Colby the Estimator was professional courteous and thorough. He made it clear that there could be damage not visible until the actual repair which gave us confidence in his professionalism,He communicated well during the process. Identified a date where we could get a rental car to get back to our summer home. He communicated during the process as well.The work done was of high quality, very satisfactory workmanship and very timely. We are very pleased with Prime Collision
Prime Collision Center did a great job repairing my sons car.The team is professional and the work performed met all my expectations.
I had a damaged side view mirror on a new truck. 3000 miles.When the mirror was damaged it chipped the paint on the door.I figured the best place to bring it would be the dealerships repair center.They must have left the doors wide open because the entire interior was white from font to back,The Cleaned it a second time and still the white stuff was embedded in the dash board, door panels and other surfaces.I had it professionally detailed at the dealership I purchased it from and they could not clean this out either.They Ruined a 56,000.00 dollar truck interior and theyre alright with it.
5 stars are based my customer satisfaction, quality of work done, and turn around time. All of those expectations were met.The only thing I will say is this place get slammed with business, so be patient with them.. They may or may not return Your phone call right away.
Would highly recommend them for auto body work and repair. They did a flawless job repairing my sons 2019 Honda civic.
I suppose getting your car serviced with an appointment on a Tuesday morning around 11, plus a 45 minute wait time is part of the normal. Not for me. Its not nice when a business chooses to overbook in an effort to cash out at the customers expense. Note to business: At least walk by from time to time to brief the numerous waiting customers of their expected wait times. Even phone robots can tell you your expected wait time.
I chose the collision center for my repairs because I go to prime for all my services, I send all my friends and family there to buy cars. But unfortunately the collision center is not up to par with the same respect level and communication as the prime dealerships. (I deal with the Toyota dealership specifically.) I was not given an estimated date the work would be completed or anything. I just was asked for the keys and told to wait for my rental.A week later I call to check in and they say the system says my car was done three days prior and that I was emailed to pick up my car. I check my email religiously for work and other means multiple times a day, I would not have missed an email. Upon checking again I drove in to pick up my car and no one showed me what was done or asked how it looked. Maybe this is normal business for them, maybe it’s the new rules because of the pandemic, but I will say I was disappointed in the overall customer service. It seemed very cut and dry, not personable at all.To be fair, the work completed is flawless and I do appreciate that, earning 4 stars on the work performed alone.
My 2010 Rav4 had a paint failure which Toyota recalled. The Prime Collision Center surpassed by expectations with their professionalism, expertise and care of my vehicle. The roof and the rest of the car looks excellent. I would not hesitate to return for any repairs in the future.
Bonnie at Prime Collision is so amazing and helpful, she really made me feel so much better and less stressed about getting my car repaired after someone hit into the side of it. She was very committed to handling everything for me and making my life easier. I couldn’t say enough about her, she really reflects great on the company!! Thank you Bonnie :)

I would give them zero stars if I could. After giving me a written estimate they inflated the estimate, before work was done, without contacting me. I am filing a complaint with my insurance carrier and have already put in a call to the Attorney Generals office. Steer clear of this place if you are wise.
Great quality repair despite being a bit later than the initial estimate. Nevertheless the two downsides after receiving my car is a cut in my leather seats as well as the seat belt latch that was lodged underneath the seats. Im curious about why this would be the case given it is a 2 door coupe and the cut was in the rear bench seat but ill let the community ponder that idea.
They were very friendly and prompt on fixing my car after someone hit it. They also did a quick clean of my car which was great!

With the exception of the initial sale, Prime Toyota Saco and Prime Collision North have provided terrible customer service. Rental department charged me an additional $100 fee and says they advised me that no pets could be in the vehicle; theres no way I would have agreed to this since I have two dogs and they need to go everywhere with me when I travel for weekends. Service department says they did an alignment on the car after it as fixed, steering wheel is slanted slightly to the left and car pulls to the left. And body shop repairs were terrible and I was forced to take the car without them addressing my concerns after I left it for an additional week. The repair took over 2 months and I had reasonable expectations since I was told the car would be good as new and thats why it was taking so long. Vehicle was filthy, with buffing compound in the jams, buffer scratches all over, poor paint match, and lots of scratches and damage to interior and exterior trim, deep scratches to the paint on the faring totally away from the area of repair, and missing paint around where the lift gate is attached, and backup camera image is too low and not as clear as it was when I got the car new and Ive already tried wiping off the camera lens. I could deal if the issues were appropriately addressed when I went to pick up the vehicle, with a how can we make it right and then action to address the issues. Instead the body shop manager argued with me telling me the compound was road dust and basically bullying me to take the car, threatening to call my insurance company and get them to force me to take the car, after wasting over two hours trying to address my issues with the shop I made a list and left. The regional manager acted like he was going to do something about it when I followed up with him the next day, but Im not sure what he did, because a week later, the car was delivered to me looking exactly the same, he claims it was buffed and detailed, but I do not see any evidence of that. Now that Ive accepted the vehicle, they are failing to return any of my communications or address my concerns. The vehicle was a brand new RAV4 Hybrid with less than 2500 miles on it. Id give 0 stars if possible.
I had my car repaired here and I am really impressed with how well it turned out. Service was timely, everyone was helpful and informative throughout the process and the work is so good the car looks brand new!
