Bought a small cub cadet last year and decided to buy local and what a great decision. Service was great and 2 hours after I bought it since i live close they delivered to me ready to go.This year Andrew remembered me when I walked in to buy a bagger which they had in stock and reasonable price. Recommend this place to anyone you will not get service like this at a box store.

I recently bought a new tractor from Waterman Farm Machinery. During the sales process Andrew was very attentive and responsive. They sent a prompt written quote for a very fair price. They delivered the tractor to my home in Bath and walked me through the operation. I started having issues with the tractor not starting the very next day- it would start intermittently with no rhyme or reason and was extremely frustrating. I assumed it was a safety switch as that accounts for many new tractor issues. I tried to resolve myself for a week with no luck. I finally called Watermans and they arrived with a trailer within 3 hours of the call and returned the tractor the very next morning all repaired. It is not the problems, but what we do about them that define us. I did a lot of research on both tractors and regional dealerships before buying a tractor and decided to go with Waterman Farm Machinery and I am glad I did.

Sales guys are slimy and rude. Parts is alright, I’d try going to a different store. They could work on customer service and maybe get three stars

Bought a cub cadet lawn tractor. Went there knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They didnt have the model I was hopi g for but the next one up. Was still happy with the price range and bought it. Sales man Andrew was helpful as could be. Only gripe I have is, I wish their website showed what they have instead of what they can get. Will buy from them again!

Good product..mower, parts and service

I have an older model tractor so Im at Watermans fairly often. The people that work there are super knowledgable and they have a huge inventory of parts. The staff are really good at walking me through fixes and ways to figure out the problems Im having with my tractor. They also have big inventory of tractors and accessories there on site. If you need parts or a little advice check them out.

Bought a gc1723e with a Curtis cab from them. Brian, the sales person helped me through every step and the process was easy and quick. They were on target with the date the tractor would be ready. Delivery was on time and Jim went over the operation and upcoming maintenance schedule with me.
