I love Dairy Queen ice cream!! This one is pr busy in the summer - a lot of tourists in the area. Service is decent- friendly and fairly quick. Ice cream is delicious. Never had a bad experience here and Ive been here around 15 times.

Owned by local, beloved Hadiaris family. They hire local teens to serve your favorites. Famous red benches out front. Only accessible from Rte. 1 South. Immaculate awning, clean, welcoming facade. Minimal parking. Sign proclaims witty sayings each week, look forward to each one. Thats what you get from owners with deep roots teaching in the community. Tip jar proclaims schools kids working there will be/are attending. We donate. HARD working kids need it, not working there because families are wealthy!!!

Peanut butter parfait could have more ice cream, and less chocolate sauce in it. Other then that it was good. Very expensive I thought.

Great soft serve ice cream, and some pretty good toppings to choose from. Downfall to this visit was that when I ordered a small Blizzard, I was expecting to get a small cup with a small amount of ice cream. What I received was an enormous amount of ice cream sticking at least an inch above the tiny cup. I may not have been upset if it were for me, but it was for my 4 year old who can not come anywhere near eating that much ice cream before it started melting all over everything.I feel like I shouldnt have had to scoop three handfuls of ice cream into the trash just to get the ice cream level below the rim o. The cup. It was annoying that the two high school aged kids running the show didnt seem to care.

I just love ice cream. What I love about DQ is the consistency you always know what you are getting. I have been to some of the local places and the ice cream is never the same. This location is right on Main Street in Saco and is extremely busy but the wait isnt that long.

Long time fixture of the hamburger row of Saco Maine. They deliver good quality ice cream and other frozen treats. Something noteworthy is this location DOES NOT participate in the Blizzard upside down thick check as the regular DQ chain stores do.

Staff were friendly and quick. My blizzard was tasty and hit the spot on a hot afternoon. It was easy to get to despite heavy traffic.

Do not have DQ where I live so enjoy frequent visits while in vacation. Very accomodating making my sundaes the way I like.

Constant disappointment with this location. Our favorite thing is the Cheesequake blizzards and sometimes wed get them with little to no cheesecake pieces, and theyd only be on the top. (not mixed in) tonight we asked for extra, thought that would help.. I am not sure if we were charged for the extra, which doesnt matter and isnt the problem, but there were once again, little to none.I like the convenience of this location and only on one occasion I received bad customer service. The kids are always nice. But we will have to stick to cones, plain and simple. However when I am at the South Portland location, I never have this problem.

Went there today and got a Reeses outrageous blizzard with extra Reeses and pieces. I ordered a small and I pulled up to the window and all of it was crammed into a small cup and was overflowing all over the side of the cup. I politely asked the guy at the window if hed mind just transferring it to a slightly larger cup so I dont spill it all over myself and he said yeah, probably not. Uhh...okay. so I asked him if I could just buy a larger cup and he just turned away from me and walked away. Since I was wearing a dress shirt I couldnt eat it till I got to my destination 45 minutes later and by that time it was completely melted. Didnt even get a single bite of my $5 ice cream. Threw it away. Shame they wont even allow you to buy a bigger cup...

I was ordering at the drive-through and a car went right around me to the window. The staff proceeded to giggle and take the order of the person At the window. I called to tell the manager and it was the same girl that was giggling out the window. She said she didnt know that the Person cut us. Lying ditsy kids Not be managing a business.

This is a Triple Truffle Blizzard,it was a bit soft but delicious.

Great stop for ICE CREAM only. Not a full menu:(. It was also a little tricky to get to on a bike, which is what we were after.

I am a retired Navy veteran visiting my home state from Virginia with my 3 children, ordered two vanilla shakes, while walking back to hotel, my daughter who is allergic to peanuts, discovered CHUNKS OF NUTS in the vanilla shake!1, I took the shakes the back the answer I got is we use the same blender for everything?? One blender?? Ok how about cleaning or rinsing off the blender?? I got a bunch of dumb looks, left the shakes to disgusted to fight for my money back, this is totally unsatisfactory, I have been to many many dairy queens all over the country and never heard that explanation, they also said if we had a nut allergy we should have said something, again for a vanilla shake??
