Elliot, one of the delivery guys, is always so delightful. I work for Godfather’s Pizza and he comes in every Monday with a smile on his face and ready to have a conversation. At this point I’d consider him a friend. The guy before him was always great too. Really pride themselves on being sociable.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. The kicker, i never even hired them, they acquired the great company we were contracted with... We would of had an issue either but they failed to do the one job that they were getting paid for and that was to deliver our staff uniforms. I highly suggest you look else where if you want any level of customer service.

I feel that Cintas only cared about taking my money, but never stepped up to the plate when I had a customer concern. After 6 months of trying to get them to sort out billing errors and overcharges, I finally sent a certified letter to their General Manager (per their contract) so I could cancel my agreement. Three months later they sent a service rep (Scott Tricomo) with the only goal of trying to get me to keep spending money with them. I asked to cancel my account. He left and said he would be in touch with me on cancellation details. I never heard from him again. After an additional 3 months of trying to contact Cintas, I discover that they have sent my account to collections! Even though I have every single attempt to contact them documented (numerous emails and phone calls spanning a 6 month period). I would simply take them to small claims court, but their contract states I cannot. This experience with Cintas was so poor that I am now writing my first poor online review (after 2 decades of personal online feedback) simply to warn any who may consider choosing this company. They will tell you what you want to hear, to get you to sign a contract. Go with anther company!

High prices sub par service, rude customer service.

We went with a different company. They are much better and don’t try to sell us stuff we don’t need.
