AMAZING!!! They have literally every balloon you might need. The owner and employees are soooooo so helpful! They were able to drop off my balloons for my son instead of having it in my car and possibly popping due to the Sacramento heat in August. My son loved it!!!! This is literally the place to go if you need any sort of balloon for any event! Would def recommend. 11/10

I totally spaced out on picking up my balloons and they were closed already. i originally was suppose to pick them up at 4pm (hour before closing). the nice gentlmen i believe named Sean went totally out of his way to meet me at there auburn location to pick them up! i was beyond greatful for him doing that. im never going to any other ballon shop! great people and buisness!

I was looking for balloons for my daughters birthday wanted somewhere other than dollar tree balloons or party city Came across this balloon store. They are very friendly and they have TONS of balloons! I will definitely be coming here anytime i need balloons. Thank you for putting a smile on my daughters faces!

DO NOT go here! Poor costumer service. The owner is unable to complete orders in time frames given. Order was not even started when I arrived. Won’t be going back. Had this issue a few times. Yes they a crud load of balloons, but don’t ask for anything other than helium.

I have worked with Ray and Sac Ballon Co twice now for my mixers and events. Every time he has given me so many great decor ideas and delivered an amazing experience to my 500 guests at each event. Weve done a balloon wall, giant letters and some balloon decor stands that are amazing. Each of our guests love the details and the look. The balloons really make the event come to life. OMG this place is Awesome. So every year I do balloons for my moms birthday and the day she passed. Today 2/6/19 shes been gone 8 years. I sent my husband for the balloons as I didnt want to do anything. He gets there well after 5 and someone was still there working on the rooftop. My husband tells him whats going on and this gentleman stays and makes my 20 balloon bouquet. I cant tell you how much that means to me. Thanks so much ❤❤❤❤

Ive came here about 10 years ago when the previous owners were there (they were awesome!!) and I was a little bit nervous to come from reading some of the bad reviews. But I now know that this place is truly a 5 star business!I needed a lot of balloons (like...ALOT!!) last minute to the point where I also needed to rent a helium tank bc I couldnt fit the amount I needed into my car or had time for multiple trips there & back. PLUS! I needed a specific color which (Thank the heavens) they carried!!! And in different sizes! WITH! the same colored curling ribbon!! The perfectionist in me was about to tear up! Lol. I also needed big silver number balloons that were so hard to find anywhere else (I needed 2019 during the graduation season, so everywhere else was sold out). There was three men working in the front and they all were so helpful!! Im the kind of person who asks random questions and they were more than happy to answer everything. When I asked if they can blow up all the number balloons they felt bad and warned me that they had a couple of orders ahead of mine and itll take around 20 minutes. I was on my way to the party within 15! And when I came back the next day to return the helium tank, as soon as I walked in they all asked how the grad party went!:) Everything went great!! Will definitely come back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! They gave us an empty helium tank! We could only blow up 4 balloons and it ran out. Our event was on a Sunday morning. Of course they weret open and neither was any other rental location. We had to go to 4 different Targets and purchase all the tiny helium tanks they had. We had to buy 9 little tanks. Sacramento Balloon Company refused to pay for the helium tanks we had to buy. They were rude and not apologetic about the disaster they created for our event. Awful service. Do not use them!
