Ordered produce through Amazon on Dec 18, 2015. Received an email later that evening saying package had shipped. I attempted to track the package for 4 days and nothing showed. On Dec 22nd I contacted Amazon and got the usual run around at there service deck. Finally, after an hour I was told the package had shipped on the 18th and I would have it by the 24th. I received an email following the conversation once again guaranteeing that the produce would arrive on the 24th.While in my office the evening of the 23rd I received an email from UPS saying my package had shipped and the delivery date was modified to Jan 4, 2016. After another hour on the phone and text with Amazon demanding a refund and cancellation of the order, I was informed by a customer service supervisor I would have to contact the 3rd party vendor. I contacted my CC company and disputed the claim.Please save yourself a lot of time and grief and purchase from someone else.Update - Still no package on the 28th. Talus returned call tonight...finally...and the person I spoke to on the Phone was rude and hung up. Please beware when purchasing from this company.
