My iPhone 6s suddenly crashed and left me unable to work and connect for 24 hours. It was frustrating and extremely stressful due to the uncertainty of what information was permanently lost. Verizon was a saving grace. I was given several quotes leading to the purchase of the new iPhone 12 Pro Max, which I love. I switched carriers after many years and it is like a breath of fresh air. My experience was seamless, professional, informative and Anthony helped me navigate all the details I was unsure about. I highly recommend Verizon in Rye.

I have been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember and could not have been more pleased with my experience at this location. Alex really helped me get the phone that I wanted - the store did not have the Samsung Galaxy Ultra when I came in but he ordered the phone for me and it came in within a few days. Alex was also very helpful in transferring all my data into my new phone and very helpful in answering any questions I may have in regards to my new phone. I am absolutely thrilled with my new phone and I believe the customer service at the Verizon Rye is absolutely amazing.

My wife and I want to share the incredibly positive experience we had working with Anthony and Eric. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time we on a Saturday evening for help addressing a phone issue we were having, and they ended up keeping the store open for almost 2 extra hours just to make sure all of our issues were addressed. We cannot remember receiving finer customer service in a very long time. Anthony and Eric could not have been more gracious and patient, and they truly went above and beyond!

I initially came in for a new phone. Alex was very helpful walking me through my options. After discussing the devices and coverage on my plan, Alex, Chris and Rafael did a quick review and realized I was paying $70 a month too much! These guys were a huge help. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My experience at this location was horrible. The reps NEVER genuinely try to help me or my friends/family to save money. Instead of helping us save money for our already high enough bill, they give me more to either keep my bill the save or increase by small increments over time. They only rep that will actually try and help is Frank and the new guys I have recently seen there. The people in the community know how much of a liar and thief the manager is.

Horrible customer service at this store. They are all about sales. I heard the manager Mr. Depasquale say one time to sell a previously owned phone to a customer. They lied to me about a liquid screen protector, which by the way does absolutely nothing for an electronic device. They also messed up a promotion on my account that I’m still trying to fix for over a month. They say whatever to make a sale including lie about other businesses. Would definitely not recommend ANYONE to shop here.

I bought an adapter 3 months ago and the adapter stopped working. Called the store and there was no record of purchase. So the rep refused to replace the adapter. Posted the problem here and within a few hours, the manager called and straightened out the problem. Went from 1 star to 4. Thanks Anthony! Will be keeping receipts indefinitely from now on

I then found the Rye Verizon store yesterday and my problem with an added expense to my bill was corrected. It was wonderful how supportive and informed Brandon was. This is the only open Verizon store in lower Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, that I could find. Also, if you havent visited Rye, NY for awhile, it is well worth going there.

My wife and I just had an excellent customer experience at the Verizon store in Rye thanks to Chris Hattar! He diagnosed issues with my wife’s phone as AOL server issues and restored functionality for her emails. He then sold us both new phones at good prices and transferred everything seamlessly. He was then very patient answering all our questions and making sure everything was complete with our new equipment. We will certainly return whenever we need technical help as his service was excellent!

I needed a charging wire and the store was closed. Zach and Chris opened the store after hours and when the store only had a 6 ft wire when I need a 3 foot wire, Chris gave me his own personal charging wire free of charge. Zach and Chris are a credit to Verizon and run a great store.

Came in to upgrade phone and was met with an enthusiastic knowledgeable salesman. Joey introduced me to all offerings available .. He did such a good job that I not only upgraded to a 7but also purchased a Samsung tablet. His knowledge of each product was readily apparent and therefore very helpful with my decision making. This store appears to be very well equipped and the salesman are very helpful!

They did not assist my client with her phone, instead of telling her she needed to purchase more iCloud space they tried to sell her a new phone. I think the support here is lacking and really needs to shape up and help the people that make the effort to come in. I have also heard numerous complaints about tech support.

Every time I come into the Verizon store I get great service. My family and I were assisted by Chris within moments of walking in, he was a great help in transferring data from the old phones to new phones, and he assisted in answering most questions (questions he couldn’t answer to the best of his ability his associate was able answer). From now on, this is my go to Verizon store.

The Verizon store in Rye, NY made my life a breeze, thanks to Lee and Doug. Though it was a smaller store, thats exactly what made the difference. The personalized touch. No waiting... yes, I said no waiting - incredible. I was looking to upgrade with a new phone, but I didnt have my pin #, so Lee called Verizon and directly took care of it. Then he loaded up my new phone as a carbon copy of my old - all right then and there. Later in the day when I returned home I needed help setting up my WiFi... and Doug was right there to walk me through. What a pleasure without wasting time and no stress. The phone works great !! Had an great experience at this Verizon, usually at cellphone stores you feel pressured into upgrading to the newest phones, but I felt like the man helping me was really trying to help me fix my phone rather then sell me a brand new one. They were also very knowledgeable about the plans, and helped me figure out the cheapest plan for me, and has since helped me with any further issues I have had! No other cellphone store has been this patient and helpful I give this store and Douglas 10 stars!!

After many disgusting experiences with Verizon corporate stores, I decided to check out this private authorized retailer in Rye. I worked with Tyler and he was just great. He handled all technical inquiries with immediacy and precision, he also assisted me with my account and discussed some promotional savings on service and accessories. At this point I have come to realize that Verizon corporate stores are basically useless and fail miserably in every category. I will be hanging out with Tyler for now on. Keep up the good work. I might also suggest that he did for me what four other associates at other locations were unable to do. So no more false information or wasted time. Thumbs up.

Got my new iPhone 8 from Joey at the Verizon in Rye and I couldnt be more happy with the service! Not only did he go above and beyond for me with the entire phone process but recently had to stop by for some help after leaving my new phone on the roof of my car and banging it up pretty good. Dealt with Joey again and he helped reset my Bluetooth as well as get me into a new case and screen protector since the last one was destroyed! Highly recommend coming to see Joey will definitely be back!

Francis and Raf were fantastic and incredibly helpful when we bought two IPads and an IPhone . I live in Manhattan but wouldn’t go to any other Verizon store except this one because of their great customer service. They answered all of our questions and even gave us a tutorial about all the extra features on the new iPads.
