My day started out at 9:30 this morning at the Arden way store. I arrived early because this particular store is busy and I never spend less than 3 hours when I visit.Today was HORRIBLE! I went to purchase a new phone. The clerk was only interested in up selling me. He was NOT listening to what I wanted.The first phone he showed me was $1000!!!The second was over $400. I explained again that I didnt need or want anything high tech.When we found a phone, there were none in stock!We found another, but he said they could NOT transfer the information from my old phone to the new one!At that point, I walked out.I called the store on Watt at Fair Oaks. Robert, the manager answered the phone. I explained what had happened at the Arden store. He asked me to come in and he would help me.When I arrived, the young lady at the counter greeted me. I told her that I had talked to Robert.She was AMAZING! She checked my account and informed me that I was eligible for a $350 discount. ( the other store never checked my account)They had the phone I wanted in stock, she transferred my information from my old phone to the new one and I was done in about an hour.If Robert and Myra had not stepped in and handled the situation with good customer service, after 30 years with Verizon I would have taken my business elsewhere.People DO appreciate good customer service!

There are new employees in town and they are so nice and friendly. I especially want to acknowledge Ryan for all the great help he provided to me even though I did not buy my new phone there. To someone who was feeling so frustrated before going to this Verizon I want to thank him so much for such great customer service and such a great attitude.if you need anything I highly recommend this Verizon store who treats you like a valued customer and you can be sure I will not be going anywhere else.

Terrible service. Walked in after work 2 people at the counter only 1 other customer. One person was in the phone and neither even looked at me when I walked in. I went to asked a question and was immediately hit with when Im done with the customer I will help you. How do I know your with a customer when you said nothing when I walked in. A simple hello, i will help you shortly would have been nice. Not make me feel like the jerk when I need help. Your main job in sales is service guy! Rather just buy online and not deal with people anymore.

As Verizon stores still closed and Apple had no virtual appointments available, I called here to seek assistance setting up my new iPhone. Extremely professional and courteous staff here. He said sure, come in and well get it done. Took only about 20 minutes. He also suggested a wireless charging pad, so I purchased one. Couldnt be happier with the customer service here. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with this GoWireless location. The customer service at this location is horrible. I ordered a smart watch on Thursday 10/31. The guy who helped me told me it would be two days for the watch to come in. He said at the latest it would be in on Monday 11/4. I could have gone to another location, but thought I am not in a super hurry. The next day my tracking number from FedEx came via email. Instead of being delivered on 11/4 it was not going to get there until 11/5. The FedEx tracking number said it was delivered at 12:53pm on 11/5. I never heard from the sales rep at GoWireless. At 5:30pm on 11/5 I called the location to see if my watch had arrived. The manager told me she just got the package 20 minutes ago and that the sales rep was not there that day so because of that I would have not received a phone call. I thought to myself what kind of customer service is this! I asked the manager how long it would take for the watch to be set up tonight. I thought they are open until 8pm and its only 5:30pm. She said it could not be set up until Thursday 11/7 because neither her nor the sales rep would be in until then. She said she could find out if her Assistant Manager would be in tomorrow. I told her I am busy tomorrow so I guess I would have to wait until Thursday. I then proceeded to explain my level of frustration with the situation and that her sales rep and herself were not providing good customer service. The tone of her voice said to me that she did not care. She had mentioned she was leaving for the day which is why she could not set the watch up tonight if I came by. So, I feel her tone was related to the fact that she wanted to leave for the day. Not only did her tone say that she did not care but she did not offer any level of empathy. I can not believe I was silly enough to go into this location again after the last bad experience I had. Last time I was in, I ordered a screen protector for my phone. That was about a year ago. Guess what... nobody has called me to let me know that it is in yet! LOL! I guess Thursday will be the last day I do business with this location. I want the watch I ordered.I have worked in sales and customer service for over 20 years. This is not how you treat someone. Especially someone who has been a customer for 8 years and pays for two lines and was trying to add a third line.Dont go to this location! They do not conduct themselves professionally.

To whom it may concern I came into the Verizon store on Watt Avenue this morning and James was working well he processed my problem he song for other peoples problems there was 5 of us before I left he was present knowledgeable helpful and gave a hundred and 25% to each one of us on service. I would like this to be acknowledged on his personnel file for his next evaluation. Its all businesses gave service the way James did businesss would triple in profits. I hope you wont acknowledge and reward James for his outstanding service to all five of us that he helped while I was here waiting for my new phone to transfer from my old phone information.

