Prior to Viti, in past years I had 2 other windshields star type cracks repaired elsewhere, with what this repairman referred to as old type repair equipment. In both cases, once repair was completed, I could not even see where the damage had been. With the new crack being less than $.25 cent (quarter sized), I expected the same with Viti, as before.The fellow started by drilling a hole into my windshield, then using a non-suction type tool he put sealant drops onto the crack. He then took a cigarette lighter and held the flame to the inside of the windshield (several times), but the crack never sealed completely. So he then squirted a large amount of sealant onto the crack. The fluid ran down the windshield, but it didnt help the problem.After completing the repair, what I could hardly see prior to the repair was now quite visible, drill hole and all. He charged me $75. (For an additional $125 I could have replaced the entire windshield.)Then, instead of entering my credit card number and expiration date into his app, he photographed the card in spite of my protest. The transaction didnt go through, so he entered the card data and it did go through. The problem though is that he now has a good picture of the card that he can sell on the dark web. I guess that I now have to watch my card activity. unauthorized transactions

Great service from Viti Auto Glass! A technician came out and replaced both front and back windows for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma SR5. Safelite wouldnt even come out to replace my back window and told me Id have to bring it in to them. Viti arrived when they said they would and finished the job within the estimated time they gave. My ex busted out my back small side window I called Viti auto glass to get a quote. They said they did not have that window but he would get it for me and come install it within a couple of hours. He came to my house to install. Not only did he install it for $210, he only charged me an extra $20 for the tinted window I needed to match the rest of my windows. Also he vacuumed out the back of my car for me without me even asking to make sure all of the extra glass was picked up. Excellent customer service and I’m very happy with it.

I called in for a coupe camaro, same day service. Professional and Amicable, was also very quick to help. The cost was moderate, but tbh same or even lower than any other shops but “he drives to you”! whixh is another cool perk for the price.
