I went in today right before they closed to get advice on my totaled car & whether to buy it back salvaged & fix it. Dennis enthusiastically talked to me for 20 minutes instead of shoving me out the door. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me do the smartest thing. I will definitely take my car to him if I salvage it. He seems like a trustworthy guy.
