Had them serviced my house last month and its only now that I had the time to write a review. They replaced our carpet with hardwood in our master bedroom and walk-in closet, and upper level sitting room with walk-in closet. The flooring came out darker than expected, but they stripped it down and re-stained it to our liking at no additional charge. Its one of the qualities Zothex flooring has that other companies simply just couldnt get.

Our home is so beautiful now. The crew was professional, cleaned up any mess, friendly and hard working. The new flooring has opened up the living room and dining room with new life. Our sales man, Thomas Irwin was clean, professional, helpful, and never hesitated to answer our questions, checked in before and after the work was completed. ZOTHEX FLOORING COMES THROUGH AGAIN. These guys have done such a great job for us several times now. I needed a real fast job completed at my new house and they were able to get me in and done within 4-5 days. The guys sent to our house to do the project were awesome and extremely hard working. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday to get it finished for us, which we appreciated so much because we needed to get moved in. Whether youre talking to Clayton (the owner), Cris (project man share) or one of the actual installers working onsite, they are all so respectful. These are the guys you want working inside your house and around your family. I really wouldnt go any further. Zothex Flooring installed new pine hardwood flooring in master bedroom and sanded all the rest of the house. The floors were in very bad shape and after they work on them they were in perfect shape. The difference was remarkable - I couldnt distinguish between the new and old floors.

They had to match the new hardwood with the existing and they did a GREAT job in doing so. The flooring looks identical in color, texture, and grain. No words for this company!!

Zothex extended our hardwoods into the living room and bedroom. Having existing hardwoods, the way they seamlessly integrated the old and the new and make them look like they were all installed at the same time was impressive.

The customer service here is amazing! Ever person I spoke to or passed by had an impeccable level of customer service, making sure to check it on whether I’d been helped and making sure I had what I needed. I only came to get carpet remnants for a project but they still did everything they could to help me as much as is I was investing in a big project. Construction is so stressful but I can always count on these guys for their work and helping make the process go smoothly. They installed hardwood flooring in two bedrooms, living room and kitchen and multiple closets. Wouldn’t have finished the house without their huge help.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Noe Mandoza (And his team, specifically Tomas!) who spent two and half weeks trapped with us inside our home redoing our entire flooring. He was respectful, accommodating, communicative, clean, fast, and very careful in his attention to detail!! Would absolutely and very highly recommend him and his team for any job youve got.My one complaint is for Zothex and Zothex only: I think there could be better communication between the sales reps and the install teams because there were a few instances of us explaining our wants/needs to the sales team and then the install team being unaware of those requests.However, the whole experience was overall positive! Weve used the company twice now on projects (though Noe and his team were by FAR the best part of the entire experience on both occasions) and would recommend them in the future!

We live in a house from the 1900s and were very concerned about the quality of refinishing because replacing the floors would be nearly impossible. Zothex’s Gemcore Ventura was the perfect fit for our antique flooring. Can’t believe my eyes when I saw how similar the flooring was.

I really enjoyed my value for money, they were quite unresponsive at first but they made sure all my request were met. I was impressed with their installation as well.

Silicons already off 1 week after around the balcony door, bunch of gaps found, but more than anything, they worked extra day because they didnt bring necessary materials. On top of that, the person who we contacted in the first place didnt even answer the call, didnt share any update, what so ever. The only reason I give this place 3 star is because of the laminate material and one of the workers. If not, surely 1 star place.

Zothex provided a quote the next day after inquring (3 quotes actually, breaking it down exactly how we asked). Scheduling was fast and the team they sent out were both professional and friendly.

My dealing with them took almost two weeks for the installation. Apparently my chosen flooring material got stuck in their manufacturer’s warehouse which delayed their service. At least their staff explained the situation to us which made it more reassuring.

The finished vinyl flooring looks elegant. Im just a bit worried this kind of flooring wont hold up that long.

John came out quickly at my request to do an estimate, discussed the various options such as underlayment and really listened to what I wanted. He also patiently showed me the various materials in stock They were able to meet my tight timeline and do a great job installing vinyl laminate in my home. One of the easier times I have had with a home improvement company.