To Meredith W or who it may concern/ help, not having an agenda the situation where the father of Meredith W who wrote a previous review stating outrageous things is a customer rightfully upset about the specific situation, but she must have been unaware that her father had lost it and had the biggest flip out I’d ever seen, The man who from the review is believed to be her father had come into the store for an issue, upon coming inside he was already screaming, Cursing, hitting things, kicking walls yelling at everyone and at no one at the same time, and to top that began rolling on the floor to such a crazy, embarrassing and child like manor to the point that employees from neighboring stores had to come inside and check this man for being completely out of control, scaring the children inside and outside of the store to the point the cops were called on this gentleman. It had myself along with the other adults eyeing the staff to call the cops too. Theres no excuse for acting this way, it made me along with other customers in the store completely uncomfortable and I had to leave because of this man alone, he in no way was being someone that the staff here could have helped, There’s a difference between dealing with an issue when there was some clear mistake made, which from what I could hear was made by the assistant manager, but in no way shape or form is it ok to act this way and cause such a despicable scene, no one should have to deal with things like a grown man freaking out in such a way that it’s completely embarrassing to him, his friends and family. I’m sorry the staff had to endure such character, like literally ROLLING AND LAYING ON THE FLOOR like a child while actual children were there looking at this man having a freak out INSIDE the store, he made this a terrible experience for me and the rest of the customers that day.Almost forgot, at the time this was happening the employee that was helping that went to GET FOOD actually stepped out on their LUNCH BREAK. So if I’m correct it’s perfectly legal to have a lunch break at a certain time, this does not condone creating a huge hate filled story of how bad things were if Meredith W or her father so to speak doesn’t want to talk about the entire story and how they handled themselves and how realistically the staff here, that did actually handle this cringy situation did so very well, We’ve all seen those customers act out in stores and are like “damn that’s too much, or call the cops” this was one of those situations where.... IT WAS WORSE. Thought my experience might help shed some light on this as well since I personally had a fine experience, and only “Fine “ because of the situation I walked into.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. My family wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 11 from our old phones; when the Assistant Manager was transferring data, some of the data was missing on the new phone. The whole process took at least 3 hours+ and she was trying to up sell us to buy the unlimited data plan but to do so you need to apparently put auto-pay on and give them direct access to your bank account, I found that kind of fishy. When we were checking out, the assistant manager said that we needed to buy something to offset the cost of the set-up fee; had to spend $20 on pop-sockets (which my family didnt even need) to save $10. After the set up we happily had our phones and less than an half hour of having them, the Assistant Manager called saying that the deal she gave us expired 2 days ago and that we needed to pay $800 more AFTER we already payed for our new phones, got the receipt and left the store. The following day, my dad had to head over to the store to get our old phones back (they threw our cases away) and he had to deal with them for over 3 hours AGAIN to transfer the data from our new phones back to our old phones (we decided to just go to the Apple store to get the iPhones), and Im pretty sure they purposely deleted all the data from my dads phone (all his contacts, voice memos, message, photos, etc., LITERALLY EVERYTHING) as everyone else still had their data. Dont go to this place, go somewhere else.Oh another thing, while we were dealing with this, the manager left for the day and one of the employees went to go get food during work hours which seems very unprofessional.

I will never go back here again. The employees are unprofessional and will waste your time with their incompetence. There isnt enough seating and minimal inventory. The only thing they had plenty of was overpriced accessories which they annoyingly try to upsell you on. Also the store felt dirty, like I was in some sort of bodega. I ordered a new phone through the store, a process that took over 2 hours. I go pick it up five days later and spend another hour in the store because they screwed up the order. Anyhow, I paid the taxes and walked out semi-happy... only to get home and see that they snuck a $19.95 Go Wireless Setup charge on my invoice. They didnt even set up my phone! Pretty scandalous, it was not a disclosed charge when I asked the service rep what I would be paying for--she just said the tax on the full retail amount. I called for a refund and the manager (Matt) said no luck its store policy, then said have a nice day and hung up. I disputed the charge with my CC and called Verizon Corporate who handled it. Long story short: be wary of these swindlers! And if you HAVE to go here, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!

