I came in to find ink for my printer that I bought on amazon. I was getting frustrated after a few minutes and an employee offered some help. He couldnt find the ink and helped me to find ink on amazon. One big takeaway from this experience is that staples ensures that they have ink for all the printers sold through them. Ill definitely shop local and buy my next printer from here.The store was clean, organized and well staffed when I stopped in. It is conveniently located off of I5 with plenty of places to eat and refuel if you need to.

My fifth time going to the store for posters and large banners for community events, the staff at the printing station are super helpful. Some even when behind their service to make sure everything is in the right fonts, margin, and sizes before sending it out to print. A Big thank and kuddo to the the staff.

Disgusting customer service!!!!Walked in to make fliers, the person at the copy & print had me waiting cause he said he was working with someone on line...I said no problem Im patient......then another lady came to assist. I said, I can wait for the guy he said she can help! Ok! She looked at my flier and made a awwwwww! Sound very rude! Almost like hating, racial, wierd..... I said you guys dont have to make it!!!! I can go somewhere else!!!!!!! Then they both tried to say oh the person that does that job isnt here today!...... so I said arent you guys a printing store!!! Where are the techs!!! Not professional they dont have the right employees to perform the job that is required!!!!! I was really surprised!!! And the same time very disappointed!!!!!!! (By the way they were white! If that matters!)

My husband went in, just to get printer ink. He asked a very rude employee for help. Who just pointed and grunted. Maybe its time for customer service training!

Great customer service! PPE was being used! The item that was needed was not in the store. The person who helped went above and beyond to help! He found what was needed at another store. Do not buy any tech from staples or protection plans. Staples only has a 14 day return policy and asurian protection plans are a fake. I tried returning a hp printer staples 14 day return policy was denied and the asurion policy plan wont cover anything. Even though they say worry free breakdown protection plans are B.S. . Going to asurion they will give any and all excuse as to why they wont cover the purchase

I used to enjoy shopping in Staples but after having a very uncomfortable shopping experience this evening, I will no longer be shopping here for any office or school supplies. It is very unfortunate that one cannot have a pleasant shopping experience without any assumptions being made about them or being obviously watched/followed by a sales associate and manager. I have shopped in Staples several times during my years of college and have had pleasant experiences with previous sales members who have worked there, but after todays experience I am left with a very bad impression of the assumptions that are made about their customers and their lack of knowing how to properly serve their customers. I was watched/followed from the time that I walked into the store, to the time that I made my purchase, and as I walked out to my car. After noticing the manager watching me from the store when I got to my car I went back into the store to ask if there was an issue. The issue was that I had supposedly walked into the store with my big purse flat and then all of a sudden my big purse was full, which means an assumption was made that I was stealing. I was very angry because I had already had a stressful day, I went into Staples to simply look for a new planner in which I purchased along with some small posted tabs, and my day was ended with an unpleasant shopping experience based off of an assumption that was made about me and the size of my purse. I had given the manager permission to check my purse and he refused to do so.My advice to anyone who chooses to shop at this location, please be aware of your actions, be mindful of the size of your bag or anything that you personally carry into the store. If you need too, leave your backpack, brief case, duffle bag, big purse, or whatever you carry in your car or at the front of the store with a cashier, so that undo assumptions may not be made, you are not wrongfully targeted, and you can possibly have a good shopping experience. Unfortunately, I did not think to do these things because I had no clue that I would have the experience that I had. I will no longer shop here. Its very unfortunate that true customer service is becoming very rare these days.

The Staples copy center was helpful. There was ample room to layout printed pages, and the price was reasonable. Ill use the copy center again.

This Staples has the most friendly people in the morning! If you go there at 8 am you will have the best customer service experience ever. Rosemary from the Printing area is the BEST! She always goes far and beyond to help me and help others! Angelica from the cashier is a sweetheart as well! Thank you Staples Freeport in Sacramento for making our customers happy all the time and thank you for your hard Work! You two deserve recognition and I hope they recognize your great work at Staples! Keep up the great work!

The computer station area fees are pretty unreasonable compared to ups or fed ex. The log on time takes 5 minutes. Then when you decide to print they charge you by each printed side. For example even if you had a 32 page document and decided to print it double sided to reduce page count, they will still charge you for 32 pages instead of 16. Hopefully this situation makes sense to you yet this business practice doesnt make sense.

