101 is the best. Ming (Folsom Blvd location) is FANTASTIC and the installers/fabricators are AMAZING. Highly recommend - great prices, selection and service - Five stars all around!

All around great experience. Fanny is very good helping me get exactly what I needed for granite/install in my dads kitchen. Price was very reasonable and the workers did a great job. They took their time and were very precise and clean. They even supplied and installed the undermount sink. Will definitely be using them again for other projects.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Steer clear if you plan on using them for installation, however, their prices are dirt cheap (1 star for pricing). #1. Their license # is under 101 Remodeling. #2. They do not hold a license to do electrical or plumbing work, but they will charge you for reconnecting the hood vent thinking thats the same as installing it (Im pretty sure theyre two different things). #3. Their business card says they do electrical and plumbing, so not sure if they hire sub-contractors for that, however, they dont send contractors to install anything, only employees. #4. If something goes wrong, they blame you, the consumer, or your house (ie: your wall is crooked, thats why the installer cut the backsplash 1/4 -1/2 inch short). I was told that I, the customer, wasted their time and that they are tired of dealing with me and my complaints. All I did was complain, complain, complain per the CEO of the cooperation (sic). Last I checked, there was a standard for craftsmanship, but this company does not believe so. They will come up with every excuse not to be held liable or responsible for their employees mistakes. If you like chasing people down for confirmations, then waiting around for 45 minutes for no reason since they won’t show up, choose them! They’ll be perfect for you. I’m actually looking for follow up and someone to actually show up so I’ll be looking elsewhere for someone.

I am A C54 license contractor which you have to have to install Quartz and granite slab .2021 I sent my customer over there to select quartz slabs later customer called me and said they were having 101 building supply fabricate and install, can you believe they actually stole my job I would never send a customer there again and by all the rest of the reviews their workmanship is very poor Trying to find out if they hold A AC54 license with insurance can workers comp chances are they do not

I am giving this place 1 star because they have great prices. We order quartz to have our kitchen redone after looking at reviews and doing research. We provided them with measurements and then they sent someone out to measure as well. This did not seem to help them with the install because it did not go smoothly. The first two pieces that did not require seems went fine. They then did our corner area and did some of the worst seeming you could imagine! They also put a seam that was completely unnecessary They claimed they did not have the proper measurements and that we did not tell them we didnt want a seam. I would never have got a seam I didnt need. The installation was a nightmare! When they hooked up our dishwasher at the end they attached it to our air gap so water came pouring out when we ran the dishwasher. They were nothing but excuses. We had them come back out after much complaining to try and fix it but it was not much better. The lead installer was quite rude and seemed to want to argue with me about what was wrong and EVERYTHING was our fault. We had to end up paying another company to come rip out most of the installation this company did. One look by all the other installers who came out for bids all said this was as bad of an installation job as they have seemed on areas they needed to fix. The other company even called for us to try to get this company to do re-install but again they made excuses and just wanted to blame us. I like one of the excuses the installer said who said our cabinets are level but the floor is not level so reason why didnt look good. I would avoid this company at all cost because it will cost you more in the long run as it did us.

This is a secret place I think homeowners dont know about. Its a warehouse where you can go right in and pick up what you want.

Very dissatisfied with the installation! They cracked my granite, tried to hide it, and then thought that I should pay twice for plumbing that they dont do. They use contracted labor, so negotiations are not with 101 Building Supply when something goes wrong. This was a terrible experience! DO NOT USE 101 Building Supply! You will regret it!

Great place to shop for home remodel projects at a price unmatched by other stores. I like that it was one stop shopping and no long wait for product delivery like most stores. Come prepared with your room measurements as I did with my kitchen and William prepared a kitchen blueprint tailored to my liking. Everything was made simple and you leave feeling productive.

My kitchen counter started off with a small crack and I didnt worry too much about it, but as time went on the crack got larger; to the point where it needed to be replaced. I was recommended to 101 Building Supply from a friend and I had an excellent experience with them. They got the job done quickly and they had a wide variety. Also, I didnt break the bank working with 101 Building Supply. Would recommend and do business with them again.

We had a great experience with this company especially the installers. Way and Louis did a jaw dropping job and seriously did an amazing job all in one day! They did a professional clean cut job and even there clean up job at the end was top rate. They installed great product and with great care and quality. Depends on who you are. They pretty much ignore me unless my handyman is with me. Im paying the estimated $10,000 for a new kitchen but they cant be bothered with me when im in there by myself. I see they cater to certain genders and races which doesnt include me. When i did finally get to ask a question they just threw a brochure in my face. They dont get my $10,000. Ill go to German flooring for cabinets instead and granite right down the street from them. The price of the cabinets was the SAME price at German flooring. My first time there but you get customer service at least. 101building only cares about money! Sad

Fanny and her team are awesome. Human error in everything especially construction. Fanny is always there for us when we have last minute order or scheduling. You cant go wrong. Prices and products are solid!

Would not recommend anyone going to this shopI have a very bad experience with them because they are liars. I bought a granite for $ 1400 with the installation, they called me asking for an extra $ 80 and I agreed, when they came home, they started working but the different colors were not matched, and they asked for an extra $ 600 to complete the work and paid them because they left work halfway, I do not recommend Anyone by going to them.

What a great experience. I just had some granite countertops installed and they are beautiful. Best of all they cost a fraction of what I would have paid at the big stores. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to this place. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is horrible! It seems to be a family owned business, I totally support usually. I will never waste another dollar here, the guy that charged me for the sink I bought had the worst customer service.

Horrible, horrible place! Do not buy from these crooks they sold us a vanity top that cracked the minute our contractor put the plywood and sink on. They did not stand behind their product and said basically we were lying when we told them it just cracked. There was a Fisher in it and you could see it but they said because they didnt install it that it was our fault and too bad. We had pictures and everything. Dont buy from these people they only care about money not their customers. I would have given them zero stars if I could. We are out $180 and they dont give a care!

Spend 4000 on cabinets and quartz and they cant help with anything after the sale. Terrible customer service. All i need is the name of quartz supplier and they cant give me a name. Pathetic.
