Im 75. Been using my husbands debit card for 30 years.Even at jcpenneys.Today i was embarrassed and refused service.I had proper identification with same last name.You just lost $160.00 plus a 50 year plus shopper.Went to Macys. Better friendlier sales people and better selections..

Super busy. I understand its the weekend but the lines took way too long and I only had to buy one item. I generally tend to like Penneys cause they have good stuff and good sales, however, I had a bad experience. The fitting rooms were dirty and the floor sticky with I dont know what. Maybe just an off day for Penneys.

Sold me a used Crockpot. Check your items before you leave. Kind of gross.

Always were a great store but since there bankruptcy has been going on its like the store is running on less than 15 employees and when you see one and ask if there is anymore there continued answer is Whatever is on the floor is what we have..! And when I went to get the shoes Ive always bought for work the lady said Where not carrying Nikes anymore. Yet there wasnt one sign out saying this anywhere...

My friend and I went there on Memorial 🇺🇸 Day and found a clean place to shop in air conditioning (it was 105° that day)! They had a lot of sales going on and we spent $200 to save over $400! It was a clean and air conditioned store with shoppers for the most part remaning socially distant, even in the check out lines! They had markers on the floor to keep everyone 6 apart and the lines moved rapidly.

It has alot of deals at really good prices.The employees seems to like their jobs.Kuddos to upper management for hiring such great people.

Good to see its still around, not too many employees, so customers need some self serv shopping skills, as well neatness when reshelving articles not purchasing, the few employees that are tending registers are overwhelmed moving POS lines

Typical JCPenney except I love that they now have a Sephora section. You can get top quality makeup products without even leaving the store.

I always go here for my dress shirts. Theres always some kind of sale going on. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. Its not always packed. I like the parking in the back with quick access to the store instead of having to walk through the mall to get to it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It depends on what you are coming in for you may or not like have selections to choose from. I personally go for jeans and find what I need.

I dont have pictures of JCPenney but I do have a charge card with them you get a lot of good prices with their clothes it is awesome I always go home happy with the right clothes I need.

Great sales from top to bottom. And non-sale items are fairly prices. So if youre a veteran and using your earned discounts -- youre winning.

There were plenty of high quality clothes and other products, the customer service there were very helpful. I was able to do most of my wifes Christmas shopping in one spot.

Always love shopping at this business. Been my go to place for years.Only downfall to this location is how messy the clothing department tends to be. They seem to get it straightened up and then it looks like a tornado hit some of the clothing departments at times. I dont know if people are just that disrespectful anymore and dont care when theyre shopping, theres just too much clothing or theres not enough employees. But its come to the point where you cant even look at clothing theres too much there and too much of a mess.

I CAME IN TO GET A HAIRCUT/SHAMPOO. The girl that cut my hair didn’t even wash my hair but I paid for it. She cut my hair WAY TOO SHORT (not what I wanted) also I came home and had a few long pieces of hair in the back of my head that I had to cut myself to even it out. Would not recommend!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I Love JCPENNEY, the only thing that recently changed is that they no longer take coupons for clearanced items other than that its pretty good in prices with clothes & jewerly.

I was disappointed at when i first got there. i knew exactly what i was looking for but couldnt find it, nor staff to help me--in any of the areas i was interested in--and i was in a rush to get in and out of there. but eventually staff seemed to appear everywhere and were very helpful. i was able to try on the exact shoes Ive been eyeballing for a later purchase, returned an item, and hubby and i left with exactly the items we needed that day. overall i had a very good shopping experience.

It is a good Pennys. Organized and orderly.

First time visit. First time family photos. A women was not nice and no smile. Not very friendly welcoming service. But needed to keep pushing on. The man who took our photos was awesome!. Great with my kids and patient with a upset stressed mommy. He was wonderful. The young girl who checked us out was sweet and kind. Got all my pictures Im a happy mama at the end if it all. ;o)

This place has the best deals Ive even seen for old fashion office clothing. Nice atmosphere too. I could easily brake my bank here.

It would be very helpful to have a directory by the escalators to indicate which departments are on each of the three floors. As there are no employees working the floor these days, there was no one to ask. I finally found the photography dept. The employees there were professional and didnt keep me waiting past my appointment time.

Love this store. The store associates are very helpful and patient. Was assisited in the bra department by the manager and she was so patient while she was helping two people. Tried yo exchange a ring for a larger size. Was in the store and was told they would have to send it back would take 3 weeks for me to hear about size and then I would have to pay for sizing and extra fees. I returned the ring had amount returned to my card. Why cant you just exchange just like any other items. Very disappointed. Clerk name John
