Store Manager needs help with dealing with situations and how to make the shopping experience better. Not saying put employees or one self in the line of getting hurt, but when a customer is verbally attacking another customer call security. What he does is tell the customer who was being attacked to leave the store and said little to nothing to the customer who was disturbing the store.

Went just days before X-mas, selection was slimmer than usual, but thats not their fault. Staff was a little annoying as someone asked if I needed any help like literally every 2 minutes, but the positive is that they were happy I was there and I could have gotten help at any given moment. Im glad they were able to stay open and be well staffed. 5 Stars Earned

The in store service was excellent, but online for the store needs to be updated concerning the products in the store frequently. Whats said to be in the store online can be false like today, but luckily a team member was able to locate them item at a different location and ordered it for me.

Before you get there you have to wait in the lines until people come out and wear mask.. they didnt have what I want so yeah

Worst service ever. No one greets you in. If you come in wearing sweats and converse they will downplay what you wear and up play their shoes even though they are sold out and you can’t buy them. If you come in with expensive shoes the employees get jealous and talk about you behind your back.

The staff are pretty helpful in finding the things you need but I recommend that you check the champs app/site first because they usually only have a select amount or color of shoes. The shoes are displayed simple so there pretty easy to find. Also heads up they run out of larger shoe sizes (10w/10m & up) faster then average shoe sizes.

Great shoe store. I came in one day looking for a new pair of shoes and they had a pair I absolutely loved at first sight. They even had my shoe size for that pair. Overall, I definitely recommend that place if youre looking for a new pair of shoes.

6:09 pm on a Sunday. Mall closes at 7pm. It took 10 mins to get help on the floor. See associates standing around like waiting for end of shift. Not the norm. We always come in here.

I was there buying a pair of Jordan 11 low. I put them on hold so I could look at different stores for other shoes. When I got back to buy them they told me they sold them. Terrible employee.

Wouldnt recommend, shopping here, very crowded, customer service,isnt very good.Not very many sizes available in the more popular shoes, for kids and women. Order online save yourself the headache.
