After years of talking about getting a hot tub we finally started our search at all local dealers... Mainely Tubs was by far the best place around.Steve was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased the Hot Springs Rhythm and could not be happier. Best service! My tub was delivered by a great group of guys. It was hooked up by a licensed electrician, and my tub wasnt coming up to temp. Mainely sent out a tech the next day, and found that the electrician had the wiring incorrect. This wasnt even a Mainely Tubs issue and they not only came out and fixed the problem, they told me this service request was on them as a courtesy. Amazing service, great company, and absolutely do not buy a tub anywhere else.

I really had no idea as to what I was doing when it came to purchasing a tub. All I knew is that I wanted one. I contacted multiple vendors during my search. Mainely tubs was the only one that responded quickly and earnestly while others were simply brushing me off. Jordan worked with me to find a tub within my budget. Stephen helped me when I walked in the showroom. Both guys answered any of my questions without hesitation. I ended up spending a little more than what I had in mind but once I sat in it in the showroom I knew I’d be ok with the purchase. Delivery was effortless. Prompt and courteous with no issues. Took about a month From date of purchase to delivery. Had to wait an extra couple weeks for my first soak due to a conflict with our electrician (no fault of Mainely tubs) but it was worth every minute.. Their help videos were great in giving me confidence adding the chemicals and with the initial setup. I am going to enjoy my hot tub for a long time and I need to thank Mainely Tubs for making my search and purchase easy. And now that my review is done.. Time for a soak!

I would highly recommend using Mainly Tubs to purchase a spa! They actually came dow3to look at an old spa we purchased through a family member. The technician Kevin was very friendly, honest and professional! Ended up we would have had to put more money into the spa than it was worth and still could be future problems. My husband and I asked Kevin ( the technician) if the showroom was open because we really wanted a spa. He contacted his sales person Jordan on speakerphone. Jordan was very helpful, he showed us some options via telephone and thier was a round one the size we wanted! It was in stock and could be delivered within 2 weeks! Jordan even through in a free pair of steps! All of our questions were answered over Kevins telephone with no pressure or annoying sales pitches. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The people at Mainly tub are truly customer friendly! Thank you Kevin and Jordan!We love our new spa!

Taking a loooong time from the time you walk into the store, to the time you can enjoy it, and I could pay for it on the spot.... Unfortunately, there are people who want to take advantage of you. Contractor for patio (recommended by the store) wanted to charge me almost S10,000 for 13x13 patio (concrete !!!). A little Napoleon, name Richard. As it comes to Collin Drake - he is responsive to questions and emails. When it comes to delivery and installation: be there and watch them. I had to stop them several times and ask to redo it. Not used to, and do not accept a sloppy job.

Excellent service. I went in for chemicals and the salesmen asked some questions and pointed me toward another solution and my tub water is now perfectly clear! I appreciate they took time to listen and help me solve my water issue!

We had been looking for a hot tub right before the world came to a sudden stop. We had gone to a few places and by chance we happened to stop by Mainely tubs. Highly recommend Mainely Tubs in Rye NH. We had a great experience from touring the huge showroom, to installation and set up. We met our salesperson Steve and immediately felt comfortable. No pressure sales and the prices were markedly better than other places we shopped. The ease of shopping, the friendly staff, the sales/service personnel, and the delivery/set up team made this whole experience a pleasure. Buy here, you wont be disappointed!

Were very happy with our brand new hot tub on our back deck! We found the service and prices were best by far here! There was plenty of hot tubs in the show room and very helpful in making our decision. Delivery was no problem and all around very friendly staff. Ask for Steve if you go to the Rye location.

My husband and Ive owned Hot Spring tubs--two Sovereigns and two Jetsetters--for nearly 30 years. We bought our second Jetsetter from Mainely Tubs, a company that came highly recommended by the Hot Spring dealer from whom we bought our last two tubs. Given the COVID-19 situation and knowing what we wanted from the start, we bought the tub over the telephone. Mainely Tubs prices were very competitive. The transaction couldnt have been simpler and easier. A pre-installation survey insured a flawless installation. Mainely Tubs sent us their favorite electricians to hook up the tub. Theyre now our favorite electricians. Were obviously long-time Hot Spring fans. The Jetsetter is the perfect tub for couples like us. From experience we know that the tub will require little, if any, servicing. But, its nice to know that we can rely on Mainely Tubs to take care of us. Many thanks to the entire Mainely Tubs crew that have kept us tubbing!

Very helpful and flexible. I had a delay in taking delivery and I even downgraded to a smaller tub after talking to the city and realizing I needed a much bigger slab or deck. They were great about changing me to a smaller less heavy tub even though it was less money.

Mixed review originally . Day of delivery last October. Was first delivery of the day. Got the minimal instruction on the use of the chemicals. Person from Mainly Tubs was supposed to come back after electrician hooked up the hot tub and tub was filled. Never came back. Had two nozzles break off, on their own back in October and November. Totally understood that the oncoming winter made it impossible to fix. However conveyed to me once the weather got better they would be fixed. Now it’s July, still not fixed ( haven’t heard anything from Mainly Tubs, was also told that this was a problem with this particular hot tub, that’s reassuring). Signed up for the bimonthly service plan, it’s over now, no issues there. Service technician was a hard working, honest guy. Calling into Mainly Tubs is impossible, always get a recording. For the most part everyone is pretty friendly on the phone. Went to the store directly in December, seemed everyone was quite preoccupied was somewhat disappointed. Spent a small fortune (not wealthy by any stretch) on the tub/chemicals/service, feel like a number, definitely not a loyal customer. I’m glad that Mainly Tubs is doing so well and advertising on TV. Mainly Tubs may need to step back and get back to what got them to this lofty status in the first place. Got through spoke to Liz. Everything was clarified and problems fixed. They do care about the customer!
