August 7th I bought a 2016 Dodge Charger from auto star. The exhaust was rattling a bit so my father and boyfriend lifted it to tighten the exhaust and they noticed silicone on my wheels. They took a closer look and noticed my wheels were cracked in multiple places. They took it to Les Schwab in our home town and bought new rims we called autostar and they have not been helpful. One min they want to rewrite the contract and take 2400 off the car, then they want to rewrite it and take 1200 off, then they want to cut us a 1200 check when we had to pay 1778 dollars for the new rims because it simply wasn’t safe to drive, mind you I have two baby’s that were in this car. Needless to say they sold us a very unsafe car that they promised had a 100% safety check.

First of all I really really appreciate the finance manager Edwin’s help I went to so many dealerships and none of them wanted to help me my family and I are new to the United States.He is now my big bro when everyone said no or frowned upon me for being young Edwin and the auto star team gave me a chance I am 18 years old and I was able to take a scatpack home everyone these guys are honest and good people come here and give them a chance to help you .

Ya know this place did everything they could to help me. I have been struggling for quite some time now being that i made some poor choices in my past and itd been a challenge for me to get back on the road. This place worked with me and gave time and effort to try and purchase one of their vehicles. There was a younger lady who helped me I think Giselle was her name she was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Unfortunately life wouldnt let up on me yet this place did more for me than any of them and they made me feel comfortable and when I couldnt purchase the vehicle they could have kept some or maybe even all of the money I put down but they were so kind and gave me back all of it had they not done that i dont know what i would have done that week:):) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and I would highly recommend them they were very professional and had great vehicles that were clean ran great and smelled good. If you get a chance go by this place and get a car from them atleast you know youl be getting a great vehicle from a great family. Thank you auto star for all you did for me IL be back soon .

The art of buying and selling cars has slipped another notch today. Offer and counter offer is a lost art here too bad I bought the same car at a different location less miles and for less money. Dont be too eager to buy a car, there is a lot to choose from.

We came in thinking that we would have to settle because of our credit and income, we left with exactly what we wanted. They where very good with us and also very friendly with our puppy! Do not bother looking for a car here they do not know what their doing. After we had already left the lot with the car we had thought that would be it. We continue to receive more problems with them when everything should have been handled before we left the lot. If we knew there would be this many problems we would have not made a purchase there in the first place and had went somewhere else. My experience with them has been unacceptable and unprofessional and I regret ever getting a car from them.

Be careful with this dealer, I dont recommend it. Got a car and on the 2nd day was not working. Took it back to the dealership and it took them almost 3 months to fix my car. We had to call them almost every day and no one knew what was going with my car.Be aware

October 28,2020 after a long time thinking about buying a car on credit. I was surprised by one of my own customers at my work who was a salesman at auto star motors. I took his card gave him my number and the rest is history. His name is Alberto Sanchez.He sent me pictures of cars had my credit checked and got me pre-approved over the phone. A week later I went into dealership on my day off which was the sales man day off too. But he took time and came in to make sure I got the right car with the right down payment and the right payments. Who could ask for more. I was shopping for a truck for a while now. I was looking for a Tacoma but for a right price. Finally I saw one of their trucks on craigslist so i went to check it out. The entire process was really smooth. The truck was exactly what i was looking for! After a 30 minute test drive and negotiation I drove out of the lot in my new truck! I got a car from here and Fabian was great but he said I would get my plates before I made my first payment here I am on my 3rd payment I called on July 12th to see what was going on and when I contacted who he told me to contact which was Victoria she told me my plates had been sitting there for a while but nobody had called me I spoke to her on the phone and she said she would mail my plates off if I wanted but it would come with a invoice I explained to her that I was not about to be charged just to ship to my house just around the corner so I said I would pick plates upon the 15th which was yesterday I received my plates with a $100 invoice just to ship around the corner I called her and they say she out of the office, i finally gave up and decided to write a review on every page I could find I normally don’t do reviews but I had to in this situation because Victoria did what she wanted to do and she billed me because she wanted to without my permissionPlease do not do business here I would never recommend anyone to this place just for this reason

My wife bought a car at auto star motors twice already.Its a small friendly place but they have any kind of car you need. They also let you choose a car you like and if you dont like any at their lot they will go to the auction and buy a car you like . Which i think is pretty awesome. Thats what my wife did .She told them which car she wanted and they looked around and got her such an amazing deal. She paid less than what she expected . She got this car a little over a year now and she still loves it so much, its such a beautiful and reliable car. she couldnt be any happier .The car has not had any problems yet . We only had to change the tires and thats about all .The staff over there are very friendly and do not push you into buying a car like other places do, they let you choose a car you like.
