Excellent service! Even though it was late in the day on a Friday, Shailesh Patel was friendly and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and assisted with packing my shipment. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the staff have always been great!

Friendly AND courteous service even when extremely busy. Since my use is predominantly geared towards dropping off pre-labelled boxes, cant complain about anything. Even then the staff are mostly smiling as always.

This is by far my favorite mailing station. This specific UPS is customer service oriented and especially tonight after I had several heavy boxes to return, and the employee Anthony Vargas, immediately offered to help me take out each box from my car followed by quickly processing each package. It’s because of employees like him that businesses like this draw more loyal customers.

Araceli was so helpful and patient while I got paperwork in order.

A package worth over $100 shipped to me by UPS arrived opened (I have pictures) and some products were damaged. When I called the store asking for a number for the local hub that I’ve called before, but no longer have. They were not helpful, rude and didn’t offer any assistance. They refused to give me a number to call aside from the 1800 number, despite having done so before. What good is having a local store if they won’t even give you a phone number?

I arrived with a very heavy box that I couldn’t carry by myself, I asked Cole Copley, one of the customer service associates if he wouldn’t mind helping me carry it in. As I was asking him this he was already headed my way with a purpose. That being ready to help carry this 80-90lb box from my vehicle to the store counter. He picked it up by himself with little effort and was very cordial with a smile. I expressed my sincere gratitude and he was more than helpful! He then printed out my receipt and thanked me for choosing UPS with a smile.Cole Copley and his excellent customer service is becoming a rarity these days. He even complimented my SUV.. Mr. Copley is an asset to your company!

I came in a few days ago for help printing out some invitations when A kind man named Eduardo helped me I had made an error on the file luckily he made sure to tell me before printing them since I need to give them out in a few weeks they turned out gorgeous I always go here because how caring they are and they always go over beyond:)

So I pulled up to the store with 3 very heavy boxes in my vehicle. I walked in to ask for a dolly or cart and “Trey” was so helpful!!! He volunteered to carry the boxes inside!!! He was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. His co-associate was also helpful by assisting with the front entrance door while the boxes were being carried inside. The level of customer service I received today was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a UPS store before. EXCEPTIONAL!!! I’ve found a new place for all my shipping needs and will definitely be back soon as I was very impressed!!! My husband bravely got me a purse for Christmas from Amazon. It was almost perfect but I decided that I wanted a different one. So he took it to UPS to return to Amazon yesterday at 1pm. So fast forward to the evening. I decided to try on the 2 pairs of earrings and the necklace that my husband got me from Adorn. Thats when I realized that all the jewelry was IN THE PURSE.I went to the UPS store when they opened today at 10. They were already busy but they were so cool about helping me. The purse was still there and the jewelry was inside. I am so grateful for Patels help and he seemed almost as happy as I was when we found the purse and my gifts were inside. I wish I could give more stars!

Want to recognize the UPS Customer Service Associate, Eddie Garcia at the UPS store in Sachse, TX. I had dropped off an item at the store to be shipped, then returned home. 1 hour later I got surprised by the company I was returning the item to with specific instructions on information that had to be included on outside and inside of box. I had put that info on the inside only. I called the store and asked if they still had it and they did. Rather than make me come back up. Mr. Garcia opened the box, redid the labeling, including adding the label to outside and inside. He did not have to do that, I was shocked. He was pleasant and cheerful, saving me about $38. Thats service

The guys at the front are clueless and really don’t care. They will give you and tell you pricing details and shipping info only to come back at the end of the transaction to say something totally different. Takes. A few days to cancel and refund but the issue here is they just don’t care. There are tons of others around to help with your shipping needs save yourself the trouble and mark these guys off your list.

I used to love this place. Sadly, I needed to pay return postage for an espresso machine with insurance. I found out I paid double ($109.00) because I had them pack it. They used a larger box and bubble wrap than necessary which added cost to packing and shipping. The shop that i sent it to said that is a deceptive practice . :(. After using them for years...no more!

Very helpful people here.First occurrence was when I brought in a USPS package. The lady help me out multiple times when I didnt have tape for my box. She was always smiling taping up the box and make sure its secure.The second, I arrive in the parking lot 10min early. The man saw me through the window and came to the door and turned on the open sign. Dont you think we need more places like this that care about their customer? Isnt that why you are reading this review?

Stood in line for over 10 minutes to drop off an amazon return package. Two UPS workers, one filling out a form near the back, the other on the phone. Neither of them acknowledged me when I walked in and went to stand in line. The woman on the phone came out and spoke to a customer next to me, again- she didn’t acknowledge me, but proceeded to make ANOTHER phone call. 2 more customers walk in and go right up to the counter around everyone else and almost immediately were served. Back to back??? I was confused, but stated-“I just have a package to drop off!?!” She took my package and asked if I wanted a receipt. Nothing else. Took all of 15 seconds. I will gladly drive to Murphy rather than the Sachse office any day to avoid being ignored.
