Ive been visiting this place annually for past decade, and my heart hurts that it is closing shop and moving to online sales only. I visited today and it is almost completely cleared out. They still have plenty of beautiful and sentimental items to buy, however, and everything is 40-60% off, with some ornaments even being 80% off. I found some gorgeous Egyptian glass ornaments and their prices were jaw-dropping. There are a handful of Department 56 buildings left, but theyll be gone soon, undoubtedly. If youre a Christmas decorating fiend like I am, get thee hence before its too late!

I came a few weeks ago after years of wanting to check this place out only for us to find its closing. Almost everything was gone and they were selling their shelving units. Very sad but cute store. Will definitely support them online.

My children and I have a tradition to buy a special ornament every year to add to the tree for each of us. I love this store and visit it every year. Due to covid, I searched their website prior to going to ensure they were open. they had no indication they were not open to the public listing their hours but no additional info so I drove 45 minutes, sadly we arrived and they had the doors closed with a sign that said they were open, but customers cant go in unless they know what we want. No browsing was allowed and a suggestion to go to their website was posted. I get they have to follow guidelines, but why bother saying they are open if I dont know what ornament I want until I browse and see it. Or why not update the website. Driving that far just to read that sign referring me back to the website was not very good customer service. The stores around seemed to be doing fine with limiting how many customers at a time and requiring masks,and offering hand sanitizers before entering and exiting. You lost a loyal customer due to lack of communication this year.

I love that this place is open. Allowing me and others that love Christmas, to get ready for Christmas all year.

Really disappointed in this store. I came in today and not a single employee was wearing a mask. I turned right around. In a time were there is a Covid surge, this is unacceptable. For the carelessness of the well-being of others, that alone deserves one star. Get it together.

Would not return a Christmas gift 5 days after Christmas. Employees are rude and DO NOT WEAR MASKS. In the middle of the biggest Covid-19 infection surge of the year, that is completely unacceptable. I usually love shopping here at Christmas time but I will never go back.

This store is like a Christmas fairytale - they have EVERYTHING. Downside - prices; everything is so expensive, but the quality is worth it. I will come here next year.
