Wide variety of bagels. Nice place inside. Good eats.

We came here recently for breakfast and were shocked by how many people were here in line. We, myself, my husband, and my son, got 2 bagel sandwiches and 1 bagel with strawberry spread as well as a honeydew slush for me. We all enjoyed our bagels and they were still nice and warm when we got to the parking garage at Old Town Sac. They tasted great and the honeydew slush was perfect. We also grabbed a muffin for later which tasted great.

First off- this place and the staff are great. Lot of petty remarks about this place from 1st world citizens looking for a reason to complain. The food is delicious, bagels are right on par for what you want from a bagel and they have a huge assortment of fresh drinks as well as their own signature cream cheeses in the fridge. Its 5 stars. So to the dudes getting fussy about a good meal- man up!

The bagels are amazing... no complaint there. Every time I get any type of sweet bagel, it tastes like onions and garlic because they use the EXACT same knife for ALL bagels. If I dont specifically ask them to clean the knife then watch them like a hawk, it happens EVERY TIME! Its a disgusting taste that I have to endure when it shouldnt even happen. Use two separate knives! Onions, garlic, cheese, and jalapenos dont taste good with sugar. I have been going there for at least five years. Not cool at all!!

Quaint bagel shop. The bagels are always fresh and they have a huge variety. From sweet to savory. They have sandwiches, croissants, smoothies, boba etc...I enjoy the lox and bagel. They also have some bagels that have toppings baked on- those are really good too! Definitely a good spot to go too. Its a hole in the wall type place. Not formal.

1st time being at this bagel cafe, was not disappointed! A young lad named Bentook our order and was so informing of the food, was a great experience.

I walked in, to check out the bagels. They look big and fluffy...... the original bagel is small and hearty!!! The reason is because the fluffy bagels are baked and the original bsgels are boiled to cook them. And then broiled to crisp but only the outer part of the bagel...... I asked if they were boiled she lied to my face!!!...... they arent boiled they are BAKED! Does bagels are huge!!! Not originals. Sorry!!!!! cant trust does asians! Im not being racial but they lie alot!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

This is by far the best bagel place I have found in all of Sacramento. From their croissants to their bagel sandwiches everything is fantastic. The owner is always there. I believe his name is Henry and he is amazing. No matter how busy they are, they are worth the wait. Stay in line and get the best bagel in town.

The gentleman, whom I presume is the owner or one of them doesnt seem to grasp the meaning of not so much cream cheese. Light on the cream cheese. So when emphasizing to not glob on the cream cheese, then please honor the request. Three times in a row with this guy. And maybe sharpen that knife as today the top bagel was the only thing cut in half. The young lady that typically makes bagels follows requests quite well which is why, I didnt give only 1 star.

No bathroom available, employees do not wear masks or ask customers to do so.Several trips over the last few months. Bathroom out of order sign has been there every time. When you push them for a bathroom they lie and say “a customer lost the key again”, push more and it’s “someone is looking for the key for you”. It’s been months, they clearly do not allow indoor dining guests to use bathroom at all, ever. Health department needs to visit for masking issues

Their blended vietnamese coffee is strong and delicious! And I dont have to travel to south sac to get a bagel dog and this shops bagel dog is 3x the size as the usual size. Soooo worth the money!

This place is great, I love the turkey avocado sandwich.

18 people inside while they say 5 allowed during social distancing. Called in an order. Got a call saying it was ready... stood in line in the store for 20+ minutes to pick up a ready order. The place was allowing customers to call home and ask family what they wanted to eat while others waited for food that was already ordered. Definitely will never walk in the doors here again. The fact they are allowing 13 extra people in the lobby shows they do not care about the customers and only about making a dollar.

This place is honestly amazing. I got my food delivered quickly. The portions were surprising and everything was fresh. This is definitely a new breakfast spot for me!

I have never been here before today. Im glad I stopped in. I ordered a breakfast croissant with Turkey egg and cheese. My toddler and I ate half of it together and I am stuffed. Very fast and fresh. I would definitely come here again.

Amazing breakfast bagel sandwiches! They have a variety of different and delicious bagels choices. The deli sandwiches are also delicious and made fresh to order. The shop has plenty of seating and also serves a variety of drinks and coffee.

I got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a Asiago bagel...it was bland...I shouldve added cream cheese for flavor...the bacon isundercooked...I wont be returning here

Bagels are fresh and good but service kinda sucks here. A customer had to ask the employee to help the homeless lady that she was ignoring and standing at the counter asking for a cup of water. SMH

Have made it a weekly visit since I moved here. Breakfast sandwiches & fruit always available and served fast!!

I was there this morning around 9 am to get some breakfast. This employee (lady) was sitting in a chair while being on her cellphone, she got up and asked what I wanted to order. So she got up and put a glove on her left hand, without ever washing her hands. While I look down the counter, she was grabbing the ham with her other hand that had no glove on. I brought the attention to the cashier lady, I asked to cancel my order and told her what happened. Also, another customer in front of me ordering food canceled her order too after I discovered that. I just wanted to let everyone know that this is a fantastic place to get breakfast, but knowing how many germs that lady had on her hands, it seriously couldve gotten myself or my family sick, and for that I will never return.

Actually stopped in by accident. Was so hungry my fiancee went to starbucks. I was like no thank you im going next door. Ordered a turkey and avacado on a parmesan roll. The roll for the sandwich was so soft and amazing. Delicious it was so good. He ended up coming in and having a sandwich too.

This place has a variety of bagels to choose from and also different type of spreads. They also serve sandwiches which are yummy.

Enjoyed an egg and cheese bagel today. Ill be back for a boba tea next time!

Delicious. Fast. One of the ladies is kind of rude and if she makes the tea it isnt sweet at all but everyone else is great and does it right.

Been coming here for over a decade. And the food, bread, bagels still taste the same and keeps me coming back!They have some amazing fresh baked rolls everyday for their lunch sandwiches. Each sandwich comes with green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mayo, mustard and even bean sprouts on them and comes with a sliced pickel on the side. My favorite is the Main St. Special (Turkey & Avacado) on the parmesan bread.(Bread is always toasted before they put on anything.Bagels galore. From plain, strawberry, blueberry, everything, sesame, wheat, spinach parmesan, onion, salted, garlic and more. They have some gourmet ones too, bacon, jalepeno, score garlic, mushroom spinach and cheese and more.They also serve some of the boba drinks, coffee, tea, soda, fresh juices, bottled water and a few others also.They accept cash and credit/debit.
