Huge shout out to Mike and Rim Pros staff for their excellent work and customer service. I am a 3-peat customer with two curb rash repairs on a black wheel that were brought back to 95-98%. Recently powder coated a set of M3 wheels that came out absolutely perfect. Mike and his team has exceptional customer service, which is very hard to find in the car industry. Definitely recommend Rim Pros to anyone needing repair work.

I hate asking questions and having to wait for every answer 10 min because the front desk person has to consult with the wheel guys ( this was my experience everywhere except Rim Pros) I had a specific problem on my BMW z3 with vibration while driving where I had several wheels that were out of round so needed diagnosis and repair. I got an appointment and showed up early in the morning and was told to wait while the wheels are being inspected and repaired. Nick and his staff noticed me waiting outside and they couldn’t have been any nicer to me. Although they were very honest with me saying that the wait could be 3+ hours, any chance nick had he brought me in the shop and showed me the inspection process and the defect in my wheels. They often came out to give me updates and for small talk.Finally, the repair was very notable, most of my vibration while I drive was gone!!Quality work; best prices and compassionate and caring staff!Other businesses should learn a thing or two from you guys!A+

They always do such a good job. I had an appointment for a few weeks out and they called me early with a cancellation opening, so I ended up getting my wheels fixed 2 weeks early.

Had been experiencing a small leak in a new tire. Suspected a cracked/damaged rim. Sure enough. It was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. $175 versus the cost of a new rim is a win.Tip: Pay in cash get a 10% discount.

This place is awesome! I sold my white Jeep Grand Cherokee and missed it, so hubby got my rims powder coated and they did an amazing job! I think I like this truck now more than the Jeep. Super professional and courteous guys. Even our dog Cindy is happy! And my god, the prices are so reasonable!

Good work….however I showed up at the time when the job would be done and they haven’t even started! Not happy with being late and not called about it.

They were able to fix the crack in my rim same day I called. Ended up paying the price I was quoted over the phone and the repair was finished faster than expected. The lady the runs the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

I curb damaged a rim on my 2018 Honda Fit. It ground into the metal and trashed the black finish. I found Rim Pros and brought the rim down for repair. Not only was the repair affordable, but they were quick and did an absolutely beautiful job. The rim is all pretty and new again. I highly recommend Andrea and her crew. Was told about this place by a friend at American tires. Had corrosion on the inside of one of my chrome rims. Thought I might need to have the rim rechromed. But was lucky said they could fix it without the chrome because it was on the inside of the rim. They removed all the corrosion, primed and sealed it. Took about an hour and a half. Because of the corrosion my tire wasnt sealing and I was leaking air. All their work is guaranteed. Will let you know how it works. So far am very pleased . The staff was very nice and had a great waiting area. Which she told me was completely sanitized every morning. I saved probably over $250/300 by going there. Great place highly recommend it to anyone .

I have a dent in one of my aluminum super snake rims. These rims are rare and no longer in production. Went to Rim Pros in Sacramento today to have it looked at by Nick, the owner. Unfortunately due to the type of finish and where the dent is located, it isn’t possible to fix the dent without ruining the finish and possibly having the rim crack during the repair process. But let me just say that Nick and his staff (receptionist, son & father) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even tho the rim couldn’t be repaired, the dent was causing a slow leak. Nick offered to take care of that for me and did so in a very timely manner. He did an outstanding job. Would definitely highly recommend Rim Pros to anyone looking to have their rims repaired!!

Leaving the market a few nights ago in a rain storm pulled out of the parking lot onto the highway and boom drove right over a median. The noise was horrendous! Fortunately the undercarriage was untouched but found a pretty significant dent in my rim.The word on the street was that Rim Pros were the ones to see! Texted them after hours with my issue and travel & time constraints. First thing the next day got a text with not only an available appointment that day but, that they could get me in and out in 2 hours!Was greeted by Andrea and her professionalism and welcoming demeanor was exemplary!The rim tech (forgot to ask his name) got right on it and after inspection came in to tell me the damage was significant but that he could get it fixed. 1 1/2 hours later he came in and said the repair went great and the wheel was as good as new.Drove away with a big smile on my face and it was like it never happened. Incredible work!

