The staff, at any of the Mattress Firm sites we have purchased from, have gone above and beyond normal salesmanship. They are very knowledgeable about their products, welcoming, and patient with their perspective customers. I would not consider purchasing a mattress anywhere else, my husband and I have been very pleased with the products weve received from Mattress Firm for many years now.

Great demo explaining the features of a temper pedic breeze with adjustable base. Very flexible delivery dates and times, I changed my date 3 days prior and they were able to accommodate. I was also fitted for pillows which was great.

Kate helped us when we entered the store. She had us try every bed within our description, and told us the difference of each one. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. She helped us decide what we needed and then gave us a great deal once we decided. I am very pleased with our purchase.

The staff here were amazing 🤩 I walked in not sure of what I was getting and the lady totally directed me to the perfect set. She answered all my questions and made sure I had all the payment options available to me. I landed on the purple 4 and I love it. It was delivered within 4 hours of me purchasing it. The delivery guys were clean, safe and fast. The entire experience was well worth the money spent!

They asked if I slept on my side or back, I asked why are you asking?They replied because if you sleep on your back, you will need a firm mattress but if you sleep on your side you will need a medium firm mattress so you will be comfortable!No one has ever explained that to me in all my life. I had never been to this store until last night and not only did she help me find the best mattress for my injured back, at a good price, she let me stay a little past closing to finish testing out a mattress I ended up buying. She was so nice and knowledgeable and it really helped because I have never picked out a bed for myself before. It was such a good first experience at a mattress store and Ill definitely be back there if I need something else (like pillows or something) and Ill for sure be recommending this place to friends and family! My husband and I went to the location off Madison and had the pleasure of meeting Brian. He was so informative. We had been to other mattress stores and never had anyone give us a fraction of the information. The very first mattress he had us try was the one we bought (he had us try several). He was perfectly on point with our complaints of body pain and which mattress would work best. It was so refreshing to feel like he listened to us instead of trying to make a sale.

John greeted us and began by asking a few simple questions. He was in no hurry to try and sell us anything. He wanted to make sure we found the right mattress for us. He was very very personable, more of a friend then your typical sales person. His knowledge of the industry was very impressive. My experience with Mattress firm was horrible and very stressful. I tried to make every effort to be understanding and lenient with the bad communication errors and the lack of knowledgeable people who seemed incompetent to solve problems that were caused by their admitted errors, which caused me undue anxiety and stress. I will NEVER again deal with this store and probably any other store due to their incompetent actions. I was more than gracious when accepting their mistakes and I gave them more than one chance to make things right, however, that didnt happen. When a customer pays more than $2,000 for a product and service that was guaranteed to be provided and that service isnt provided but nothing but excuses without any solutions, that is not acceptable. I am very disappointed with the service and was caused undue discomfort and anguish. I will definitely take this matter up with their corporate headquarters and hopefully Ill get some type of satisfaction. I will never refer anyone else to this store, based on my experience.

Definitely recommend this Mattress Firm location! We came in looking for a matress with absolutely no knowledge on what we wanted or needed. We were helped by an amazing sales rep, Elisha, who really took her time with us. She explained to us all of the ins and outs of what to look for in a mattress and the different styles that fit better for different sleepers. Then she gave us our space/time to really look/judge the beds ourselves and was so helpful to us coming to our final decision. We cant wait to get the best sleep of our lives!

My wife and I had went to many different types of furniture/mattress stores looking for the best deal when we happened to go into Mattress Firm and met with Elisha. She was honestly one of the nicest, most respectful and caring sales women we had spoken with throughout our shopping experience. She took the time to ask us how we slept, what was wrong with our old bed, and what we were looking for. She didnt just start showing us the most expensive beds when I answered her questions. She really listened and took us to a the price range we were looking for then was able to find us a great deal ultimately helping us to find a better deal than we could find anywhere else. My wife and I are really pleased with the set that we received and are truly thankful to be done.

Conspiracy theories aside, we entered this Mattress Firm store searching for a new mattress. We were not going to plunk down $$$$ without trying it our first. As we expected, no one but the sales associate was in the store, and we had the place virtually to ourselves as we hopped from one mattress to another. With Elisha Rosss help, and no pressure, we decided on a Purple 4 mattress. She negotiated a great deal including box springs (dont buy online or you are throwing money away!) and everything was fine. When there was a glitch in delivery, she responded, discovered the issue and was helpful in getting it resolved post haste. When the first purple mattress we got was defective, we called within the five days, and everything was timely taken care of, with a new mattress delivered within the week. Oh and a purple pillow thrown in for our trouble. Stuff happens - but good and responsive customer service makes it all better. :) Satisfied customers.
