to reach and easy to work with from beginning to end. The installer, John, was professional, hard-working, and did a wonderful job. They both met and exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with the process and the results!

Jeff was terrific. He is very experienced, he listened well, and understood my needs. Hes easy to work with and and was extremly helpful. I asked him to do something out of the ordinary. Im so glad he could think outside the box.