Had a bent rim for a while that finally bit the dust after the last set of tires I had put on. Fixed same day in about 45 minutes to an hour, after being quoted a 2-hour job. Before this my one tire on that wheel was losing about 25 psi and i would have to reinflate every hour of driving, with a constant TPMS warning on my dash. After a couple of hours driving it has been clear so far. Saved me a costly wheel replacement and potentially not being able to drive anywhere while waiting for delivery and installation at a tire shop. Thank you!

Mike was awesome. I had some rim damage on my new Tesla Model 3. Tesla referred me to them. Mike not only got me in the same day I called him. The job that was done is phenomenal. The rims look like nothing happened to them. Almost magical.

Went to Lake Tahoe during Thanksgiving and got stuck in a snow storm and had to install tire cables on my new car. The Rim Pros team are a friendly group, from the front desk receptionist to the workers. Felt really comfortable the first time meeting them.I had a weirdly bent wheel, not noticeable to the eye but was noticeable on the balance machine at speed. Unfortunately it couldnt be fixed. Nick is a great, honest, and stand up guy and end up not charging anything for the work. I lost a wheel, but gained a new wheel repair shop!

These guys just saved me a lot of money. I had a single rim that was bent and not only did they fix it, they did so quickly and had me out of there in under an hour. Very happy I made the trip to Sacramento as I was close to having to buy a whole new set of rims. Great service!

This place did a great job repairing my wheel. The owner said that wheel will be a challenge to color match since it was a gunmetal color and that it might not come out perfect but itll be close. After receiving my wheel back, I couldnt find where the original curb rash was and tried looking for any imperfection but couldnt find any. Will definitely do business with again.

If you want the job done correctly, come see these guys. I came to them with some banged up old rims for my 2003 mustang I wanted to put on. They fixed them up and made them look truly brand new. Absolutely fantastic job!

I just bought an almost new car that the previous owner had grinded all four wheels against a few curbs. I heard Rim Pros could fix them like new, but I was skeptical that these wheels could really be fixed and that they wouldnt still look cheesy. To my Amazement Rim Pros made them like new. Very hidden but definitely worth your time if you need to get a wheel unbent and balanced! Im a college student so as such Im spread pretty thin when it comes to funds. The cost for the straightening and balancing of the wheel came out to a very reasonable price! Nick is a very straight forward and honest guy that wont cut corners. Very caring for his customers as well, if there was a bigger rating than 5 stars I would give it to Nick anytime.

Fantastic!!! Rim Pros was recommended to me by Americas Tire to repair my damaged wheels. They told me they have never had any complaints from customers who they recommend use them. Rim Pros did an excellent job on my 2008 Mustang GT FOOSE rims. The rims were 10 years old and had seen better days. They look as good as they did 10 years ago. Highly recommend Rim Pros if you are looking to refurbish you rims.

Nick, the tech who took care of my wheel issue, was knowledgeable, professional, and a gentleman. I have seen examples of their alloy wheel repair, and would recommend them to anyone who needs such service. One older Mercedes wheel that had been extensively damaged in a pothole incident was repaired so well youd never know it had ever been hurt.

Just left the shop, my car drove smooth all the way home. Will try on the freeway tomorrow.

First an foremost, I have thrashed my wheels and didnt think I can ever get them repaired... never checked, never bothered.. but my wheels bothered me. I had to do something about it. Anyways coming forward to the future after 1 year with me grinding away, I knew I had to find a good place to get them repaired. There were only 4 locations that looked promising. I picked Rim Pros due to ...of course the 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ rating. I thought.. maybe they will get them half as they used to look.. you know BRAND NEW!. Anywho..
