Last 2 times I came here they didnt have the right size tire for my Ford Explorer. They actually offered to change my tire with a tire that was similar in size to the rest of my tires but not exact, which I declined because I wasnt that desperate and simply drove like 5 minutes down the street to a different shop that had the right size. I just thought it was a little odd/unprofessional of them to offer that. Ive been here once or twice before though with a different car and had my tire changed by them. Theyre fast but the place is really difficult to get in and out of when they have a lot of other cars there which is like almost all the time. Also noticed people working in open toed shoes which seem extremely unsafe to be working in at an auto repair shop but that doesnt factor into why I rated 3 stars. The customer service is average, Ive only interacted with like 1 maybe 2 of the employees since my boyfriend usually handles everything. They arent rude but also dont put much or any effort into being kind/polite. Its kind of hit and miss with this place, its easy to want to come here because of low prices and quick service but its not always the best option and sometimes not an option at all especially if they dont have the tire size that I need. Id recommend calling ahead of time before you go to make sure they have room for you and/or are able to provide you with the services you need.

This is the worst shop in Sacramento hand down don’t go there at all I gave them my car on Sep 2nd and now it’s 10/06/2021 my car still don’t run and it was running when I got there and it was running while it was there they had the luxury to drive my car so something the mechanic John did was wrong and they recommended to changed a lot of parts and I did everything they said change and my car still not running complete rip off I wouldn’t got there to get a soda out The machine everything there is unprofessional even the paper work I reported them to the BBB and I had them fix body control module distributor do auto body gasket kit ECM engine control module all the ground wires spark plugs they even disconnected my fuel pump and reconnected it they even took off my whole steering wheel to check my ignition wires the list goes on and my car still won’t start but it started fine before I got there 🤬🤬🤬🤬 never in your life go there

This shop maybe good for tire service only, but not for your auto care! I had to go to BBB automotive on these people! ( Ali)!! Check your paint and everything on your cars, if you must ever leave it their!! I picked up my car from these people and found a long scratch on my driver side door! And hard brown oil on the end of my bumper! They lied and said they didn’t do this!! But did!! Smart mouthed and very very unprofessional!! Period! .......

Got my tires from them fast and friendly service got a few dollars taken off my tab this place is alright. A lot of ppl come here I havent had mechanical work done but I hear theyre pretty darn good

Not professional at all. No common sense of how to use the right tools and damaged all four of my tire pressure sensors nuts by using incorrect tool. Dont go there, feel like I pay someone to do some cosmetic damage to your car. No responsibility.

The guy who pump the car up let it slip off jack and made loud sound and possibly did damage under car or to rim. Idk. Now my light is on the car saying check system and doesnt recognize the tire. Weird. We go here for all our tires. Usually do great job. This time. Never seen the kid who messed up. Hopefully the boss man will fix the problem went back there today but boss man not there.

This place a few years ago used to be great, when the Hmongs ran it, now the new owners seem careless, greedy, and downright shady. The work used to be of the utmost quality and the owner would go out of his way to make sure you could get all the work done in a way you could afford, now if you get work done youre almost guaranteed that it will go bad again shortly or something else will be damaged due to their carelessness. In that event when you confront them they will try to deny all blame and then threaten you with their so called gang life.

Got my alignment done here my steering wheel was way off and they told me it cant be fix due to camber waste of money and time