BAD customer Experience.Hired Zothex flooring to do a simple laminate and tile job at my rental. They came out, provided an estimate, and timeline which be both agreed upon. Regular stuff right?Apparently due to a damaged shipment they were not able to complete the job in time and pushed the timeline back a week. Heres the kicker tho.. they tried to pass on a 5% late fee to ME! Because THEY were not able to complete the job on time. THEN they changed the priced that was initially agreed upon.. which I have documented with the Project Manger in TEXT!I was pretty adamant about the timeline upfront and due to the job being late I lost money from my renters being able to move in. I requested that $50 be taken off the final bill for the project being done outside of the agreed time frame, and the inconvenience. Without hesitation it was DENIED!!Seriously.. you guys are trying to forward your own supply chain issue cost to customers, and change the agreed cost?Be careful when doing business and document all your conversations!One additional star for being able to find the correct laminate to match.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Zothex flooring and Jorge Rodrigues our contact there. we have about a 2300 square-foot home that was fully carpeted and we wanted to switch over to vinyl flooring. I have gotten estimates from Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, and RC Willey and I was getting ready to choose one of them and I ran across an ad on Facebook and decided to get an estimate from them. We had a problem because I had rounded stairs at the bottom and all the other companies wanted to put carpet on the stairs but Jorge from Zothex came out and he said no problem on doing vinyl on the stairs . What a great company. Jorge was very patient with us because we took a few weeks to decide color and such. They also retiled our fireplace in a wonder black tile we wanted which the other companies wouldn’t do because it went around our fireplace and wasn’t on the floor. Just so happens they where the best deal and we have no carpet on the stairs which was important to my wife. Thanks Jorge for the Beautiful flooring and very professional service!

I got my floors done at the beginning of the month and i had several companies come out and give me an estimate. I went with zothex because i was impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and prepared the sales team (justin and emir) was. I originally had carpet and tile and these guys were upfront and told me the tile might be a problem to remove and level out. I appreciated their honesty and they were the only company that mentioned anything about the tile possibly needing extra work, all the other companies just glanced at it and said “it’ll be fine”. Justin was my point of contact and he was amazing, he answered all my questions and responded to all my texts even after hours, he kept me informed of all the process and helped me find the perfect color, we went with the scotch oak per his recommendation and i was amazed at how beautiful it turned out. Ibrahim and his team ( the installation crew) Were great too, friendly, professional and on time, they finished the project sooner than expected. Over all i would 100% recommend this company and im extremely happy with the product and service

I was given Jorge’s name from a friend that had used Zothex for flooring in their commercial building. I contacted Jorge via text and he responded very quickly. He was able to come out and give me an estimate right away. Jorge came to my house with lots of samples for me to choose from and I was able to pick one. He gave me the estimate on the spot and it was the lowest we had received. Once the flooring was chosen I called the office to secure financing and Azucena was so helpful. Jorge then arranged for our flooring to be installed that same week. The installers arrived on time and they were so efficient and professional. Our floors look amazing and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using Zothex for my future flooring needs.

What a great experience from start to finish! I will definitely be coming back to Zothex for my next flooring project! From the start, I was impressed when Clayton (Owner/Manager) and Jon Casey (project manager) both came out to my home to show me some samples from the showroom and give recommendations based on my unique situation and preferences. They both were great to work with and went above and beyond to assist me. There were absolutely no high pressure sales or sleezy salesman trying to sell you their most expensive product. (Phew!) Then, Jon Casey did a great job following up with me and getting a competitive quote to install carpet. Carpet installation went excellent and the carpet looks and feels fantastic. When I noticed a few minor dings on the baseboards from when the carpet was installed, they were quick to offer solutions to remedy the situation. I am a VERY satisfied customer. Even the office staff at the shop were extremely kind and professional on the phone. I am so impressed with their superb customer service and quality of work; honestly, I cant wait to work with them again!!

I just wanted to take the time to post this review publicly. We just had our floors done with Zothex Flooring, and we couldn’t be happier. Carlos, was our project manager and he was on point with everything. He was patient with us and took his time to make sure we selected the right floors for our home. We have busy household with 4 small dogs and two kids. Carlos suggest the water proof vinyl floors that we absolutely love. The colors look great and coordinated accordingly with our paint scheme. We had it done throughout the whole house, about 2100 sq ft worth. Carlos also suggested replacing the baseboards, which the installers did an excellent job with the cuts and installation. All in all, we will absolutely recommend Zothex Flooring to any of our neighbors.

