I could not believe how quickly I was able to get service for my garage door. I called Ridge Door Sales Co Inc for the appointment around 12;30 pm and Josh the technician was at my home thirty minutes later at a time that was very convenient to me.The service itself was out of this world, PERFECT! I received excellent service from making the initial call until the job was completed.I cant hesitate to recommend Ridge Door Sales Co. to my friends.

While contacting John (dont know his position within the organization) to try to resolve an issue for a customer they installed the garage door, i wasnt given a chance to speak and the phone was hung up on me, which is not the way a business or a person should behave.What happened with the warranty for a new installation that was recently done and presents a problem?Blaming others and turning your back to the customer does not make the problem go away. This is definitely not the way to handle an issue like this.Very disappointed...

Terrible service. The new garage door openers broke down 3 months after installation, and they refused to fix them. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional
