What a great place to work with. As a customer, and an Event Planner, good customer service is important. Well, this place is the absolute best. They are quick to respond, very accommodating to our needs and just really really nice people! I highly recommend them for any event or anything else where you need beer refrigeration or cold storage. They are simply the best.

I run several swim meets a year, hosting on average 1500 guests over a 3 to 4 day period. The meets typically take place in the summer and ice is a very important commodity to keep in stock. After our last vendor miserably failed at this task I found Beers In Sac. This company immediately became my number one vendor. They are very responsive to our needs and I love their ability to take our orders online. Their customer services are incredible as they always deliver on time and pick up on time as promised. I highly recommend this company if you looking for a dependable vendor for your the beverage and ice needs.

These guys are a total class act from booking, to trailer drop off to pick up. I used them for a 40th birthday party in my own back yard - small gathering of 13 people - 4 beers on tap, I used Tower Brewing for 2 mini kegs and 2 large kegs - they let me keep the trailer for 2 days and charged me accordingly. They gave me a tech guys cell number if I had any trouble with the lines, the Co2, the taps...anything. They were a dream to work and I will be using them again...oh ya..that again is already booked. I booked again in a few weeks for another small gathering. Affordability, communication, customer service its all there. Go with these guys even if its a small backyard get together like I am having.

We rented a beer truck for our wedding and we had an amazing experience. We had a large camp out for our event and rented the beer truck for two days. It was such a relief not having to worry about picking up the kegs, transporting them to our event on time, and keeping them cold and ready for our guests. Beers in sac took care of all the hard work, all we had to do was buy the kegs we wanted and tell them where to pick them up and where to park the truck!

I used beers in Sac for the Keg equipment at my wedding. They were recommended by Jack Rabbit Brewery, where we got the Kegs. They were flexible in setting up the pickup time and easy to drop off the equipment with. They gave me good direction on how to use the equipment in question (a jockey box). We rented a jockey box from Beers in Sac for my wedding last October. The rental was somewhat last minute (and VERY affordable) and everyone I came in contact with was extremely accommodating! The best part of the whole rental was that they graciously allowed someone from our wedding party to pick up and drop off the jockey box so that I didn’t have to drive an hour out of my way during my wedding weekend prep to grab it. It worked flawlessly, our guests were stoked to have beer on tap, so much so that the kegs were gone by the beginning of dinner and my husband and I barely got a glass to share! Ha! Knew nothing about kegs but fairly last minute my son and his bride decided they wanted one for their wedding. Who knew you needed additional equipment to serve and keep it cold?! Lol. Found Sacramento Beer Rentals by searching online. They were able to accommodate our last minute request for a jockey box and it was very affordable. I had no idea what I was talking about when I made the request. They were extremely kind and seemed happy to share their knowledge with me.

Best draft equipment and service around! These guys have really nice, clean and well setup draft trailers. I am in the beer business and cannot tell you how nice it is to work with Sacramento Beer Rentals. Two years in a row they delivered a very large 30 keg draft trailer hours out of town for a music festival. Both times they were on time and worked around the mess of people setting up and tearing down other booths without a single complaint. I highly recommend them for any event, large or small.Cheers!!!

Last summer I was asked to bartend a wedding at a venue that was not equipped to host a bar. I was left on charge of picking out some great kegs of beer as well as figuring out how to serve them. I found Sacramento Beer Rentals and I am so thankful I did! I was able to get a 3 tap jockey box at a great price for the wedding. They gave it to me clean with plenty of instruction (and a phone number to call if I screwed up). All I had to do was set up, serve beer, and return the jockey box. The worst customer service I have ever worked with. I was a bartender for 15 years. Being in the industry I have worked with many companies. My friend ordered a jockey box, co2 tank and jockey box cover for his wedding. When I picked up the equipment I was told they gave away their last jockey box cover. Not sure why they would rent out a jockey box cover that they didnt have. I was also given a business card and was told by the owner that if I had any issues with the equipment to call the number and they would help me. Well, when we hooked up the jockey box and co2 tank with the supplied gasket, the co2 tank immediately leaked. I called the number on the card and left a message and never recieved a response. My friends beer ended up going flat within 2 hours of his wedding starting. Its obviously not good for the beer to go flat at a wedding. I returned the equipment and told them my issue. I was told the owner would get back to me. Well, that was almost a month ago. I have called probably 5 times. They finally answered when dialed *67 to not show my number. The owner answered and told me he was sorry and he would look into the issues and call me back. It has been 2 weeks since I talked to the owner and I have still not recieved a response. I have never dealt with customer service this bad. I will be notifying the better business bureau.

Great experience using Beers in Sac. I rented a jockey box (two tap) to keep the beer cold for my wedding back in October. Worked like a charm. They were really flexible and allowed me to pick up the equipment on a Thursday for a Saturday event (no charge for the extra day) and return the equipment on the following Sunday afternoon. I mistakenly went to a big wine/beer store first and asked about renting a jockey box and everyone there said oh no, you cant get those anywhere and if you can, theyre super expensive and all that BS... Naw. Go to Beers in Sac for all your beer dispensing needs. Theyre local, knowledgeable, friendly, priced well and they communicate well. Ill be going back to them the next time I throw a shindig. Also, they have a map of all the local (and some not so local) breweries. Pitter patter.
