Beka was our sales rep. She was professional, accessible and courteous. We met one Saturday and the rest was history. They subcontract to a wholesale stone company and did a great job communicating throughout the process. We love our kitchen counters and really appreciated the support Beka provided.

Jim LaFrance at Heartwood did a superb job in designing our kitchen remodeling. He guided us away from our preconceived ideas into something far better. The kitchen is magnificent. The Cabico cabinets and quartz counters (Surface Creations) and installers are terrific. Jim was there at every step. This is the 3rd job Jim has done for us. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.

Karleen and Donna were a great help and very patient when we needed to pick out a bathroom vanity and cabinets for our kitchen. They listened to what we were thinking of getting, they had great ideas, and they helped design the kitchen and explained the best layout for the kitchen space. We could even bring the showroom cabinet doors home to see if the colors matched the rest of the decor. The items were delivered on time and in great shape, and our bathroom and vanity look awesome.

We worked with Beka on our bathroom project and it was a great experience. They were especially accommodating when it came to working around our schedule. We will definitely look to Heartwood for future projects.

A good experience not without a few missteps. We worked through the issues and ownership was upfront and honest with us. Mostly lost time but like I said mistakes happen and in the end we were happy.

We were very happy with the service and the cabinets are great. Only problem we had was a miscommunication on the order for which we werecharged a delivery fee even though I felt the mistake was theirs.

They had great design ideas, good quality cabinets and very knowledgeable and professional staff. It was a pleasure to do 2 kitchens with them.