Please don’t fall for their trap about selling you “free” tablets. We were told when we walked in with our young kids that since we had not upgraded our phones recently, we were eligible for 2 free Samsung tablets. I asked the rep (who I bought starbucks coffee for btw) if monthly charges would be included and she stated no. Got my first bill, 160 in monthly charges. Was able to fix it after 3 hours with Verizon staff. don’t go there! I will be talking specifically to this employee and her supervisor shortly. I would suggest going to real Verizon store or just dropping Verizon as I may be doing it soon too!

DeVonn rocks! He was very patient with me on two separate days in March as we switched over a plan and recommend the tempered glass screen saver. This place is nice but they try to receive and add Total Mobile Protection and make up anstory that you must keep it on for at least two weeks before cancellation. I am sure that directly ties to some sort of sales commisin. Be honest boys and tell your customer truth.

Wiped all the data from my sister’s old iPhone after she bought a new one and they “helped” her back up “everything but the apps”. Lost ALL of her baby’s pictures. Horrible. Their response was “oh well”. Completely incompetent and unacceptable. We will pursue further action. DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE HERE.

I would not recommend this re-seller:1. Not a Verizon store. Just a re-seller = no accountability.2. Did not disclose initially that products provided with prepaid services may be previously used. Very bait and switch feel.3. When offered, I declined credit check, then clearly confirmed credit managers acknowledgement of my wish NOT to have my credit run for a $100 purchase, but credit check was done anyway.Bad business practices and possibly fraudulent credit access.

If I could choose a 0 star....that would be my choice. Devon was rude, unprofessional and was obnoxious. I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy. Also, he hung up on me when I called to clarify my receipt. This store has had many complaints after I found out it was not a corporate store. Go to the Corporate on Arden Way and see how the professionals treat customers. Stay away from this store on Watt Avenue.

I had quite the experience at this store and with Verizon this last couple months. Basically my account was screwed up from the last person that did my phone upgrades and blatantly lied to us about how our account was setup, so when I came back to this store a year later I was pleasantly surprised to see all new faces and new management. Brad the store manager stuck with us through all the issues and problems with our account, gave me his number and consistently contacted me with any updates on my account being fixed. (My issue was quite complicated.) Even though they escalated through Verizon AND the district manager, Brad didnt let it go and owned the issues instead of just passing me off down the chain.I greatly appreciate his effort and customer service, this location will do very well under his leadership and I would go here any day of the week over a Verizon corporate store due to the level of customer support and follow through. I think large companies loose sight of how impactful customer service is and honestly this is a breath of fresh air in my experience of large service provider where everything is streamlined and automated.5 stars for amazing customer service and consistent follow through and fixing my jacked up account. I recommend going to Gowireless on Watt.

Excellent customer service….! I went to this store very frustrated after talking with several Verzion wireless representatives, trying to activate my new iPhone 6s. It was obvious they didnt know or understand what I was saying or what they were reading on their computers. After arriving at this store I was helped by Catherine who not only listened, but wouldnt take no for an answer from the different Verzion people she spoke with. Her determination to get the correct answer to my issue, as she was able to get my new phone activated. Her efforts made my day….!Thank You Cat

Not pleased with service..12 yr customer..Sales person was barely paying attention and when they were second guessing comments incorrectly. Yawned and looked off most of the time i was at the counter attempting to upgrade my account. Jordan helped me when a very important document was lost when I bought a new phone at Costco.They appeared to deleat it after I told them do not delet. If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is a sham. Came to return a phone (I was within the 14 day window) and it was the biggest nightmare I had ever experienced. The staff were unknowledgeable, reluctant to help, and blatantly lied to me. It took my girlfriend calling Verizon corporate to reconcile my account because the sales reps at this store location had locked my account, which should have never happened in the first place. The return finally took place, however I came to discover charges on my original receipt for a product called Advantage go plus that totalled close to $120... A product we never asked for nor did we receive. They can have the money I refuse to enter this store again. Please Beware!

They set up accounts wrong, then would not help fix problem. Got the runaround: verizon said only the store could fix it, the store said only verizon can fix it. Not staffed enough. Asked to speak with a manager to see if they could resolve problem, told that no manager available. Wait times are long. Staff is sarcastic. If you want a verizon product, go to a real verizon store, like the one on Howe, not this joke of a store.
