The new owner is a b*st*rd and was pretty unreasonable when they decided to change the layout and kicked a bunch of us out with about 30 or 40 days notice. I had been there 10 years and he was balking at allowing me till Sat. 10-2-21, an extra day or 2 because he said it was well into October, which the 2nd is not well into October. Greedy just wanted another months rent.He is a nasty person on the phone. I know because I stood there waiting for him to quit arguing and get off the phone. Totally rude to person on the phone. Dont rent there. RUN. FAST. The manager guy is unprofessional and mean-spirited. And they close too early, 4:30 p.m. Very inconvenient. Nearly impossible to get to on a workday. CubeSmart down the street is open late, and Marlo at front desk is super nice. I was hoping Id get a chance to rate how poor service was at Valet so I could save people from a bad rental experience. So here it is.

Ski supremes are high quality, and made here in the valley. Valet has been a pleasure to work with.
