I’ve been coming to get a phone for the last few days and the times on google and their answer machine say 1030 show up at 11 nobody’s there show up at 1 nobody’s there like you guys are saying your closed Sunday and Thursday we’ll here iam Monday n wensday n still nobody like wow

Exceptional customer service! The young man who helped this tech challenged senior upgrade from a cell to a smart phone far exceeded any expectations I might have had after reading positive reviews about Simply Mobile. He helped resolve an issue I was having trying to transfer photos on my old cell phone to the new phone before activation, something even online support had been unable to help me with because it was a newer, advanced model. So courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, he transferred the photos without any charge!

These guys are always helpful. Best customer service in town. Been buying from them for a few years now and never had issues. My whole family comes here now.

They had a problem on their end with my account that they couldnt fix. Script reading customer service reps took over 20min each call and additional call 20+ min just to get refund issued.Horrible-Service never activated so customer service manager (20min+ phone call) said problem was my phone. Activated same phone with cricket within 5 minutes after customer service insisted my phone was locked and I needed to call AT&T. To get a refund I had to call in, no online chat or email could refund my service. Phone call to get my $36 back took over 20 minutes, 5 was just to reach a human. Then they found a problem in my account they supposedly fixed. Over 45 minutes of my life I will never get back! Dont make the same mistake!!!
