Excellent work and service. The Insurance company tried to low ball us for the work, but Red Star worked with them to. cover the cost of the entire repair. I would go back to them for any body work.

They took excellent care of my car! It looks better than before I wrecked it. Renae kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle and was very professional. I highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs.

I had a tire blowout on memorial day at 6pm at night, I called around everyone and no one could help me until the next day but I need it then. They were ready closed but he offered to still install a tire for me. Great service and really helped me out. Will go bsck and definately recommend.

Karry was responsive and helpful over the phone. I had a broken mirror which it only took him a few minutes to fix, and he knocked some money off the price of his initial estimate. He was also willing to help me out in a short span of time. Recommended.

I have taken my wifes GMC Acadia (twice) and my Kia Optima to Red Star for body work repair and have been extremely happy with the quality of work, responsiveness of performing the work, and assisting me with mitigating some of the insurance deductible. Oct 2018 my daughters Carmy 2007 was hit by another driver/car in McDs parking lot off Sunride Blvd. The person didnt care about leaving a message only broken passeger head light, right corner smashed fender panel & bumber on the black top.Due to a great person the bumper was zipped tied back on so she could get back to school. Having only the basic insurance coverage the vehicles damage wasnt covered, now what? The holidays were a few weeks away so we decided to obtain a few body shop repair amounts.My last repair review was conducted by Red Star Body Shop and before I walked through the front door to chat with the owner I was thinking God Please have this repair shop show up honorable. The companies ad indicated we welcome students, seniors etc, so far so good. The owner listen to my daughters story and says I understand I have children, let me see the damage. When I was provided the repair cost estimate I asked for 1 day and will call them back if its a go head. GREEN Light, the companys owner allowed a partial payment to get started and that worked with my budget, they estimated how long to repiar the car and met that deadline! When we came to retreive the Black Camry we were Shocked with Delight, ALL SMILES the car looked new for the age. Red Star Body Shop deserves 5 Stars! Your were Easy to Talk with and Treated us With CARE and with in our Budget. Thanks Team.
