So far so good. What an awesome experience. Customer service was excellent. Delivery was at its best. Washer and dryer got tested and we did our first load. Very very happy. I will never buy appliances at a big box store anymore.

My recent experience has been great. Bob, the installer, took the initiative to let us know he could install a gas oven and that Agren could order it even though it wasnt listed with them. Our initial contact with Agren in Norway led us to believe that they couldnt install a gas oven and didnt carry a 24 gas oven. We were just lucky to get Bob as our installer so we didnt have to find an electrician to put in a new 220v line for an electric one.Thanks again to Bob!!!!!

The delivery men were excellent. Very friendly, professional and didnt care the house was a disarray from our remodeling. In fact, they liked what weve done so far. I was impressed how they leveled the stove to match my sink. It took a handful of times lifting it to get it right but he took care of it as if it was for his home. I didnt even know it could be raised! I take great comfort in having the 5year warranty. If we dont use it them to service our stove during that time the money spent rolls over into store credit. I think thats a win.

Our dishwasher started to leak a week before we close our summer home for the season. Agren got me on the schedule within a few days and Dominic patiently worked through the repair which was more complicated than expected. He did have the parts needed on his truck. Very pleased with the communication around the appointment as well as the repair.

My sales person/support team; excellent. Delivery/installation people; excellent. I think I have perhaps a small problem with my washer. When I called Agren about it, they said they would send a technician right out if it continues. That is why I choose to do business with this company. Unlike a big box store, they care and will stand behind the appliances they sell.**** A short time later, I am very happy! Someone came out right away and fixed a minor problem. Due to the pandemic, searching for white appliances was very difficult. Agren was a big help with our search and actually located and secured the appliances we needed and yes they do match lowest prices. Not only did they find/secure the appliances, they scheduled delivery when our builder required them. There were a few schedule changes which Agren accommodated without issue. Chris and Drew were fantastic and showed great patience managing the delivery changes. They were also quick to reply to e-mail or phone calls. Our builder actually provided only 2 days notice to deliver the range. These folks stepped up and arranged an early pick up without issues including a last minute request to add the microwave to the early pick up. Agren does all the appliance prep work and installation (as required) for you, making this a stress free experience.Our son and daughter in law are building a home and without question, Agren is the appliance store they are using.

Sales support in the showroom was excellent. Options were provided and the washer/dryer that we selected was available for delivery within a week. The delivery updates were timely and very helpful. The gentlemen who delivered were polite and very careful and considerate of walls, woodwork and indoor cats. Installation was efficient and instructions and manuals provided. A very positive experience.

5 delivery/set up gentleman were outstanding professionals!!!Very courteous and polite, they noticed that two of my purchases where damaged from the factory, I observed them unload, unpacked and place every piece so no, there is no way they damaged the items.Due to finding the damaged goods what should have been a 45 minute delivery/setup took over three hours. Not one word of frustration yet many of apologies for the delay. Professionals all the way!

I think today was my third major appliance purchase and delivery from Agren. Simply, from showroom to delivery they are the best. Today took delivery of a new washer dryer. The delivery team were efficient and helpful. Agren has become my first stop for any appliance issues.

My purchase went smoothly, and I did it all on my phone, The agent (AJ) Was very cortious.

Used the texting option to find and purchase a refrigerator. It was very easy and the online sales person was very helpful. This would have been a 5 star review, but they did not inform me that I was purchasing the floor model. Floor models should be deeply discounted.Didn’t find that out until I was picking it up. The store manager at SoPo did offer to refund me, but at that point I had time invested and needed the fridge as mine was failing. He also said if there was any problem after I got it home I could bring it back or they would send a tech out. So all and all this would be a 5 star review for Agren’s if they had offered to refund a little discount because it was a floor model.

Everything went perfectly from my initial visit to the store (thank you Gavin Hager) to purchase to delivery and installation. Lots of communication on day of delivery, and the men were professional, and super efficient and now I have the washing machine of my dreams. Thank you!

We just had our refrigerator delivered this morning. Agrens was great in keeping us posted as to arrival time as well as a tracker for delivery. The deliverymen were exactly as previous reviews had shared- knowledgeable, very courteous and especially careful when moving out the old refrigerator and bringing in the new one. Called to inquire about the availability of a certain washing machine. Got voice mail and left a message. Bryan called back within 15 minutes and gave me the information I needed in addition to a price $70 lower than Consumer Reports suggested retail. Drove up to Agrens, and was so impressed by Bryans professionalism, I purchased a badly needed electric range as well as the washing machine. Would highly recommend Agren to anyone needing a major appliance. Tentative delivery date is in two weeks, so well see how that goes.
