I would not recommend potentially buying any type of vehicle from this place, they lack professionalism especially the manger “Ruth”. They are not willing to work with you; they only want to pressure you to give them the amount of cash that there asking for up front. They only care about what’s in there best interest not the customers!!If your a new buyer like myself save yourself the hassle and go else where!!!!!

Saw a lexus is 300 and knew It was the car I wanted it had minor damage and so was not for sale but when asking the owner he said would sell it to me for a good price and would help me get it repainted with his own guy. Sold me the car for 5k and helped me get it repaint for very cheap and I love the car and was very nice of him to go through the trouble of helping me get the car repainted the car seems to be in good condition as I had it checked out with a mechanic. Definitely would recommend Masi and his business he seems like a trustworthy guy who loves cars.

Ive purchased a half dozen cars in my life, this dealership made it about the easiest so far. Just bought a truck, check engine light was on when I purchased it, but I purchased as is. Will see what happens. The sales staff were friendly and made me feel like i would have help I needed it.

Thanks to Central Auto for helping me get into my dream car, a 2015 Mercedes CLS550. After being referred by a friend, and seeing numerous awards presented by KCRA for Car Dealership - Best of 2015, 2016, and 2017, ranking number 1, I knew this was the right place to buy from. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and didnt pressure me into making a quick decision. Once I found my dream car with LOW miles I was ecstatic! Financing was super fast and efficient and I wasnt stuck waiting around all day (like I have had to do at previous dealerships). Once I purchased the car I still had to figure out how I was going to get home with both my new car and my old car that I came in. The salesman offered to drive one of the cars to my home so I didnt have to make multiple trips. I would definitely recommend these guys for buying a car.

We bought a car from Central Auto and paid off the car back in March 2020, 7 months after we called the shop asking why we still havent received the title, they said they would follow up on that and call us back which was never the case. I spoke to more than 5 different people from the shop for the past 7 months, We went to DMV couple of times, DMV told us we needed to ask Central Auto to submit paperwork because they didnt see anything in their system. Central Auto employee Jannette said something about DMVs commercial site and private site which caused them not being able to see anything in their system. She said they submitted a signature for DMV to process back in beginning of August, and they still dont have an answer for that. Jannette said she would call me back yesterday which she didnt. I called again today, she said she would tell Gus to call me back, I dont know if I will ever have someone who truly want to help me resolve this situation from Central Auto. I have never left a bad review anywhere but this place is ridiculous. We dont have the title, and he cars temporary registration was expired, we cant even drive the car on the road now. On top of that, that car was bought by Central Auto on auction and we just paid for previous registration last week they owned as well. Central Auto needs stop keep blaming everything on the Covid-19 for delay in everything that needs to do with DMV. Its been 7 months already since we bought the car. If you are looking to buy a car from this shop, honestly good luck.

The sales team is non existent. You will wait until your hair turns gray, they do not back what they sell, nor do they even inspect their own vehicles. Don’t count on them to fix issues even if there was a direct promise to do so. I had a TPMS issue that was supposed to get fixed before I left the dealer. The didn’t fix it they just cleared the code. They will need t help you! This is after 6 hours at the dealer and I told them ahead of time I was coming to look at a vehicle. After a 2 hour drive ther the truck in question, which was listed as running on the web site, wouldn’t even start. Horrible customer service, god awful experience. I’m still waiting on a call from them. Spend your money somewhere more reputable.

He was very helpful in giving us tips on refinancing our other car. He has great quality cars and took the time to actually understand what we were needing. We bought a 2006 Scion tC for our son at Central Auto Sales on November 23rd…do not shop there.The next day (about 12 hours later, actually) the check engine light came on. Contacted the salesman and he said someone would call me Monday and they would take care of it….never called. We fixed that problem ourselves since it was easy enough and it wasn’t on when we bought it, alls fair. However, we took the vehicle to the Toyota dealership to get it check out for a little knocking in the rear end that week and find out the entire rear end of the car is rusted out, including all suspension and frame components. It is rusted so bad the dealer is not comfortable working on it because they think it will break apart if they start loosening bolts. We contact the dealer and they say they are willing to work something out with us, but we have to wait for the owner to get back from vacation. Oddly enough, the day after the check we wrote clears the bank, we here from the dealer…not the owner, we were supposedly waiting for. They say they will repair it and “split the bill” with us, which obviously I am not going to do since they were the ones that felt it was safe to drive in its current condition. So, the next thought was they will let us bring it back if we buy something else off their lot. We agree to try and swap it with a Volkswagen they have on their lot, even though it was a little more money we will just lick our wounds and move on. Long story short, they wanted to charge us full price for the Volkswagen, plus all the tax and fees for the Scion we were returning….ending up wanting almost $11,000 for a car with a sticker price of $8987 and a blue book of $7500. Thanks for trying to make it right!!!We were told by the dealer it is our fault for not having it looked at before we bought it, which is absolutely true and we now have to live with that mistake. However, if you are looking to buy from this lot, just know that that is their mentality…”shame on you for not catching us selling you junk”

DON’T GO To this trash place !! Check Engine lights on every car they just clear it before you test drive. So when you buy a car a week later it will break down ALL JUNK CARS DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