I had Zothex Flooring install laminate floors throughout my entire house and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Zothex Flooring ROCKS!!! They are professional and get the job done on time and as promised, and are an absolute pleasure to work with.Clayton and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done in no time! The contractors that installed the floors were fantastic. However, the company and their management were rude and disorganized. This impacted the contractors timing and work. Managment said installation would begin in three days, per our contract agreement. It took them two weeks to start then another five weeks for all the product to be delivered. Our home was in complete disarray. When I called for updates, they appeared confused and acted as if they forgot to order the product. The product they sold us is horrible. They told us the laminate wouldn’t scratch, but it has several deep scratches in every room of our house. They also said the flooring would be waterproof, but when moping the floor, water quickly gets under the transitions. I know this is going to cause mold to grow due to the dark, damp and warm environment under the transitions. Carlos told me he would get someone to deal with these concerns. It has been two months, and no one has followed regarding the concerns. They were rude and pushy. After we signed the contract, they relentlessly tried to sell us a product we did not want. I feel like they overstocked the item and needed more space for storage, which would explain them staying they would have the product in and begin installment within three days, per our contract. We were trying to get the floors in quickly before our family came into town. What agitated me most was that they continuously talked over my girlfriend, were overall disrespectful and misogynistic.

We had an excellent experience with Zothex flooring. They carry a wide range of color and styles of flooring. I found the perfect color and fell in love with it! They were professional, timely and the prices are very good. I would highly recommend them!

My experience with Zothex flooring was very pleasing. From getting in touch with the estimators, viewing floor samples, pricing and financing options, and overall customer service. The quality of the finished product was really good and I would higly recommened their services. I moved into a 2,100 sq ft house and had my living room, 3 bedrooms and upstairs hallway carpeted. The downstairs hallways and bathroom were wood laminate. Bottom line, great service and highly recommended.

Just had our master shower done by Zothex Flooring, and we really happy with the end result. Carlos Oliveira was our project manager and he was able to get us in before Thanksgiving and was able to order the tile from Emser on time, when no one else in town could. It took them a little longer than scheduled to finish the project, however, we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and care both the installers and project manager had. I highly recommend Zothex flooring. We were trying to move into our house within a week and needed flooring to get in due to the time crunch and zothex was out the same day to take measurements and out the next day to install. Our installer was there on time exactly when he said and stayed late until the job was done. There was no mess left and we couldnt be happier with our carpet and laminate. I highly recommend them because of the quality of their work and how affordable their floor is including installation; we looked at many places and zothex was the best priced and working with them was very enjoyable. I highly recommend them and are having them do our next project.

Additionally, Zothex replaced the carpeting in the stairway and throughout the second floor. We could not be more pleased with the result! The company provided us with excellent flooring choices, their fees were very competitive, and the workmanship was superb. Each stage of the process was well planned, done on time and within budget, communication was responsive and ongoing, and follow-up was thorough.Prior to working with Zothex we spent a good amount of time dealing with a Carpet One sales representative, and we were given an estimate that encouraged us to do more comparative shopping. We read the reviews for Zothex, and decided to stop by the store where we met Clayton Rodregues, the owner and sales rep, Kris Layug. They listened attentively to our ideas and thoughts and suggested that they bring samples to the house. Later that week, with samples in-hand, Clayton and Kris patiently assisted us with our selection and provided estimates of each service needed, including the removal of the old materials. From beginning to end, Peter excelled in communicating with us and making sure that all of our questions were answered. We knew nothing about waterproof floors and he went above and beyond to explain to us about the difference between LVP and WPC along with some other floor styles. Let me just say that me and my husband are ABSOLUTELY happy with the job!!! We LOVE our FLOORS and the installers that did our job were nice and friendly. These guys have a nice showroom and we ordered beautiful luxury vinyl flooring from them. It came a little later than they said, but not much. Unfortunately, though, they dont know as much as they should about flooring. The flooring we ordered was from a certain company that has an attached cork underlayment on some of their collections. They didnt have a sample of the specific color we ordered but they assured us it has an attached underlayment like their other samples. When it arrived and we went to pick it up, we discovered it did NOT have an attached underlayment after all. That is where the frustration began for us. They compared themselves to big home improvement stores and said they had no idea this line of flooring was different. We thought a company dedicated to flooring should be more knowledgeable than that! Turns out, when they ordered our flooring, they didnt take the time to double check with the company as to whether or not this specific product had an attached underlayment. Long story short, after a week and a half of trying to get underlayment through them that matched our needs and finding them very slow and uncooperative, we went with someone else who resolved the problem immediately. I hope this isnt typical of their service, as they really did seem like nice people and, like I said, they carry a great variety of beautiful floors. But their refusal to reimburse us for their mistake disappointed us as well as their slowness in resolving the problem. I would not be likely to use them again in the future.
