They could post somewhere that they are no longer in business. The website says coming soon. Perhaps they will reopen in a new location, but I think it would be best that they post a sign on the front door of the empty building. Even Google has them marked as open today. Wasted two hours driving there and back only to find a locked front door and empty warehouse.

I was needing a new beard trimmer so I started looking online because I knew I could find a quality trimmer online as opposed to purchasing one at my local department store. I decided to purchase a clipper/trimmer set from Salon CA because they had a good variety to choose from. Also, they called me instead of replying to my email to answer all my questions. They were professional and gave me insights I hadnt thought about. The price wasnt the lowest, however with free shipping the cost was better than other online sites. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order and unfortunately because of Covid-19 I was unable to receive my order. I tired to call multiple times to get the box sent to my house but the calls were never returned. Now its over a month later and the package was sent back to them. They charged me a re-stocking fee even though I was physically unable to receive the package because it was illegal to have my business open. Worst business ever!!! The women that called me back today was extremely rude!!! They also said they charged me because the package was damaged!!! How would I of been able to damage something I never physically came into contact with!!!!! This is the worst business. I would advise everyone to shop at SALON GUYS, its there competitor. They have amazing customer service and free shipping on anything over $50
Terrible service they have a window at the door and that does not help to buy what you occupy so they will not sell well, the girl is very unhelpful and militates only to say that they do not have it. I also have supplies and I know that clients want to choose as they like and personally, but this place is a very bad idea. DO NOT COME, YOU ARE GOING TO FUSTRATE.
Beware: I just bought a freestanding shampoo bowl from this place and its not sealed. Had a licensed plumber come to install it only to be told that its missing the seal that keeps the water from leaking everywhere. When I called them I was told that theyre sinks dont come sealed and its my job to get that done. No one told me that when I bought it, thats not mentioned on the website or anywhere else. The bowl costs almost $400, I shouldnt have to add anything to it! This is also costing me days behind the chair!
If i could give a zero, I would.They forced us to pay $30 in shipping for one part and another $120 for a new base because it doesn’t come apart despite their claim that “we’ve replaced a lot of pumps and nobody else has has a problem” - so CLEARLY their chairs are terrible. These are newer chairs but buyer beware!

AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS APPALLING COMPANY!!! We purchased 4 stylists chairs. The pump went out and we were told that the guarantee doesnt cover the postage for replacement parts...$29.99 and 2 weeks later, we cant remove the pump from the base and were told we replace these all the time and nobody else has a problem. Will not send us a new base without us paying over $120 in postage OR we wait for a week. So basically - your product is worthless junk that you replace pumps on all the time YOUR WORDS and if I dont want to cancel appointments Im forced into paying a total of $150+ in shipping to repair/replace. I asked for someone higher up to speak to and was told I couldnt I am the final word on returns - you cant speak to anyone else. As I told her after 30 minutes of her arguing with me - you should be ashamed to work for such a dreadful company that doesnt stand by its products and refuses to allow a customer to talk to anyone in senior management. USE MINERVA, SALONPRO, SALON SPA DIRECT OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY - do not give these people your money.

