Not just another used car lot, these guys are professional and knowledgeable. Financing was exactly where I wanted it to be and Sunny took great care of me every step of the way. There was a small hiccup in the process and Mo along with their entire team was quick to address the issue and ensured I remained happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I wont be your next customer. I have read the reviews and more importantly your replies to reviews. It appears your business model is to use your position as a dealer to buy at auctions then flip cars as fast as possible making 5-8k in the process (hence the no haggling). Nice, but whomever is doing your buying is not taking a good look at your cars beforehand or after. That is what is leaving me doubting... Will I be one of the lucky 5 stars or a 1 star? I have a family to think about and need a dependable vehicle on a reasonable budget. Frankly, Im not a lucky person so I wont be taking my chances. Slow down, repair your business model and reputation. Know when a junk car is junk or take care of the simple repairs correctly.

I found a Mazda3 that I love.The plastic treading was coming off the bottom and eventually fell off the first day after purchase.I informed Kareem auto sales and they promptly ordered a new part and fixed any issues I had.Great service thanks again.

I’ve bought cars before but oh man, this was my first time buying from this dealership and was the most pain free experience I’ve ever had. The salesmen were not shadowing me they let me look and browse on my own but were happy to help and answer any questions I had.Kamal made my financing experience a very pleasant one, he kept in contact with me all throughout the process and made sure I got the best deal I could get. Very thankful for him and this dealership, I highly recommend them.

Tl;dr: Smooth test drive experience, no flexibility on price, and relatively shady in terms of reporting the cars mechanical condition, all wrapped in that adversarial used car salesman vibe we all know and love. Wouldnt shop here again, maybe Id go back if I was shopping for a test drive.Long version: I came to this dealership to check out two cars: a 6MT V6 Accord and a Fiesta ST. The sales guy, who was nice enough, took me to the Fiesta. The battery was dead, and thats the end of that story bc he never offered to jump it - so we just moved on to the Accord and never came back around to it (off to a roaring start here, I know). The Accord was in rough-to-fair aesthetic condition, and had clearly been in a front end collision (later confirmed by Carfax). It was also overdue for a timing belt/water pump that was supposed to be done (max!) at the @120K mark on this particular J series motor (car was @128K). Even more fun: this particular V6 J series is an interference engine, meaning broken timing belt = blown motor with near certainty. There was significant paint fade on the rear of the car and existing unrepaired side body damage. But anyway, I was still interested; I like a fixer upper, and I can work on Hondas, but obviously for some discount. So I went to talk to the finance guy inside and was informed that their absurd price on the car (ballpark $1.5K over KBB retail for a very good example, which he acknowledged) was extremely firm and somehow a very fair price for this market. I tried to ask for wiggle room given its many issues, only to be berated with all the standard clichés - the markets so hot right now! You wont find another one like this, etc., etc. Who falls for this stuff? Is someone really going to walk into this place and pay over retail for a fair (and fair is generous!) condition Accord?Given the finance guys indifference to my exit I guess the answer may be yes. Thats pretty depressing. Be careful where you shop folks, and get a pre-purchase inspection if youre not mechanically savvy - the inspections offered by lots like this should mean nothing to you.

We were very interested in a 2009 chevy duramax and it was priced at $28,000 he said they can go down a few hundred dollars so we offered $22,000 he said no then we offered $25,000 still said no didnt ask if we were financing. Wasnt worth the time plus the truck didnt look the best.

Misled on the extent of water damage on front end of vehicle. Im currently shopping for quotes from detailers and its looking like its gonna need a $450 paint restoration. Car was dirty at the time of test drive, and they did not want to wash the car before I took it, should have been a red flag.Car missing lots of little things like ashtray, floor mats, cupholders, manual, cigarette lighter. Despite these things the dealership was still unwilling to negotiate price. Car was about 1000$ over market value as of 8/26. ($13,999 - 2010 G37S 6 Speed coupe with 99kMi)Car was a quart low on oil at the time of test driving. Asked if dealer could add oil to the car and wash it, they refused but the owner gave the salesman a $20 bill to give me instead.Got car with 1/8 tank of gas and asked if they could fill it up, they refused there as well.The car was running fine mechanically, but I do have a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth about the paint. Not happy about having to spend so much money to get the paint looking good again.I would not recommend this dealership, and would not buy from them myself in the future. They just happened to have the specific model and trim that I was looking for that was somewhat hard to find.