Tech Services are terrible. There are never enough employees to help. Sometimes you have to walk around the store looking for someone to help you. What should take a day for repair can stretch out to 4. They dont clearly explain what you will get for warranties. Turns out when you purchase a computer you have to buy separate warranties for separate issues. Aside from the convenience of the location this store does not really have much to recommend it.

This store is nicely laid out and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I took my shredder into the store near me and the guy at the counter blew me off before I even told him my issue. He said We dont service shredders and dont know what to tell you. Its a Staples brand shredder and the level of unprofessionalism was surprising. He said you can call the manufacturers phone number. You mean Staples phone number? Not cool Staples, not cool at all!

Excellent Customer ServiceI ran out of toner for my office printer and went to Staples tonight. The Salesman helped me right away and directed me to the cartridges for my printer. Thought the price was high but he informed me if an item in the store is cheaper on Amazon they will honor the price. He looked up the toner on Amazon with his phone and it was much cheaper. I saved $20. When I went to purchase the item, the line was long and the store opened two more registers to accommodate people. Think I will start shopping more often at Staples dont have to pay shipping costs.

I will edit my previous review in that their customer service employees has improved tremendously. Still dont agree with their 14 day return policy for electronics but thats the only negative. The store is fully stocked with some good sales.Their return policy sucks and I will never shop in staples again. The squatty little four eyed cashier that looks like a 4th grader is rude and needs some serious training on proper customer service skills. 14 days is all you get to return something even if its never been opened and you have the receipt! 14 days!!! What kind of return period is that?! Never again, I will buy what i need from office depot instead. I hope staples goes out of business.

I was in the printing dept and not knowing much about emailing i told the young lady i was having a problem and she did nothing to help me out.so i walked out. Maybe she busy but i didnt see that ig she was.she could have said to hold on and i will help you as soon as im free.

Candee the Office manager is the best she went above and behon to get me a desk that they did not have in store and i wanted to have right a way she called 4 different locations and they did not have it she did not give up even thought she need to help other customers. Finally she told me what location had it was put it on hold for me she deserves a raise!

Made my pdf printouts.. went online to place my print order.. for some reason the online print shop kept zooming in on my print job and wont show the original size. There are no buttons for me to zoom out or do a print size option. Made multiple formats of my files and still dont work. I looked online at the forum & help section... nothing about resizing my prints or zooming out. I figured I would go to the store and maybe the print service people would help me. I explained my problem. The lady at the print service counter said try to pull it up in the store. I charged my card. Logged into their computer turned around to find her to help me and she was GONE! Looked for some print service help but no one was there. A sign on the counter said the service was closed.. it wasnt even 8pm yet? SOOO Im going to take my $28 print job and give it to someone else.. kinkos.. fedex.. whoever but not staples.. no service.. not taking my money. .. it wouldve been nice if she told me. . Hey my shift is ending but you can ask so and so for help. .. but I didnt get none of that. . Either poor customer service or poor training.. sorry staples.. although your in my neighborhood, you failed. Id rather drive across town and give my money to other businesses whod help me.

Prices are not the cheapest if its something you need thats not on sale, but it is very convenient especially if you cannot wait for mail service. Speaking of mail, Staples has UPS service here along with a full copy and printing service desk.

Price is high, service ok has been rude to my wife, has been extra curtious to me. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast so it averages out to ok. Convenient is the only reason I keep going back. I live 4 blocks away and im always in a rush. Once I said I would never go back because of their return policy when I lost my receipt. They wanted to give me $8 for a cable I just paid $60 for 2 days prior. Not cool. But convenience is a major factor so I did. I would much rather office depot as I get a better deal with a card I got for being a chamber member. Oh well, cant have everything my way.

Was frustrated at two things: 1. They allow individuals to smoke right next to their entrance & 2. Questioned an employee about a certain item who informed me that they do not have it, I walked around store and saw what I was looking for. Thank you.

Takes forever to get through by phone. I have several hundred photocopies to make so I called to get an idea how much theyll cost. Hung up after 8 1/2 minutes. What an embarrassment! I hope their management reads this.
