By far the best cricket store I’ve ever been to, there’s a manager named Louis who really knows what he’s doing he was nice he answered all of my questions and helped me out in a timely fashion. The customer service was so good I actually applied at the same store! I worked for sprint for a year and a half and this is by far the best customer service that I have ever seen, don’t take my word for it visit your sachse cricket store and ask for Louis.

Let me say this, I went to Verizon (the one by Great Clips in Sachse) first and was not impressed at all. Young guy that wanted to be any where but there so I left and went to Metro and as I was impressed by Metro, there was still some uneasy feeling I kept getting so I went down to the next shopping center and that is where I met Louis and Darlan at Cricket. They both are very knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. I ended up coming back and buying my phone from them and also got 2 free phones. They were able to save me so much money and time. All the questions I had they were able to answer and I plan on sending anyone I know there because I had such and awesome experience that I have never had with any other carrier. As far as Crickets service, it works just as good as AT&T and Verizon so it is a win win for me.

TERRIBLE customer service. I just spent over $500 at their store and bought phone and phone case. The sales clerk said I could exchange the phone case if I didn’t like it. Went back 2 days later to exchange and they wouldn’t let me. Sales person didn’t have a blue what he was doing.