I had drove down from reno financed a Ford - f150. It was a beautiful looking truck. While driving back to reno it started shaking while I was on the highway and the check engine light came on. Not to mention I had gotten the truck on empty so they didn’t bother to at least fill it half way. I had taken it to my mechanic in reno, and he gave me a list of mechanical issues it had that didn’t fall under warranty. I was going to have to pay 1,500 out of my pocket for all these repairs. The best they offered was paying half which still had 750 to cover on my end. I just don’t think someone who just bought a truck should have to fork out that much money right off the back. I strongly believe they didn’t even bother to see if the truck had any issues or run it through a mechanic shop before hand. They just most likely gave it a power wash and made it look glossy and threw it on the lot knowing someone will buy it based on how it looks. It was a headache towing it from reno back to Sacramento and they didn’t even bother to pay for the tow after they sold me a lemon with so many issues and problems. The only reason why I’m giving it 1 star was because the manager or owner was fair and gave me back my money for selling me a lemon. Be careful buying from here and make sure you test drive your vehicle before hand.

Excellent dealership in the Sacramento area. I initially sent an interested e-mail to the dealership and quickly received a response. I spoke with Alla Kalush to make sure the vehicle was still available. He was able to put it on hold for me until I could make the drive up there (6 hours away). When I arrived, it was waiting for me to drive it. Came back and offered two vehicles for trade in. They offered me top dollar for both of my vehicles. On 4/10/20 I purchased a Bmw M3. Ive purchased plenty of cars before but this was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences of them all. Al was a huge help with the financial aspect of the purchase and In the beginning stages of me just coming to look at the car. I was always treated as a customer should be with respect, kindness, and professionalism along with plenty of information of the car I was looking at. On 7/20/20 I purchased the truck I was really interested in that I saw a day before online on CarGurus. Left them a voicemail inquiring the truck so I can check it out the next day. I showed up and staff was welcoming and polite. I test drove it and in a couple hours took it back home ! A large amount of cars/trucks to look at. Mo was the person I contacted and helped me with the purchase. Happy with the truck. Good place to do business.

I went in there as a first time used car buyer and they sold me a lemon at an extremely high interest rate and then lied to me about the warrantee.If you want to get ripped off for several years buy from here.If not please find a more honest dealer.And I could not use the warrantee because no one had ever heard of it!!!! I went to the Subaru dealership to fix the many issues and they all but laughed at me when I told them the name of my aftermarket warrantee holder Which I was told was 1700 dollars but I have paid over 3700 for it so far .The car stalled every time I stopped due to bad torque converter. The engine constantly leaks coolant due to bad head gasket.I learned all of this when I went to smog the vehicle (BAD TRANSMISSION).I had to change the solenoid myself to pass smog and no one changes solenoids in 2012 Subaru outback they require full valve body replacement which is in the thousands.I gave them $5000 up front.All of these issues were well known at the time of my purchase.I trusted the salesman but I had to live and learn.I hope someone can learn from my mistake.LIARS AND THIEVES they are.They probably falsely smogged my car in the first place just to get it off the lot.As you can see by reading my review there is no way I could have made all this up,and the fact they say I did speaks volumes of the owners character.....My only hope is that they lost more money because of this review than I did on my purchase.

We bought a Subaru Forester from this establishment in November of 2019. Within the month the check engine sign came on. We checked the oil and filters. We live about 3 hours from Sacramento and when we informed them what was going on they told us to bring it over. We told them we cannot make the trip and if we could have a local dealership check the Subaru. So we took the car to have it checked and it threw a code indicating there was an exhaust leak. We bought a new gas cover hoping that was the issue. In December the car started making horrible noises. In January the car started slowing down and making an even worse noise. Since then we had a mechanic look at it and confirmed the engine blew. We had to save up money to buy a used motor and now waiting to save up more money to have someone switch engines. We purchased additional insurance of a 30 day three thousand miles warranty, but since we couldnt even drive the car any longer well we got ripped off. I thought they were a trustworthy and a dependable dealership. I highly recommend to take a professional mechanic with you if you go to this crooked dealership ever or rather DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH KAREEM AUTO SALES.

Good customer service but the vehicle I bought was super low on all fluids. I also bought gap insurance which they I would be refunded the difference once the vehicle was paid off. I tried several times to reach them about my refund and no one will respond to me.

SCAM ALERT. Change my 5 Star review because they tried to charge us an extra $3800 on our loan after we already agreed and signed paperwork saying otherwise. Also found out they went with a higher interest rate when we qualify for a lower one. Dont buy here. They are all liers.

The entire staff were friendly, personable, upfront, straightforward, and made us smile the entire time.There was no pressure into purchasing the vehicle and best of all, there were 3 other vehicles of like kind with turbo options that would cost us an extra $3,000. We were asked if we would use the features of the vehicle and was directed to purchase the lower price vehicle since we would not use the other features. That is a plus and shows that the company is not looking to push for higher price vehicle sales but really care about their customers.Regarding the financing, we came in with pre-approval rate of 8.34%.
