Randy painted my car a few months ago and he is literally the most amazing painter iv ever seen., the way he matches the colors perfectly hes flawless.And he won’t paint over bad body work so your car is in good hands with Randy!

I have had a great experience working with them. The office staff is Amazing! Amber and Michelle helped me through my process. They will make you feel like your situation is important. I will go to them in the future if I have any body damage that needs repair.

Went to pick up my vehicle and the inside door had greasy mechanic finger prints all over it ...I couldnt believe it...of course they cleaned it but its obvious they have no quality control...I would not recommend this place. I will be speaking to my insurance company so they dont send anymore clients. Very disappointed.

Brought my car here after it was hit by a U-Haul, and Joe was extremely helpful. He went over what was necessary and I was able to have some other minor dents removed and one major dent repaired while it was in. I’ve added some before & after pictures; the before doesn’t look too bad, but it had been dragged and a bunch of things had been broken internally, including a radiator support. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! I’m so pleased with how it came out.Everyone here was friendly, kind, and understanding. They’re also thoughtful about their procedures and go above and beyond for customers.As a side note, I appreciate that they have a discounted rate with Enterprise! It may be something that other places offer as well, but it was a relief to find out when I did need a car, so I’m leaving that there in case it helps someone else.

They have been here since 1979 (unfortunately), but haven’t learned how to not condescend people or their staff. Referrals and assigments now go elsewhere. Thanks Bertolucci’s!

Very caring staff, Bruce removed hitch from my car for me. My car was total loss. Amber and staff were protective and allowed me time to remove my plates and hitch before travelers salvaged it. Much appreciated.

This is the only auto-body repair place in Sacramento that would even give us an estimate after Farmers Insurance decided to total out my moms adored old Mercedes. (Everyone else said they had made a deal with Farmers not to touch any vehicle they, Farmers, had totalled.)Anyway, Bertolucci’s understood and did a terrific job. They were friendly and still very professional. The car was ready when they said it would be and the work they did was immaculate.I recommend their services to any car owner who is picky about final product. You will be treated well and so will your vehicle.

This is a great place, Romeo handled my car and he is reasonable, honest, amazing to work with. I can assume other people in this place would be the same. Even some other people I randomly talked to in related business said this was THE place to go. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would be coming back to them if I need auto body job in the future.

In my opinion this has to be one of the top body repair businesses in all of Sacramento. I had a bit of bad luck and had to take my brand new truck to them twice in a 3 months. Each time I got it back it looked better than the day I bought it.

I made an appointment to get an estimate here because a friends recommended this shop. Well, I took time off work, drove all the way there and left with no estimate. I mentioned that I had gotten an estimate already, from a company my insurance recommended but I wasnt really happy with it. Thats when things changed. Instantly I was asked if I had that estimate with me? I replied that I didnt have it with me. I was then told to go home and get it and bring it back because he needs to see it?? I dont think the other quote I got is any of their business, and it all seemed very fishy to me. I guess I should have lied, like they did to me. Cannot recommend. When you go in to get an estimate it should be simply that and you shouldnt have to worry about saying too much. I spent more time in their lobby waiting than we did looking at the damage to my truck. Stressful and a waste of my time.

I liked nothing. Customer service was good until they had my vehicle over a month and still did not repair the damage done after assuring me my axle had no damage lo and behold it was never checked another week to repair and then had to take it back after that go elsewhere. I will not ever go here again or recommend.

I was recently involved in an accident that resulted in substantial damage to my vehicle and I was concerned that my insurance company would attempt to cut corners in order to save a few dollars at my expense. Vince worked with my insurance company as an advocate for quality workmanship based on their shops long standing reputation in the community. When I picked up my car yesterday I could not tell that it had even been involved in an accident! I am extremely happy with both Vince and the wonderful staff at Bertoluccis for this positive experience. I am a loyal customer for life!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I took my 996 Porsche Carrera in to have some body work completed after I was rear ended. They did the tear down with out written authorization and then made my pay $150 to put the car back together after deciding to go to another shop. They missed many things on the estimate including a very easy to see broken tail light. If they are going to miss something so easy to see before ever starting work, what will the miss while doing work? FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!!

I picked up a friend whose car was towed here after his car was in an accident.Large clean parking area with handicapped spaces. I observed a professional interaction between my friend and the employees.From my own experience, spanning decades, I know Bertoluccis to be one of the premier body shops in town! One of the best auto body shops in Sacramento by my personal experience. Great people, very respectable, great attitudes, and a loving and family orientated shop.

No business is perfect, but Bertoluccis is the closest thing to it! They take pride in their work and do QUALITY work. I dont care if I have to pay $100 or $2000, I will bring all of my vehicles to Bertoluccis because of their employees, their quailty of work and their reputation. They havent won KCRA A-List 6 years in a row for NOTHING. Great shop!

I took my grandmothers car here to get repaired from scraping damage to her bumper from pulling out of her steep driveway for years. I called her AAA agent and he recommended me here. First Angel accused me of insurance fraud because there was repeated damage to the bumper (even though thats what the claim was for) saying it couldnt have come from one incident. Then once they actually started working on it called me to ask if I had a book for the car because they couldnt find a new skid guard for underneath the engine and wanted to make sure it is supposed to have one since it has mounting for one. When I didnt have one they asked me to go to a dealership and find out. I just told them to give it to me without the skid guard, went to a Napa parts store and bought one easily.The entire experience was insulting and dumbfounding. Never again...

Owner is honorable, helpful and all around good guy. Bravo.

They are not the shop they use to be. Had many problems and I was talked down to several times. I was a long time customer but not anymore. Whatever you do dont deal with Vince. He will tell you anything but the true facts.

I have had two different repairs done here and the staff is friendly and the work is spot on. Would recommend them to anyone needing body repair.

Avoid this place. They want 800-1000 dollars to just paint a bumper.
