Abed was great at communicating with me when I contacted him about the Mercedes Benz M320 that he posted for sale. The car is in great shape & running condition for its 1992 bday, and when we arrived, Abed met us, greeted us with a friendly smile, and had the car ready for us to test drive. Mike who sold us our car was great. Didnt waste our time with sale techniques and time wasting. We closed the deal in about 20 minutes and are so happy, we have our eye on a second car from EU Motorsports already. They exceeded our expectations including after we sign all the paperwork we happen to have the check engine light come on, they repaired the issue without charging us anything, it was over four hours of mechanical repairs for a $20 smog part. ( where the part was in the engine took hours to get too ) they could have charge us for 50% of those cost under the warranty. From test drive to the repair they were always pleasant professional and nothing like the nightmare of what is the reputation of car sales and dealers.

My husband and I had been searching a couple months now for a used truck. We live in the Bay Area and our search criteria was expanded to Sacramento when we could not find one for a great deal. We came across Stephens ad in Auto Trader for an 03 Ford F150. It had everything we were looking for and at a decent price. My husband first called to negotiate a price and he kindly declined. A couple days later, Stephen called asking if we were still interested that there was a little room to negotiate. My Husband and Stephen came to an agreement over the phone on a fair and excellent price. That day we took the hour drive and met Stephen to check the truck out. We were greeted by Stephen himself when our family of 5 arrived at E U Motorsports. I was quite impressed with his dealership. Immaculate! We first had no clue that he specializes in luxury autos (BMW, Mercedes, etc.). He had a great inventory of beautiful cars inside and one Truck outside sticking out like a sore thumb! We are very thankful he had that truck cause after we took it for a drive and inspected it, we bought it. We were there for total only an hour. 30 min checking the truck out and 30 min doing paperwork. The process was very smooth, though it was probably easier for everyone involved because we were a cash buyer. Stephen himself is a terrific guy. Very personable, knowledgeable and really cares about his clients and company. Overall a fantastic and painless experience and would definitely recommend E U Motorsports!

Recently bought a car from this place. Car ended up having a bad coolant hose due to a bad repair either them or wherever they got the car from. Ended up overheating the engine and causing more damage. Guy tried to make it seem like it was our fault. Accepted no responsibilities that it was their fault in the first place for selling a faulty car with a bad coolant hose. If you are buying from this place be sure to have a mechanic fully check out the car before purchase. You might end up having to pay more in repairs later due to the fact that they do not check their cars that they are selling.

I recently bought a 2007 Mercedes E63 AMG from EU Motorsports and was very pleased at the overall experience. After I arrived, we were greeted by both Alfonso and Amir and made to really feel very welcome. Oscar was our guide for the test drive and he explained in detail the features of the car. When it came time to deal, Alfonso made sure that it was a pleasant experience (no pressure) and we were driving home in the new car after less than a few hours total time. Price was very fair and we are convinced we got a good deal. Please consider these folks for your next purchase - you wont be disappointed!

Best place for a good used car

Wow, I just purchased a great car from EU Motorsports and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Save yourself the heartache of spending hours and hours at another dealership, and go see Vitaliy at EU Motorsports. After walking into their beautiful showroom to test drive a car I saw online, I ended up driving and purchasing another car. They have an excellent selection of cars and they price their cars to move. These guys are real professionals. They delivered the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and Vitaliy and Amir (the owner) kept me in the loop every step of the purchase process. They obtained and provided me good financing options and had all the paperwork prepared in advance when I arrived to sign it and pick up the car this morning. We will definitely be coming back when its time to buy our next car. My wifes new Porsche Cayenne lease is up in 2.5 years, and shes already excited to come back to EU Motorsports to buy her next car. We drove 3.5 hrs to look at a vehicle. After finding several problems including one that should of been fixed prior to selling the sales ass. Was extremely rude when we pointed it out and just walked away as if he was hoping we were not knowledgeable on mechanics and to make a easy sale! We have never been treated so poorly. .highly dont recommend and have a licensed mechanic look over the vehicle before buying

He was as honest and ethical as he seemed on the phone. The product we recieved was what was promised and more. Car buying is normally a dreadful process. It was super easy at EUMotorsports. They have a policy similar to Carmax in that there really isnt room for negotiation or wiggle room. That takes a lot of the angst out of the car buying experience. We worked with Mike, who I would definitely recommend if you were looking for a good guy to work with. We purchased a GMC (not European), but still though, their showroom is stocked full of beautiful Mercedes and BMWs. When it comes time for me to finally buy a BMW (someday...) then I hope to come back to EUMotorsports. Great experience, and I highly recommend this company and working with Mike!

Bought my 2007 chevy suburban ltz a few months ago now. Alfonso was the sale person who helped me out ended up spending more time there than I actually needed because everyone was so friendly and helpful ! Stay Away!!! They will rip you off on Trade in and also get you on the back side on what you pay for there vehicle. Offered me $7500 on a 08 Black C-Class Mercedes with only 65K I had bought from them less than a year and a half & I only put less than 500 miles on it and paid them over $26,000 for the car, and then put. $3 K in Mercedes Wheels. car was flawless. Then would not budge on a 2011 White 5 Series, with 95K. I called Stephan the owner & left 2 messages with him. He wont return calls Also second salesman insulted me, and stated. So you went to the Philippines and bought a wife. BTW My wife is Asian. Never again EU Motorsports. You are a one time buy and then, you lose your customer. EU Motorsports ReviewI want to say that if you are looking for a used high quality car, then look no further. I never enjoyed car shopping and I had my share of good and bad experiences over the years and so this time around I had a lot of those experiences I the back of my mind . This time around I was in the market for a used vehicle and went to dealerships everywhere (EG, Roseville and all over Sacramento). Im a hard-sale and a very picky buyer of most things. Most of the dealers I walked into were so-so in customer service (carmax and a few others) that they were either trying to sale you something that you werent looking for or just not after your best interest (niello BMW Fulton) A family member let me know that EU sold them a great car for the money. (BMW 5 series that still runs great ) they let me know that the experience was pleasant and straight forward. So I gave them a try.Stopped by seen a few vehicles that caught my eye (they have a lot of those) especially if you like high-end or specialized vehicles. I worked with Alfonso, Alex, Stephan, and Amir during the process. All great guys! I went back and forth with a few dealerships at that point and realized that I felt best handled at EU.The guys there were very transparent, not pushy or sleazy, and they were very accommodating. They were more than patient and down to earth, genuinely good people. Felt like I was buying from a good friend. I was able to test drive the vehicles and the same ones more than once until I felt just right and narrowed it to my final choice. Besides the vehicles having solid car-fax reports they let me see everything that they did to the car when they bought the vehicle. On that note, I learned that they are very particular on what they buy and resale, they also make sure the vehicle is ready for resale and dont simply put out junk like a lot of other used dealerships. I ended up purchasing a solid BMW that has been a dream to drive and worth every dollar I spent.Im very happy with how things turned out. Recently I realized the wipers were on the way out and I bought some from the dealership and I stopped by to look at EU current stock, I mentioned this and they reimbursed me since I had recently purchased the vehicle from them. (It may have been overlooked but they didnt even have to do that nor did I ask them for it, that says a lot).Bottom line is: reputable dealer with an even better staff that sales quality well priced vehicles! check them out, especially if you see anything that catches your eye.
