I bought a used battery in July for a truck that doesnt get driven very often. It went dead around the holidays and I left it alone until the new year. I tried to charge it at home, but that didnt work. I called to ask about the warranty and was told to bring it in to be tested before doing anything. They charged it for me at no cost and its working again. Great customer service.

Jeff at Valley and his staff are great. They went out and tested my battery to make sure that my battery was bad before he sold me a battery it ends up that my alternator was bad and thats what caused my battery to drain he went through all the steps to check it and make sure that I didnt buy something that wasnt needed awesome awesome I recommend valley battery for any battery you need go see Jeff

Always great service. Ive been a customer for twenty years. One time was there on a Sunday when they were closed and while trying to figure out were else to go the owner came out to my car and asked if I needed a battery. The man opened his store just for me. He has a customer for life.

Cheap car batteries but the customer service guy gave me the wrong battery even after I asked him if he was sure that it was the right one for my BMW cuz it calls for a very high cold cranking amp battery like 1000k cca and he gave me one that only has about 800cca so my BMW is having some major electrical issues and throwing a bunch of trouble codes now.

Got a cheap battery but horrible customer service. I got a used battery for my car and they handed me the tools and basically said “do it yourself” and a second later another gentleman bought a new battery and they immediately offered help and helped him put his new battery in. Not happy. Is it because I’m a girl? Because it’s a used battery? Not sure but didn’t appreciate it.

Been to this place about 5 years ago before they remodeled and was giving a great deal with an even better warranty agreement so I expected the same experience which I was wrong, talked to a guy over the phone told him what I was looking for and he quoted me a price and told me to come in so I drove 23 minutes out my way to pick up the battery he described over the phone and it wasnt the same battery and the price had almost doubled I dont know if I look like free money but I refuse to give away my hard earned money to anybody whos dishonest and greedy Im good I can take my money elsewhere

OK, so this is an update on the massive improvement on customer service, night and day. Helped me out with a battery that failed a bit early, but just out of warranty. Made me a deal on the new one and let me do the removal and replacement work there at the store, and offered me tools if I need any. Really good prices as well. Got a 12 volt battery brand new took it home was dead and tried to charge it wouldnt hold. A charge took it back got another one, same thing. Took that one back got another, again same thing. Took it back and finally got a good one. Got some cool flashlights that plug into the car cigerette lighter

Battery crapped out after 3 MONTHS ! Then i was miss informed the warranty length at purchase of the battery which I found out when i called for the info (rudely by the man working that answered the phone). I was miss informed as well as sold a battery that only lasted 3 months..i would not recommend this place to anyone!! 👎

I called over the phone as an educated buyer. Absolute horrible customer service, sales associate was rude, arrogant, and ignorant. Nobody there could tell me whether it was made out of recycled lead or virgin lead. They treated me as though I should just shut up and come in and buy a battery without asking questions. The supposed Manager was much nicer, but could still only read me the info from a sales brochure/Internet page. Simply put I will not now nor ever go to this store to purchase anything at all. Save your time and frustration and just go to Les Schwab or Costco. Both of those stores have better warranties, prices, knowledge, and customer service.