I recently visited multiple dealerships, came across Central Auto, and the experience was far above my expectations. The gentlemen that greeted me offered me water with in the first few mins of my visit due to it being hot that day. I proceeded to look around and was taken over to a 2016 Honda CR-V. At first a little hesitant on the vehicle but after driving it I fell in love. A none pushy negotiation and I was on the road. Definitely recommend this place. I purchased my 2015 Lexus IS250 F sport I was looking around and only found the color combinations I was looking for in the Bay Area. I called a salesman at central auto to inquire about a white Lexus they had listed online. He helped me and then transfered me to the finance manager to answer some questions about financing! No pressure when I showed up to buy and I couldnt be more then happier they even tinted my windows as part of the deal! Thanks central auto for all your help. Def recommend check them out! Wow, Central Auto. Im impressed.I called in Monday morning for a certain vehicle I was after. Spoke to a gentleman named Al, awesome guy by the way. Im a pretty picky guy myself so I asked him a few questions about the vehicle: history, condition, paint, etc. He told me come down, he wouldnt let me down. I took him up on it and gave central auto and Al a visit, and sure enough I was not let down. Al offered the most superior service and the vehicle I was after was in great shape. Loved it! Went inside and not only did Al make the buying process really smooth, he gave me a heck of a deal. Thanks AL youre the man! Ill defenitely reccomend you guys to all my friends and family for all future purchases. Everyone do yourselves a favor and check these guys out! You wont be let down!

Horrible dealership! I came in to look at a vehicle I was interested in, they wouldnt let me test drive it unless I accepted a credit check. And before I even drove it I found 2 codes on the vehicle, (it had a tuning device in it that read codes) and one of the codes was for a serious issue that would have cost thousands to repair (cracked injector on a diesel motor). But when I convinced the manager to let me drive the truck without a credit check, he went out and cleared the codes right before I drove the truck! The manager denied clearing the codes and had an attitude with me that was completely unprofessional. The dealership and the manager are shady and are selling lemon vehicles with massive problems! I would give them zero stars if I could! I would never buy a vehicle from this lot or any of its affiliates. Id recommend you take your hard earned money to a much more reputable dealer!

My wife and i bought a 2011 gmc aracadia from here. When i test drove the car I found out the AC didnt work. They promised me they would fix it and have it back in a few days so I could pick it up. Needless to say they charged it and didnt fix the leak next step was to try to get it fixed sat at the gm dealer for 2 weeks while i get the runaround from the warranty company car still in shop. Now warranty company is telling me they wont cover it. Other problems i have had i sold them my old car for 400 dollars they kept saying they would send me the check never sent it. I had to drive to Sacramento to come get it. I am also oit the 1700 dollars that it cost to fix the AC.

FIRST I GOT THERE AND I WAS SEATED INSIDE WHILE THE PULLED UP MY INFO I WHEN TO CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND ME AND THE DOOR KNOB FELL OFF 0_0 AFTER GIVING THE LADY MY D.L. SHE MISPLACED IT AND LATER HAD TO FIND,BUT WHILE WAITED THE RECEPTIONIST WAS HAVING A WHOLE PERSONAL CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE AT HER DESK(SUPER AWKWARD BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL) BUT AFTER WAS VERY NICE.WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO PULL OUT THE CAR I CAUGHT A GLIMPSE OUT THE WINDOW OF THEM JUMPING THE CAR IT IN THE PARKING LOT! THEN SHE COMES IN AND TELL ME THEY NEED TO PUT GAS...SO WHILE ON THE TEST DRIVE I NOTICED TWO LIGHTS ON THE DASH,ONE WAS A TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT(UNDERSTANDABLE BECAUSE IT WAS COLD AND RAINING BUT STILL NO EXCUSE) AND THE OTHER WAS A CAUTION SIGN WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN FOR THE LOW FUEL LEVEL BUT I COULDNT BE SURE BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE FOR ME WAS THE REAR VIEW MIRROR WAS LITERALLY HANGING FROM THE GLASS SO DURING THE WHOLE TEST DRIVE I COULD NOT EVEN SEE OUT THE BACK WINDOW SHE DID INSURE ME THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE BUT AN ISSUE LIKE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED WHEN THE CAR WAS ADDED TO THERE INVENTORY(AND THE WIPER BLADES STREAKED REALLY BAD WHICH REALLY SUCKS IN THE RAIN). IT JUST REALLY SUCKED BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED THE CAR BUT MY GUT WAS TELLING ME NO NO NO.AND WHEN MAKING DECISIONS WITH YOUR MONEY YOUR GUTS THE ONLY PERSON ON YOUR SIDE! I WOULD SAY DONT SHOP HERE BUT JUST PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!I ALSO WORK AT A DEALERSHIP (BMW CONCORD) SO I DEFIANTLY KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR!

The worst layers. losts of talk but dodnt keep their word. Four month afther and I still havent gotten my registration.Instead I got a fix it ticket for expaierd registration. I called to ask for an up date but no help,No answer the best they could do is for me to call tomorrow. I dodnt recomend buying from central auto at all specialy if Miguel is who you talk to. I woudnt even give the one star but I had to to be able to post this bad revew. Mark is ok.

Place is a joke. I called to ask about a car and the guy told me it was 7900. I then was told he would call me back. So I called him back after waiting 2 hours and was told the car was 12000 when its worth no more then 8. Purchased my 2008 Acura MDX in September from Central Auto, was extremely skeptical about it after purchasing from 3M Motors and having the engine fail and them leave me for dead.One month after leaving Central Auto my brakes started squeaking so they replaced all brakes and rotors without hesitation.A month after that I hit a pot hole and a kncocking noise started so I asked if they could refer me to a low cost mechanic and they fixed the part with a brand new part from the Acura dealership.Im sooooooo happy I chose Central Auto I will never buy from anywhere else!

Truly a disgusting place. The owner sold me a $500 car for over 2000, and bragged about having sex with younger women during the entire test drive. If I wasnt so desperate, and worried about my previous car not even making it down the road; I would have walked.During negotiations; the owner had the audacity to yell at me!Even after paying full price right there; I received a call saying that I still owed money.No title was given, and I had to involve the police to make my vehicle legal.If I could give negative stars, I would.DO NOT GO HERE!
