What a wonderful place. In Sacramento for business and stopped by after seeing all the wonderful colors from the road. My first time there and definitely not my last. Great staff and friendly/ clean environment. HIGHLY recommend this place for all your party needs

I absolutely loved my fiesta candy box! Everything came fresh and absolutely perfect. $20 for a great assortment? You couldn’t find a better deal anywhere else. Tyler and everyone there are seriously the best and I can’t wait to be able to go back and shop once Covid is done with.

Horrible costumer service. My mother went to exchange a never used grill that was purchased here because no matter how hard she cleaned this grill a substance wouldn’t come off. The owner starts verbally attacking her by calling her names, cursing and saying she is incapable of cleaning. My sister asks for the manager to put on a mask and starts yelling even more at my family saying they are the cause of the pandemic and why COVID is here even thought my family was wearing masks. The owner keeps yelling at my family and kicks them out the store. The grill was left behind at the store with no return or exchange. Lastly this place promotes the sale of masks yet don’t believe in the reason behind wearing one. Don’t support places like this. Sacramento has way better Mexican stores with respectable owners.

Just received my La Fiesta Box and I LOVE it!! I moved to a city where they don’t have anything like this around!! So I figured I’d give this box a try, and it reminds me of my childhood 😩❤️ Will repurchase !!

Great stuff! Drove down with my wife on our day off to pick up some coco items for our sons birthday party this weekend! All the coco items and candy we bought were hella cheap. Def coming back, great customer service my wife said it made the trip even more worth it

Disappointed! Drove 2 hours to find out this place has a ver small selection of candy. Shelves were practically empty: 2 flavors of pularindo occupied a whole shelf. Wish i would of taken a pic to prove it.

Found everything i needed for my wifes birthday here for super cheap the workers were so nice gave me a good discount and i cant wait till they reopen so i can go buy more !!!

First and last time... I never felt so discriminated in my whole life like I did today. Worst customer service and even worst management...white guy behind the counter has no people skills...bottonm line I was yelled at service was denied and kick out of the store for trying to understand their covid rules.

I understand the initial appeal. I was purchasing a lot from this unique store. Had my eye on an item and discussed it extensively with the guy working there (he was knowledgeable and helpful) - he let me know the item was $100 (there was no price-tag). I came back a couple days later to purchase (a long drive from home, I might add) - and the item price mysteriously and very unexpectedly raised by $50. The gentleman who had initially quoted wasn’t there, of course - and after hearing a bunch of excuses as to why the price I was quoted 48 hours before wouldn’t be granted (“feel free to contact the owner - but he’s in Mexico”), I left the store, rather disenchanted. I won’t be back. Pity, cuz I would have purchased a ton.

Drove 2 hours just to go shop here, but had a bad experience. They do have cute supplies, but the service was just horrible. The workers there act like they completely hate their job! Not once did they ask us if we needed help, when we asked for prices or anything else they would look annoyed. The worst part is the fact that we grabbed two items that had a price of $3.99 and they charged us $14 for each one. When we checked our receipt we told them about it and they did not want to fix the issue whatsoever! They even took off the $3.99 sticker from the items when we weren’t looking, so we couldn’t prove the item was actually at that price (they were also they last two items of that kind).Total rip off! I suggest going to Productos La Morenita, they have the same products and way better service! They go around checking if customers are finding everything okay or have any questions, they also have a welcoming attitude.