Ordered a very expensive shampoo station from them. Thinking the porcelain bowl was as strong as I know porcelain to be, I (stupidly in retrospect) laid the unit on its side to get a better grip on the basket where the drain comes out. The corner of the bowl shattered as if I threw a rock at it. Blaming myself, I ordered a new bowl. Fortunately, the company agreed to honor the much lower price on Amazon (vs. what they changed me for ordering from them directly).Now 2 months into using the new (very carefully handled) new bowl, it has developed a hairline crack and the company is refusing to honor the warranty. Apparently it doesnt cover something breaking just by using it for its designed purpose. How pathetic.
Do NOT order from these crooks! We ordered shampoo chairs that they advertised as new from them - and they were both defective!. The first issue was that the chairs leaked every time we turned them on after they were installed - the water would drop to the floor causing pools of water on our brand new hardwood floors. When we told them about it, they asked for video/pic proof which we took and sent, and they sent us a vacuum breaker which had nothing to do with the leaks.Then, the recliner on one of the chairs stopped working. In both instances, we took pictures and video as proof, because their customer service is so awful they do not believe their customer. Each time we contacted them, they made us feel like it was our fault - for example questioning how long it took us to report the problem, when we have been doing nothing except trying to figure out how to prevent the leaks.THEN, one day as our stylist was shampooing a guest a few weeks ago, a pool of water appeared from under the chair and grew bigger and bigger. It was bad. We contacted SalonCA to tell them that we had to get our contractor over there immediately to fix the problem because there is no way that we can use the chair unless its fixed. Again they told us to send video and pic of the problem and we did! Our contractor told us that the chair had old dry pipes and that there is no way it was a new chair!! We had to pay him for parts & labor, and sent the invoice to Salon CA to ask them to cover it. We were not asking for a full refund or credit - just asked them to cover the cost of us having to pay for fixing a chair that was supposed to be new - that we only used for three months up until that point!Then they sent us an email telling us that because we didnt notify them that the chair was leaking that they can not be held responsible for any charges for repairs or loss related to the shampoo unit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We told them MANY times about the leak for months, they sold defective products that have given us NOTHING but headaches, we have been patient and did everything that was asked so they could conduct their investigations and in the end they tell us that they are not liable??AVOID AVOID AVOID and do not order from them as they do not honor any warranties, they simply do not care, and will give you the run around. They will make you feel like you are lying or caused the issue and their customer service reps are very arrogant.At this point, we will take further action against them for false advertising (selling a defective product they claimed was new), and we will notify the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. They should not be allowed to operate this way!

These chairs are completely junk! The back snapped while a client that weighed 120 pounds was on it. Another time a client fell out because the seat has to be turned just right or it wobbles. When we first got it the pump didnt work right. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will ignore you until the warranty is up and then tell you they wont fix the problem. Find another chair that costs a little more it will be worth it.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife bought a facial/massage table from them and had it for only one month and the wood framing inside the bed cracked and has rendered the bed useless. They refuse to replace it or help in anyway because the wood in the bed isnt covered in warranty and it is considered normal wear and tear only after ONE month of use. Their products are made cheap and the customer service is terrible. Dont buy from them, youll be buying new equipment within a month!!!!!!

When I contacted the company to attempt a return they gave me trouble, said I needed to send them a video showing the issues, which I told them was a ridiculous request. They also told me that the chair most likely sat in their warehouse for quite some time and that I may need to fix it. I DO NOT feel like I should be having to repair a chair that I had just purchased, so I insisted on a return. They replied by telling me that IF I was able to return the chair that they would charge me a restocking fee. If you are reading this....save yourself a huge headache, inconvenience and wasted time and money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY...WHAT A SCAM.
Will NEVER order from this company again. Ordered 2 trolleys, received them which one trolley was missing 2 nuts to be able to put the wheels on. 2 weeks ago I contacted salon ca and they said they would go ahead and send out 2 nuts right away. Yep.. 2 weeks to receive this package that I was patiently waiting for. It finally came yesterday with excitement I ran to the mail box to open a package that contained 2 wheels! Needless to say Im not a happy camper, I did NOT get what I need, this being the wrong part. Unfortunately I have been waiting on these to be able to put the trolley together and use it for opening day on monday. They refuse to over the nuts. They can send it 2 day shipping but I would be responsible for the 25$ that it would cost. So here I am, checked all hardware stores and this nut cant be found And out of a trolley. I will make sure that I tell all my stypist and salon owner friends NOT to ur from these people, horrible customer service.

This company is terrible!!! They have horrible customer service!! I ordered two dryers from them on the 9th, I still have not received my merchandise after paying 159.00 for shipping. They sent my package to two different companies and no one knows where my packages are. I called the salon CA, company, and they refused to let me speak to a manager. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
