I love going into UPS. I have been going there for the past 6 years. Larry, Vincent and now the new addition Drew are just wonderful guys. They know what they are doing which is great for me because I’m always sending parcels international to Ireland and Scotland not to mention places within the United States. Go visit them they will help you with your shipping.

Hello everyone, I been going to this ups store for a couple of years now ! Everyone is on there A game ! Very nice group over there ! Greg has been good and quick getting me in and out ! Vinny has been helping me for a long time, he also gets things done quick and is always very friendly !! This ups store has been my hub during a time when I was feeling so not myself, as time has passed in the last 2 years I have found a comfort with Vincent ... always pleasant & not just doing his job but sincerely looking out for my best interest... or btw it felt that way.... then covid time a nightmare I met new employees who equally felt like dealing with Vincent, Greg & Drew!!! Just walked into the store with a huge box going back to DJI, packing tape in hand, and all I asked was “can I use your scissors?”... The rep behind the counter, named Vinny, immediately grab the box and grabbed his own tape and said “I’ll take care of it from here”. The service in that store completely blew me away. I wish everyone operated at this level.

My experience here was excellent. The employees were very nice to me. Sometimes you go to a UPS store to drop off a package and the employees act like they are doing you a grand favor to provide you a receipt. It is not the case at this UPS store, they happily took the package and provided a receipt with a smile.

Im actually shocked by that first review concerning the glasses. I have probably mailed 50 packages at Rye UPS and every time it was a perfect experience. I love that they will box up random sized items for me. Nothing is to difficult for them. They have a record of all the people Ive sent packages to so I dont have to give them the address every time. Also, Larry, the owner is amazingly generous with his time and energy helping local charities.

Don’t typically write reviews so I’ll keep this short and sweet:Rude and Arrogant workers, who try to sky rocket your final total price. Never in all my years shipping with UPS have I ever had such an awful experience as I did with the people at this location! AVOID!

Extremely rude, large woman behind the counter; no compassion for handicapped man! Extremely bossy and brazen, harsh and disrepectful. Why is she employed there? Two men behind the counter are very helpful, polite and respectful.

I found UPS very expensive but if you have to use them, then Rye is a good location to go to. Larry, one of their agents, was very nice and helped me to get the cost down. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I just called the Ups Store at 222 Purchase St, Rye to double-check their location. I got a voice mail, and didnt feel like leaving a message and hung up. 5 seconds later, Ups called me back and said You just called us, how can we help you? I call that 5 star service.

I am sorry for all the people are having problems with the attitude with this store owner and employees reading all these bad reviews look bad for the store . I dont know but when the river make noises ( complains) its because the river is bringing all the rocks in it . I had a really bad experience yesterday with the Owner.I used to be a HAPPY customer since 2010 (Yes, I cancelled all my services online and submitted a formal complaint)I WONT BE BACK (Unprofessional Owner and Bad Attitude)I asked during the week to leave my mail out, he forgot and my drive to this place is 1:40 hrs from my house. I arrived late to the shop and guess what, My mail wasnt out! My key never opened the box since the beginning of the times (2010), and that night I found the gate (Inside Gate) unlock and open, I was able to pick my mail from the side. (Medical and Government Important Mail)A few days later a stopped to pick my mail and the owner throw the correspondence in the table (Yes, a DISTANCE THROW!) and I cry rudeness for having entered through the open gate. Actually I have a video and photos that I found the inside gate opened and tried to explain to him, he was unable to listen and almost push me out of the store. Recorded from my Car DashCam by the way.I said, well, I has been a loyal and good customer since 2010 - Always nice with him and never argue or use a attitude to him or employees - IM DONE!Sadly I kept my head in a cold stand point and walked out.THATS MY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH THIS PARTICULAR STORE!

Clerk was very rude&refused to get me a chair..He said no chairs in store..Told me go down street to Starbucks. I told him I will report his lack of respect& poor behavior.He responded,I get a check anywayHe should be fired! You dont treat senior citizens like that.

Terrible experience with this ups facility,,,they lost my package with my sons prescription eye glasses which i pays $217.00,,,, i open a claim in march and after a lot of stress calling every week they reimburse me $100,,,only, because i walked in,,, Im very upset with ups services and for now and later ill do USPS or FEDEX for services,,,,, more reliable! He found a a quick solution and in no time I had the documents. I’m very pleased with their customer service as every time I go there all of them are extremely helpful!
